  1. Yeah, scale has always been an issue in this game. The best approach I’ve found is to put buildings of the same scale in the same “neighborhood” as each other. I also tend to put the tallest building near the mountains.

    • That’s a good idea. It’s still bugging me. I am working as an illustrator and these kind of details are very important so I am always wondering why no one of the EA illustrators seems to care. 🤔

      • I think part of the problem they face is that, if everything were to scale, something like the Simpson’s house would have to be teeny weeny to be able to have a skyscraper or a big mail building in the game, too. However, there’s no reason why, say, different houses should be at vastly different scales, though, although of course it makes sense that a mansion would be larger than a brown house, for example. I do think they could do a somewhat better job at paying attention to scale than they’re doing, but I also recognize that they’re facing some really challenges that would preclude them from really doing everything to proper scale.

        • You’re right. I love this game because of the amazing details and how you can build your own Springfield. 😍🥰

  2. I love all the prizes! I was just surprised about the unproportionally big size of the Hudson‘s house. At first I placed it next to Springfield library until I find a suitable place and the library looks like a doll house next to it…
Same with some of the Springfield Heights buildings. I wish we could resize some buildings…
