Side Note From Bunny: For all of those wondering WHO on earth is the Guy in the unlock screen? Well that is Royce… Royce McCutcheon. What does he have to do with the content this level? I know its a bit early, but do you know if Helens tasks turn premium when you “buy” her for the second time from the build menu? Or is that just a fun but fake transaction?
Nope…she’ll still earn at a regular rate.
Lol. The cost of her tasks…pretty much start out Premium. She only gets the name added after complaining. Part of making the questline funny. I got a kick out of it. 😉
The pancake house is not appearing in my store. I check under new items and characters but I did not find it. I did receive the message saying level 50 and I even purchased Jessica Lovejoy. Milhouse is free too. What do you recommend I do? Should i log out or reinstall in game? /:
Did you start playing the questline yet? It won’t unlock until prompted by the questline.
Look in characters, not buildings….
Jessica Lovejoy is awesome — she’s already in my A-game Springfield TP’ing the Jeb statue.
I’m super pleased with the way things are going lately! The Superhero event is awesome! I love all of the new buildings and characters. Now we have level 50 with even more stuff. I’m so happy that Helen Lovejoy is finally here. This was the character I wanted to see for a while now- more than any other possible character. I think it’s great that EA is piling it on now. As a freemium player, it’s great to be getting all of this new free stuff. Plus- I’ve been tapping away like crazy since the Superhero event started. So I’ve been getting free doughnuts between the issue’s. I just got my first set of free doughnuts post issue 2. And since we still have five more days until issue 3 starts, I think I will be getting 3 doughnuts a day for the next five days. So that’s 18 doughnuts (guaranteed) in six days. Woo Hoo!!
I hope the jingle for the Canyonero play when you tap it. Also we could use the last of Fat Tony’s men Johnny Tightlips in Tapped Out!
Not sure if you all knew but I am only on level 15 and for the next 11 days for us lower level players; the murderpuss, the lovejoy house and shortys coffee shop are available to buy as advanced content!
It is a new thing that EA started with the last level. I think it’s really cool they do that. 😉
di you know already what the bartcave does, does it come with a quest and does it generate event currency until the end of this event?
I’m a little disappointed that they didn’t have bartman come with the cave for a fee more donuts rather than selling them seperately 🙁
Also, does it make any sense getting the bartcave if you don’t have bartman? Thanks x
It has a questline for Bart and a task for Bart that brings the animation to life.
Actually, I’m interested in the answer to the second part of Jen’s question… Does Bart have to have the Bartman skin to use the Bart Cave?

Why in the world did the pancake house cost so much?! I am now left with 53,000!!!!
Because it is new. If you wait… the cost goes down as more levels are released… but that means waiting. 😉
Nice to see a new vehicle and actually with the book burning van that makes two. NIce to finally see the rest of the Lovejoys as well.
A random change I have noticed… janeys bounce task now pays at the same rate as the other kids (225?) rather than the 310(?) like jimbo etc. Which is sad as she was the only one I sent there really 😛 ah well…
Hey everyone. I was wondering if there was a second freemium building for level 50. Usually somewhere down the story line a second freemium building becomes available( level 49 was the abandoned warehouse). Is there something like that or is it just the pancake house and the burning book mobile for in-game cash? Thanx and have fun.
Doesn’t always happen…occasionally does, but not always. This case, it does not.
The “IT Blows” kinda counts doesn’t it? As a freemium you have to get to a certain level to earn?

I was about 75% finished level 48 (according to the XP bar). After the update downloaded I got a “Level Up” notification and I’m now on level 49 suddenly? With a reset XP bar? What happened?
Usually you get a boost when the new Level hits of XP. So it pushed you ahead.
Im currently building the D’mico summer house..is there anyway to stop the build and get the money back so I can get the reduced price?
Nope. Besides… it WON’T be reduced. The multiplier in TOP two tiers is the same.
Hello, for some reason, I’m not getting any more lock picks/craftable materials from criminals. Is this a glitch, or do I have to wait for more?

