Hey Howdy Hey Alien Squishing Tappers!
Well….unless you’ve been living under a rock you know that Halloween has arrived in Springfield! A dark haze has over taken the streets of Springfield and Aliens are on the attack! By now we’re all busy squishing and stopping those aliens dead in their tracks….and earning as many Ray Guns as we can!
With this event EA is trying something new (for them) and releasing items/prizes in phases. Two prizes each phase, three phases, for a total of 6 prizes all together. For the second phase, which lasts 11 days and ends 10/31 (0800GMT), you can win 2 prizes by collecting Ray Guns. The first prize awarded at 2,825 Ray Guns is the Bulldozer-saurus.
Let’s take a closed look at this magestic Bulldozer-saurus, and just what happens when it enters your town…
WARNING Mild Dialogue Spoilers Ahead
Once you’ve collected 2,825 Ray Guns the Bulldozer-saurus will automatically be awarded to you and you’ll see this popup:
Much like Friendship Prizes, if you’re visiting a neighbor when you hit the 2,825 Ray Gun mark this message will still popup and your Bulldozer-saurus will be waiting for you in your inventory once you get back to your Springfield.
The Bulldozer-saurus will be placed in your inventory, so you’ll have to go into your inventory to retrieve him. (remember to check your entire inventory, characters tend to be at the end) Just tap on the “use” icon to place it in your Springfield:
It will be another part of the Treehouse of Horror XXV Character Collection…
Once in Springfield some minor dialogue with Kang will popup with a simple task….
Kang: The majestic Bulldozer-saurus. One of our most powerful and majestic animals. They love to be scratched right behind their blade-lift cylinder.
Tap the Bulldozer-saurus
Kang: You fool! That’s not his blade-lift cylinder! That’s his ripper cylinder. Great. Well, we all know whom to blame for his murderous rampage.
So here’s the deal with the Bulldozer-saurus:
-None Playable Character (NPC). Will just roam around Springfield.
-If you don’t unlock him in the Ray Gun box you’ll have a chance to craft after the timer runs out.
-Voiced…kinda. When tapped he screams…kinda.
-Part of the THOH XXV Character Set

My bulldozer Saurus disappeared too and now I have to craft it and use up items from my treat bags 🙁

I unlocked the bulldozer saurus a while ago and its not in my inventory can’t find it anywhere anyone else had this problem
Check all the way through your inventory..characters like to hide at the end. If you still don’t see it contact EA and let them know it’s gone missing…
Love this game, not as frantic as Family Guy still enjoy that too. Is there any chance Homer will get a halloween costume, even possibly the Hulk Homer, then he could go on a rampage. Homer smash
after placing the Bulldozer-saurus, it was only in my town for about 2 days, now I cant find it.
It’s hard to see…check around your town…try hiding buildings/decorations and see if you see it. If not contact EA and let them know it’s gone missing.
Am I the only one that’s tried to shoot ‘arnie pye in the sky’ down with the laser weapon? …..
got 150 bags to go then i start working on the whirly bird!
here are my thoughts/strategy for the next round. i getting the last prize of this round and most likely a few silver prestige prizes. the only thing that really matters to me are the prizes, not the bags. therefore, im done using ray gun boosters (missiles/eggs/bags) for 3 reasons. 1- im getting the chopper as previously stated so i dont need them. 2- last collection was 3 items, the ray guns are 2 items per in-town collection. the next collection is DNA, so given the pattern and the fact living things only have one DNA the next phase will be 1 collection per in town action. 3- the ammo/candy benefits from bags have worked and will work the same in the next phase so im really loosing anything by waiting. sure, if you open bags you get ray guns which help you eventually get prestige bags but the ratio is horrible, so why not wait for the last event? you might clear it in half the time and have an extra alien buddy to help you along the way! 🙂
Ok, since phase 2 of Halloween began, my game stalls and turns off every time I try to blow up a UFO. I thought it was bad luck, but it happens every time now and when I go back there is no UFO to attack. I’m missing out on prizes and stocking up on missiles. Is there anything I can do?
try uninstalling TSTO and reinstalling it. Sometimes that fresh download helps clear out any errors/issues.
