When the event ended , it stated I could complete the prize track for current prize the bionaut ship. It lists the missions to collect syringes but it keeps awarding cash . Help please.

Hi! I have an issue with this part of the quest. When i try to Collect Syringes, the game tells me that I don’t have the location meeded to clmpleate the task. Do you.know what building is required? I don’t find any information iside the game.
