Hey, Hey, Hey!! It’s Rosh Hashanah!
How do you greet one another on Rosh Hashanah???
“Leshana tovah tikatev v’tichatem” (לשנה טובה תכתב ותחתם). When greeting a female, this is modified to“Leshana tovah tikatevee v’tichatemee” (לשנה טובה תכתבי ותחתמי). This means, “May you be written and sealed for a good year.”
Why is this important? Because it is also Rosh Hashanah in our Springfields, and there are some special new and returning items being offered, that deserve a “SHOULD I SPEND DONUTS” post on them!
Read on! Get your sprinkly sheckles ready, and celebrate the New Year (either early or late).
