Should I Spend Donuts on the Coliseum?

Wondering if you should add the Coliseum  to your Springfield?   Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding the Coliseum to your Springfield.

Pros:
-It unlocks Drederick Tatum, a premium character with his own tasks to earn income.
-Comes with a quest line for Tatum
-He has a tiger
Cons:
-Expensive Addition
-No 1 hour task
-Odd shaped building to place, and if your low on space it may not be the best time to purchase.
Final: This one is really a toss-up. If you have the extra donuts and want a new building and character I’d say go for it, but if you’re short on donuts save them for another building.

Should I Spend Donuts on Duff Brewery?

Wondering if you should add the Duff Brewery to your Springfield?   Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding the brewery to your Springfield.

-All but 1 task is completed outdoors
-It’s Duffman!
Cons:
-Expensive Addition
Final: Duffman, in my opinion, is one of the BEST Premium additions to the game. If you can swing it, buy the Duff Brewery and get Duffman.

Should I Spend Donuts on Lugash’s Gym?

Wondering if you should add Lugash’s Gym to your Springfield?   Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding the gym to your Springfield.

Pros:
-It unlocks Lugash, a premium character with his own tasks to earn income.
-Comes with a quest line for Lugash
-If you have Gymnastics Lisa Costume, Lisa will utilize this building
-Lugash is another character to use the Adult Education Annex (in addition to Lenny)
-Has a couple of very funny outdoor tasks
Cons:
-Expensive Addition
-Has no interaction with regular characters.
-One of the worst returns on your donut investment.
Final: I enjoyed adding this building to my town and enjoy having Lugash, and his child intimidating ways, in my game but you might not. If you’re tight on donuts you may want to look for a better return on your investment.

Should I Spend Donuts on the Open Air Stage?

Wondering if you should add the Open Air Stage to your Springfield?   Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding the stage to your Springfield.

Much like Channel 6 and Cletus’s Farm the Open Air Stage does not regularly generate an income. Instead characters are required to put on a show in order to earn money. Here’s the break out of the tasks on Open Air Stage:

Final: If you’re going to regularly use the building to complete the tasks it’s not a bad overall investment. However, if you’re tight on donuts you may want to save them for now and use them towards a building that earns an income without having to pull a character off of another task.

Should I Spend Donuts on the Community Center?

Wondering if you should add the Community Center would make a good addition to your Springfield?   Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding the Center to your Springfield.

Payout: $135 & 15XP every 4hours
Return on Investment: $0.90/.100XP/Donut Spent
Pros:
-It unlocks Jasper (and his paddle), premium character with his own tasks to earn income.
-Comes with a very funny quest line for Jasper, with several humorous outdoor tasks.
Cons:
-A little on the pricey side.
-The building is not used by any characters.
Final: I enjoyed adding this building to my town and love the addition of Jasper to the game. While it doesn’t bother me that the Community Center is not used, it may bother you. If you’d rather invest your donuts in a building that has use, and a good return for the cost, you may want to hold out on buying the Community Center for now.

Should I Spend Donuts on Frink’s Lab?

Wondering if you should add Professor Frink and his Lab to your Springfield?   Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding Frink’s Lab to your Springfield.

Pros:
-Increases your Indolence Rating by 10 points.
-Good Glavin! It unlocks Professor Frink, a premium character with his own tasks to earn income.
-Comes with a quest line for Professor Frink.
-Professor Frink has some really cool outside tasks, like riding his flying machine and testing a gizmo.
Cons:
-A little on the pricey side.
Final: It’s hard to think of reasons not to add Frink’s Lab and the good Professor to Springfield, aside from the cost. It’s a great addition to Springfield and helps increase your Indolence rating (with out having to add more Brown Houses)!

Should I Spend Donuts on Krustylu Studios?

Wondering if you should add Krustylu Studios to your Springfield?   Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding Krusty’s Studio to your Springfield.

Pros:
-Comes with Sideshow Mel, a premium character with his own task line.
-Comes with a quest line for Sideshow Mel
-Not a bad return on donut investment
-Sideshow Mel has tasks in both Springfield and Krustyland
-Adds 10 points to your Obedience Rating
Cons:
-Only Sideshow Mel uses the studios
-You’ll need to purchase the cannon for an additional 20 donuts in order for all of Sideshow Mel’s task to be unlocked.
-It’s a large building, and can be difficult to place.

Final: Although it’s a little expensive, I personally think it’s worth the investment. You unlock a whole new character for the game and can generate income that much faster.

Should I Spend Donuts on the Film Set?

Wondering if you should add the Film Set to your Springfield?   Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding the film set to your Springfield.

Pros:
-Comes with a McBain Costume for Wolfcastle
-Unlocks a McBain Quest line
-McBain animations are some of the best in the game
Cons:
-It is an expensive addition to your town for a building only 1 character can use
-Cannot be sold. Once you purchase it, it’s yours forever.
Final: The only reasons not to buy this addition is if donuts are limited, or you’re against violence. This is one of the best premium items you can purchase in the game, in my opinion, and has some of the best animations to date for TSTO.

Should I Spend Donuts on the School Bus?

Wondering if you should add the School Bus to your Springfield?   Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding the bus to your Springfield.

Pros:
-Comes with a character, Otto
-The most affordable character/building combo
-Comes with a quest line
-Otto is the only character to use King Toot’s regularly
-Improves your Indolence Rating by 10 points.
-Completes the School Workers Character Set
-It’s a school bus to go with the school
-Otto comes with his own set of tasks, so in addition to the bus earning money Otto will earn as well.
-One of the few premium characters to have crossover tasks in Krustyland
Cons:
-Otto uses illegal substances in the game, and depending on your views you may want to pass on him
-He doesn’t interact with any other characters
Final: There really are very few reasons not to buy the School Bus and Otto. For the price and the combo of a building that generates income and a premium character that generates money you really can’t go wrong with this one.

Should I Spend Donuts on Lard Lad Donuts?

Wondering if you should add Lard Lad’s to your Springfield?   Well before you hit that confirm button, lets break down the Pros and Cons of adding the donut shop to your Springfield.

-Adds variety to your Springfield’s restaurant choices
Cons:
-No animation
-A bit pricey for only 3 characters to use for 5 minutes without animation
Final: If you’re looking for ways to boost your Gluttony rating this is a good addition to have. However, if donuts are tight and if you already have a decent Gluttony rating you may want to save your donuts for a building that comes with more.
