Hey there Hoppereenos. Looks like EA gave us quite a lil surprise. They decided today would be a fun day to release our troops. No idea why. We are looking into it though. Outside of that, a lot of cool new decorations were just introduced. We will be breaking them down for you, so stay tuned as we gather all the information.

First off, the information for the Nerd Troop Replenishment is still EXACTLY the same. Even with this update. So why they launched today is beyond us. Not sure if this is to make up for those that did not get them last Saturday. There still may be one this Saturday too. So make sure you use ALL of them up before 2PM EST

A bunch of cool new items to use for decorations around your Medieval Springfield as well as a reintroduction of some older items too. Pretty cool as I was already using the Fort and Freakshow in my designs. Lol.
Looks like they also decided to make it a little bit more normal on Level 21 Castle Upgrades by making it 10,500 instead of 105,000. That zero made a HUGE difference.
Note from Alissa: Looks like after Level 21 they increase by 1,000 Elixir. So Level 22 will cost 11,500 Elixir to upgrade to, Level 23 12,500 Elixir and so on. Also, from what I can see (at least with the first couple of upgrades beyond Level 20) it’s 1 wall at each level.
Still combing through more details and information. Will update with anymore findings. In the meantime, what do YOU think of all the new stuff? Are YOU gonna buy a vomiting unicorn? Got some ideas for the new decorations? Let us know, we love to hear from you.

A head’s up on placing the new items in your inventory. I purchased a slew of the new items today so I could rebuild my castle tomorrow. After purchasing them (and letting them display randomly in my Springfield), I stored them in inventory. When I went to look at my inventory, nearly half of the items I purchased had vanished. I’ve filed a report with EA, but wanted to give other plays a head’s up.
I got the 2 nacorn. LOVE IT. Got all the new things, now I think each castle needs these, have my finger hot on the donuts! I’m so addicted,do I need professional help? LOL, TAPPED out is still cheaper. LOVE THIS GAME,l

Man, this update is gonna make not spending my donuts really hard. I have been planning on getting the chicken coop at some point and 2 towers (1 each for C.R and B.P, even though I really don’t want to but I want my castles to look complete). Now this Two-nicorn enters the picture and I feel like my town must have it. I like all the other decorations available for elixir too and I am going to pass on the other premium stuff as I already have Satan’s Anvil and the Freakshow Tent (both in my inventory). Maybe I’ll bring out the Freakshow Tent when American Horror Story: Freak Show debuts in October but until then it’s staying there. Lastly, I wish decorations that were once freeium and now premium, earned a money & XP bonus like the characters do when they make that change.
Thanks to everyone here, comments are full of humor and excitement tonight instead of only complaints. I like the game because it makes me laugh, even when it sucks sometimes.

oh. my. jeebus. TWO-NICORN!!!! I’m absolutely LOVING the new decorations, even more so because there’s so many to get with elixir! And I have wanted the freakshow for ages, might actually splerge and get some donuts for this.

Did anyone else see they posted on Facebook a level 44 update is coming soon
I send 1 nerd per building because I live in New Zealand, and if do that first thing in the morning, they finish 10hr attacks while americans sleep! I only up the number when I get frustrated hitting Lev43 players with 24+ hour attack times on their building. Otherwise I keep rolling through till I find peoples B towns! (I save Friend attacks for the evening)
I’m level 43 and figured out quickly that there was no advantage to anyone to max-upgrade the castle.
After hitting all my neighbors, I still have plenty of nerds to drop on random attacks and avoid those that maxed out their castles
i do 1 nerd per building each time and get 3,000-4,000 elixer each time i turn on the game i tried the send all to one ton and only got 500-600 i prefer more to little
I’ve resisted not buying donuts on this game but there is a chance I might now for the twonicorn
My nerds seem to be accumulating… Instead of the 25 I should have got from each castle I got 50. This was after getting my 100 free nerds. Not complaining… Just odd!

my android had the in game update, i just checked the store and am installing a 43mb update !!

I saw a store update many hours ago. No explanation what it does. It’s 4.10.3. Bug fixes? I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. Maybe it’s just for these line of devices? I’ll update soon.

i think i’m getting super excited with this update, i’m already trying build an empire! I also play clash of clans, and this mix was the best !
I am so glad I never updated my castles past level 10. I didn’t see the point of getting more nerds or stronger defenses. I had almost 30,000 elixir stockpiled. I love all of the cool new decorations you can now buy with it. My castle was already huge so I was able to really get all midevil times with it all. Lots of tents and some windmills. And several two story toilets really makes it feel perfect. Perfect timing to win the “cat”apult. Wish the animation would throw the cat a bit further.
I wouldn’t want to be the person in the bottom of the outhouse when the top one is in use… Ewww!

225 donuts for Satan’s Anvil that was free and all it does is sit there? Crazy! Donuts for the Freakshow tent that was given away free? It just sits there too. That’s why it’s in my inventory.

It’s based on the game it’s making fun of. My buddy told me to think of your neighbors as being a part of your clan vs your enemies aka randoms. Hence the higher payout for enemies. Still smh as well. Now I’m off to earn a guillotine because nothing says welcome to my town friend than one of those.

Still didn’t fix the bug with all shields disappearing when you go to Krustyland. Why am I penalized just because I would rather work on my Krustyland with characters before playing this temporary event.. I guess devoting resources to twonicorns barfing rainbows is more important than fixing known game play bugs. Good job EA!!
My android game is crashing a lot when I visit neighbors since this update hit.
Mine as well, it’s brutal. I’m trying to get as many donuts as possible but it’s hard to visit my neighbours daily if I have to relaunch and/or restart 20-30x to do so…
my android also seems to crash most often while hitting the neighbors.
For some reason, I’m crashing a ton, too. No idea why.

Darn, you sneaky EA., If I knew there would be good elixer decor coming. I wouldn’t have wasted it on meaningless castle upgrades trying to get a free wall!!!!!!
Did anyone have the new update just disappear??!! I used up my new nerds and was going to purchase the new items. I had purchased a few with donuts and the game crashed. When I went to load it again, I got the game update message again and all the new stuff was GONE!! The new items I had placed were gone and the new items in the build menu were gone (I don’t know what happened to my new nerds as I had already placed them). What sucks is that my donuts were still used on the items that are now gone. WT Fudge???!!!
Try hard closing the app. If that doesn’t bring it back, uninstall/reinstall. If no fix, you’ll have to contact EA for a fix but I hope the other two work. As for the items that disappeared, you have to contact EA to get them but good news is they usually respond quickly to that sort of issue.

Had to get the Twonicorn…It barfs rainbows :). Had to get Fort Sensible. I also got the windmill and the outhouse, and I am definitely getting the guillotine when I can. Now we just need dirt roads. Please, please, please EA, give us dirt roads.

To my neighborenos: I joined the “Hail Ants movement”! I posted a sign with flowers saying 9 A.M. which means thats the time I´ll be clearing my houses for you to tap again and destroy them because at that hour I´ll be visiting Krustyland for tickets, contructions, missions etc. I´ll need to clear my town at that hour so that you won´t lose your attacks ok? Remember not to attack my castles or do it at your own risk, I´ll clear them for nerds through the day
