As we sit here frakkin files, pulling pics, and typing a million words a minute to get our readers the latest updates and information…we sometimes find ourselves forgetting to stop and enjoy our own games. More so our neighboreenos. So we try to make it a point to hop in n out of the towns now and then to see what cool things YOU are up to. So we have decided we want to continue to focus more attention (as if we don’t already 😛 ) on YOU…our readers. From time to time we will be peaking into your towns, checking our Flickr, and also the posts in the comments below to see what cool ideas and designs YOU have come up with to make your towns unique and…well…YOU. So here is YOUR chance to show off all your hard work, time, donuts & in-game cash spent. Send us your work, no matter how big or small, and brag about it to the world. We want you to! Then keep your eyes posted to Addicts to see if YOU end up on our “SPRINGFIELD SHOWOFF”.
This time around I wanted to see what you’ve done with the Heaven Won’t Wait stuff! With new and old buildings and decorations arriving with this event, show me how you fit them into your Springfield! Â It can always be a little intimidating and frustrating trying to figure out just where to put anything in Springfield…so who better to turn to than our fellow Addicts?

I was more than a little disappointed that the fence for Heaven wasn’t up on clouds. Looks like I’m corralling the clouds instead of them being part of Heaven. Would also have loved some blank clouds to fill in gaps with.
Hey is anyone else having issues/glitch w their Springfield’s? I reset my phone, they deleted and reinstalled the game and it’s not starting up. Couple days ago there was an in game glitch where I couldn’t collect from some characters cause they were not found (even though I clicked top left). Pls advise thx.

Same thing happened to me. I already have space man homer. I looked it up. It was an event from 2016. But it made me go through all the dialog for the whole event after I put in my birth month and year. Anyone know why this is happening or what it means?
How do you get completely blue water under a heaven cloud? Mine have to sit on a piece of land.
There was a post on this. Basically try to place a Lard lad on the land tile (check mark – it will fail) then switch to the water icon and you can place water on the squares the Lard Lad would have gone.
Short + sweet version …
Place your item where you want it
Cover it by trying to place a stored item, bigger is better, and cancel when it fails
( Cover item has to be in inventory, can’t just move something )
Put any ground tiles under where the red outline of the failed-to-place cover item was

A lot of the items can go on Boardwalk tiles too, so if you have room on the Ocean you can place Boardwalk then the item and then remove the boardwalk ( turn off the icons on the right in Design Mode except the top one and it only picks up Ground Tiles [ Boardwalk ] )
I just logged into my game this morning and it downloaded an update. I finished Heaven Won’t Wait. A new mini feature started with Spaceman Homer. It’s not making me do any tasks, just reading the character dialogue and says I’ve completed various tasks. Any clues, as this seems like something’s wrong.
There is a new post on this. However only if you bought the rocket will you get tasks.
This was the worst event in years. Stupid clouds
