Back with another blast from the past Turbo Tappin’ TSTO walkthrough. This time we’re Turbo Tappin’ Level 25 and Smithers!

Hi Tappers! Back with another TSTO Walkthrough. This time it’s Level 25,for some of our readers who may not have reached the highest level yet, and how to get Waylon Smithers, Burns Manor & FINALLY a use for the Post Office!