He was released in 2013 as a tie in character to his episode. So… probably a seasoned player. Right now he is not available.
Great! but now I reeeaally need more land…. for the first time ever I had to pack some buildings into storage..bye bye zesty’s, a gulp n’ blow and guinea pig rescue center… and I already know more places will be going to storage thanks to the issue 3+4 superhero update soon enough.
Though, great to have more vehicles, love that book (burning) mobile has an animation!
I don’t know if this is new or if it showed up earlier & I just missed it, but I found new land plus 2 lots of water to purchase all along the right side of my Springfield. Just spent around $10 million to get it all. The Fortress of Choclitude will have to wait. Always try to keep $10 mill. as a buffer to buy new land incase it shows up. Today it paid off.
It may be the Land from the last update you are seeing in Level 49 😉

Ok, happy there is a new level and content, but the two new “friendship” prizes mean 8000 FP before more free sprinkles!
I had hoped to get Bartman before the time is up, but with only 43 donutty goodness and now ~6-8 days blown getting FP I don’t know if I will make it!

Ah well, the tribulations of Freemium… how are you going Etamni?
A warning on pie bombs. Starting with Dr Colossus, the pies don’t roll over. What I mean is that if you are close to the doctor (not a real doctor), or if you are close to winning donuts, do not go and visit all your neighbors. For example, if you were 1 pie bomb away from earning donuts and you started visiting your neighbors, you could earn as many as 570 pie bombs if you visited all 100 neighbors. When you went back to your own Springfield, you would earn the donuts, but the counter for more donuts would be at zero. You would lose 569 pie bombs. Also check your total before you click on your HQ or a felon. If I were 1 pie away from winning donuts and I clicked on my HQ, I would lose 204 pie bombs. On the final heart for a felon I would lose 149 pie bombs in this scenario. So far, I have lost only 6 pie bombs.

Hello, what do you mean, how can pie bombs earn donuts?
When you finish collecting all three items for a particular Issue, you then earn the ability to get a bonus donut round (similar to the one you get for filling your XP meter when you’re at the top level).
Basically, once you earn 4,000 additional pies (in Issue 2), you’re presented with the boxes – one has 1 donut, one has 2, and one has 3. You tap on a box and see how many donuts it has. If you like what you see, you collect it. If you want to try again to see if you can get a box with more donuts, you pay $150,000 to do that (it’s only $50,000 in the XP version). So, for a maximum of $300,000, you can be guaranteed to end up with 3 “free” donuts.
I hate it when the new update come; and the server crash. Probably a lot of people updating their content. Seems that to get the Bartcave is to get the Bartscreen frequently.

When my girlfriend updated she was put straight from the beginning of level 48 to a level 49… Basically skipping 480,000 xp… Now I have updated and I’ve not been put ahead any. Wondering if there has been a change in the level xp boundaries at all? The gf isn’t letting up the fact she’s now ahead of me… It’s getting to me.
It depends on what she bought and where her XP was. If it was high enough to level up… she leveled up.
It’s not been discussed much (if at all) here, but I suspect that just as building prices have a multiplier, XP-levels may also have a multiplier. If you are at the top level when a new one comes out, the XP to move up may be higher than it will be for someone who hits these levels later when they are no longer the top level.
Evidence? What evidence? I don’t need no freakin’ evidence!
I didn’t write down how much XP was required to move up, but I’ve noticed that my friend who started recently is rapidly moving through levels that took me forever — the XP requirements don’t seem to be all that high; he just has to wait for the tasks to complete.
I don’t think it’s a “multiplier” issue, I just think that the amount of XP required to go from level to level increases as the levels go up. I don’t think it’s the kind of thing where level XP gets “cheaper” for earlier levels as new levels come out, I think you’ve just forgotten what it was like to be a newbie! 😉 I remember going through all of the existing levels at the time (in the low 40s, I think, but I can’t remember exactly) within a couple of months or less. Of course, my memory isn’t that great either lol!
I already have the statue when does Jessica show up?
The Statue is just ONE piece needed as a side for her. You still have to first of all get to Level 50 game play, then you also still have to spend donuts to buy her and the Lovejoy home.
I had Milhouse free, but didn’t get the Lovejoy house. What else is needed to get it?

Awesome timing on the Pancake House as yesterday was National Pancake Day.
I’m glad I hit the level cap last night and got my free donuts.
They reduced Janey’s payout for the Moonbounce, she was getting $310, now it’s down to $225.
While I’m sorry to lose the extra $$ for Janey’s Moonbounce, I’m glad I won’t have to watch Ralph eat yellow snow anymore. (I used to use the Moonbounce to give Ralph a 4-hour task, but once he got the elf 4-hour task, I felt like I should take advantage of the extra payout of having Janey use the Moonbounce.)
