Ahhh Update! 
Well..true to form EA has released LEVEL 46!
More details as we go through it…but for now know that Nelson kicks things off. Of course if you’re like me and have him Trick-or-Treating it doesn’t help..you’ll be required to build a new building (trying to avoid spoilers) that will take 24hrs to build and costs 1.2 million.

So it looks like Level 46 is all about Nelson! As mentioned above Nelson kicks things off and you’ll be required to build Classy Girls Strip Club, for 1.2 Million. It takes 24hrs and will unlock Mrs. Muntz!
Now here’s the level rundown…
First the Freemium stuff…
New Building:
Classy Girls Strip Club- $1,200,000. 24hr Build. Earns $35, 3xp/1 hr. 4×9. Unlocks Mrs. Muntz.
New Decorations:
Tiki Bar– $95,000. Improves Vanity. Can be placed on Squidport or Springfield.
Moon Bounce- $150,000. Improves Vanity. Will NOT unlock until you reach the One Small Bounce for Man questline. (Bart starts Part 1, Willie starts Part 2) Can be placed on Squidport or Springfield. This works very similar to Channel 6. You pay to assign the job and make money. Here’s the breakdown of who can Bounce:

Preparatory School- 180 Donuts. 6s Build. Earns $175, 20xp/6hrs. Unlocks Greta Wolfcastle. 7×11. Requires Level 31.
Springfield Clamphitheater- 145 Donuts. 6s Build. Earns $135, 15xp/4hrs. 12×12. Requires Level 6. Springfield only.
Character:
Greta Wolfcastle- Unlocks with the Preparatory School. Part of More Kids Character collecting. And I know everyone is wondering…YES she will have a 16hr task to help you earn MORE Treat Bags during Halloween.

I can’t start the quest call “One Small Bounce For Man… Pt. 2”
I already done “One Small Bounce For Man… Pt. 1” quest
but pt 2 can’t kick it … 🙁
What must i do to complete the quest ?

Try storing and replacing the Moon Bounce. See if that triggers anything. Then double check your task bar to make sure it’s all clear of Moon Bouce tasks..

Nope…but you need the bounce house to be active in order to use it. Double check your task bar and make sure the task isn’t on there. If it’s still stuck contact EA and let them know what happened…

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to do that. That goes against EAs policy with the game….not only that EA is better set up to solve the problem. They should be able to take care of it for you 😉

Ah. Excellent. Thanks. I don’t have her. Maybe she’ll be released as a donut purchase for Halloween. I understand she’s able to trick-or-treat as a premium character (16hrs for Silver/Gold).
Nelson’s mom came into the game under the same circumstances that he did; two years ago levels 21 (Nelson) & 22 (Edna) were released during THOH 2012 and now she’s arrived with level 46 during THOH 2014. They must really like Halloween.
my only question is Rainer Wolfcastle’s daughter a voiced character? If she is then it might be worth the 180 donuts.

he’s around…he’s just back in school and got a really awesome job working at a theme park over Halloween. He’ll be back more in November 🙂

I’m stuck now that the update has gone through. When the game loads it’s cemtered on the dog race place and forces me to click and will now exit out of the dog race window at all. I have 4 hours until the next race is available and no donuts to progress but the back arrow to close the window does not work. So my game is broken for four hours?
If you have an Origin account…clear cache/data, uninstall, then reinstall the app and log back in.
I don’t know about any of you but Greta was so worth all the donuts I been waiting for her since the game first came out

Has anyone else noticed that since the latest update on iOS that the scene scrolling is now stunted? What I mean is that when scrolling on your Springfield with your finger, the page no longer fluidly rolls…it seems limited to exactly how much you slide your finger. This is making traveling across town a big pain in the sphincter. Anyone else noticing this?

Might try shutting your device all the way off and see if that helps . . .
I have noticed that too, I thought it was maybe because I have too many items in my town but I guess it’s an iOS thing.

What needs to be done in order to unlock the moon bounce?
Never mind…. I had Bart trick or treating and he triggers it.
Just noticed that my XP bar now requires 1,514,240 XP to get a shot at the 3 donut prize. At level 45 it was only about 500,000. This game is getting harder and harder for us freemium players!
Yea, I agree. EA doesn’t seem to be as game currency generous as others. The only thing that could improve this change is if we earned more XP with the new content.
Does anyone know what Greta ‘ s costume is?
It’s not an outdoor task. It’s an indoor task that earns you treat bags like Database or Uter
Great perused artisan treat bags for 16 hours so doesn’t have a costume
I don’t know if anybody else has noticed, but we’re gonna have to collect an amazing 1.5 MILLION to level up to Level 47!
Logged in this morning… and BOOM…..AUTOMATIC LEVEL 46…kinda cool…first time this ever happens to me. not used to seeing this. BUT!!! after maxing out my XP at LVL 45 (which was also the first time that ever happened).. I was about 388,463 XP/583,809 XP from maxing out for the second time in a row (got screenshots to prove it) anyways,. NOW…. my XP target jumped to over a 1.5 MILLION!!!! That seems excessive. and the XP I had actually dropped… now it looks like this….346,676/1,514,240….1.5M XP that seems insane to me….Is this normal? am I over reacting? please comment…
thanks, besides that enjoying all the new updates and hallowing time…not sure what my wife will say about me becoming an owner of a strip club though..lol
They raised the xp requirement significantly with this update…
So the Clampitheater just sits there and earns money? Doesn’t put on shows like the open air stage? Does it at least add any tasks for anyone? 145 is a lot of bread…
I believe there are tasks with it. I haven’t fully investigated it (a little busy at my actual job today) but it’ll all be detailed in the should i buy post
UGH! Yesterday I thought “welp, no new level with this update! Screw waiting for the next level and saving $2.5 million, lets get ZiffCorp offices!”
Ziffcorp was 4 hours away from building completion when my game updated…. UGHHH! And I was super close to the donut bonus. Argh!
Thankfully I’m only about $200,000 away from Classy Girls… I’m just mad at myself for my lack of patience and poor luck.

I’ve been waiting for an update before getting the tennis courts because I’ve wanted the price to go down. Big disappointment. The tennis courts are still 516k. Thought the prices went down with level upgrades. Things are so expensive now. Need cash to get the sit and rotate.
They do but it’s a couple of levels before they start to drop. Bunny will detail it in the Random Changes post

Does anyone know if the Tiki Bar and/or Clampitheater can go on the Squidport? I’d be interested if so, but I’m afriad to just try myself (at least for the Clampitheater, since it seems like you have to spend donuts for buildings to go in your inventory)

There is so much going on in this game right now. Halloween is awesome.
Just updated and got 46… now my exp bar is at 1.5mil for the donut box, before the update I was on my 2nd or 3rd box and it was only 800k, is this exp amount right or did I get hit by a bug?
