Addicts Live Annoucement…

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Just dropping in with a quick announcement about the next Addicts Live…..

Mark your calendars because the next episode of Addicts Live will be airing Next Saturday (February 2nd) at 12:00pm ET (for timezone converter check here).

The next episode will feature, as usual, our thoughts about what’s going on in TSTO, lots of laughs, our usual crazy antics and of course we’ll be fielding your questions.  Plus, we’ll be breaking down Love, Springfieldian Style, town portrait and so much more!  Oh, and we’ll be giving our Superbowl Predictions!

And those of you that can’t make the live stream, don’t worry a recording of the video will be up for your viewing pleasure after the stream is over.  So you’ll be able to catch the re-run. 🙂

As far as what you’ll need for the live stream?  Well, nothing different!  No new program to sign up for.  Just check out TSTO Addicts on Saturday, February 2nd and watch for the Addicts Live post around noon.  From there you’ll be able to directly play the stream…as if you were watching a regular embedded YouTube video!  Nice and simple!

The app store update for Valentine’s Day has hit.  So head over to your app store to download the latest update…

However, Valentine’s Day itself is NOT live yet.  It’ll go live tomorrow.  So don’t freak out that nothing triggers for you… it won’t until tomorrow (the 23rd) at 10a ET, 1500 UTC.  

Until then there is a new feature to explore…and it’s pretty awesome!  More details below the fold about Town Portrait!

WDTCF – Tunnel of Love

Badabum badabum badabum badadbumbumbum (phonetic NFL intro lol).  Sorry for the cheesyness but I’m just a happy Wookiee.  Loving the Valentine’s Event so far even if it is a bit too pink for my tastes.  Before every event, I usually get the chance to rap about items I’d like to see in the game (part 1 and part 2).  I initially didn’t think there’d be much VD stuff that I’d want, but I surprised myself by finding a lot.  Of course, you poop in one hand and wish in the other and we all know how that turns out, but I actually got one right (two if you count the grocery store in Level 38).

Hello to all my TSTO cupids, singles, swingers and monogamists!  Does that cover every one?  Let’s see… Ralph Wiggum as cupid, CBG the bachelor, Dr. Hibbert the swinger and Homer.  Yup… got ‘em all!

With the holiday event coming to a close on January 14th, a lot of us are just waiting for a return of the Valentine’s Day event and you know that means.  I get the chance to dish on some stuff I’d like to see with it.  Best part for me is reader pkkao actually asked me to do it.  For most of this post, I’ll be abbreviating Valentine’s Day as VD.  Covers two reasons, my laziness and how funny I think it is to use that particular abbreviation in conjunction with a “love” holiday.
