I know it’s been a little while since I’ve been back with some info since our last couple of live shows/podcasts. I apologize. My life is truly insane, I’m working on it…
Right now I’m in the midst of the largest fundraiser at the kid’s school, in which I am the chairperson (I clearly do not know how to say no to things)…so I’m just trying to get through that. It’s on October 26th, and it’s a massive Tricky Tray/basket raffle for those curious…and yes I will still happily accept donations (especially if you have a business, it’s a great way to advertise) if you’re willing to give 😉. Once I’m through that it should free up a TON of my time, and I can get back to doing more regular Addicts Live Shows.
In preparation for getting back into more regular Addicts Live Shows, I wanted to start planning out the Showoffs we talked about doing. I’ve got two options for Showoffs we’d like to do….
1. Whole town Showoff during one of our Live Shows. Where you’ll have as many of the Addicts crew as I can get onboard looking over and commenting about your town live! We’ll do this over our Live Show on YouTube, and we’ll try to do as many as we can.
2. Our Traditional Showoff. Where we pick a theme/area and you submit photos of your town in those themes/areas and we’ll do a post with those screenshots.

We can’t promise we’ll get to everyone, but we’ll do our best to get to as many as humanly possible in the time we have between now and the game being pulled from the servers.

For the Traditional Showoff, stay tuned for posts directly related to that….BUT I want some of your ideas on what areas you’d like to showoff/have seen. So submit those ideas for Showoffs in the comments below..
Also, as an aside…for those of you thinking about turning your town into a puzzle. Walgreens (here in the US) has this option. You can turn a photo into a 10×14 252piece puzzle for only $34.99…and there’s usually discount codes available to get it even less. Here’s the link for those of you interested. (I make absolutely nothing off of this, just trying to help those of you looking for options to preserve your town)
(I am going to see if I can bring back the Addicts Merch once this Tricky Tray is over…just need to find the right way to do it. For those of you that want to preserve a piece of TSTO History…)

Howdy, Alissa! Any update on the status of these showoffs? Maybe after the kids get out for the holidays? I hope your fundraisers and other school activities went/are going well!

Does anyone know if they will be releasing animated jobs that weren’t received during an event?
I was hoping when grampasaurus was release I could get the job for Lisa “Ride in an exploration pod” but unfortunately it does not appear after purchasing him. I tried buying the escape pod decoration and Lisa still doesn’t show the job. Any ideas welcome.
I know this isn’t the best place to ask but I’m not sure where is.
I have a glitch where The Ruffians NPC pack is only showing me 2/3 unlocked. I don’t have an option in store to buy the third. I can’t find them in my town and store them, which was one idea I had. Any suggestions for plugging this gap? I have every character that the Ai has offered except that NPC so I’d like to complete this section officially.
They’ve always been released as a bundle of 3, and if you own any you won’t get the option to buy the missing ones.
Open your store, tap the Help button over the top right and use the view all to find the option for missing content so you can explain that to EA and ask them to add the one that should have been included

I’ve been trying to get a picture from the app of my whole town but it says I don’t have enough storage. I’m on an iPhone 16 with 60GB of free storage. Any tips to get my photo of the town?

Going to dedicate the second-to-last week taking screenshots of the whole thing for an HD photo… gonna make sure it’s backed up about a hundred times.
