Addicts Weekly Open Thread

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Due to POPULAR request….we’ve moving up our open thread time so that our friends outside of the US can participate too!  Let’s get the conversation going!  Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long.  This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!

Now…enough rambling from me….it IS Sunday and you know what that means, right?  Time for another Open Thread!

Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING.  Just no Add me requests…those should go here.  We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

So…here is your Open Thread.  No new Simpsons tonight, but level 51 hit our tapping devices this past week.  Were you excited for the new items?  Bring back memories of early Simpsons episodes?  What event do you think we’ll see next?  Sunday Night Baseball tonight features the Redsox at Yankees, will you be watching?  Do anything fun this weekend?  Beautiful weather here on the East Coast.

So chat about the Simpsons, TSTO, Update fun, or anything else you can think of!  Can’t wait to chat with you all, you know we love hearing from you!

Have Fun!  And happy Sunday!

  1. I can’t get the Monroe quests to start, and I’m nearly 100% sure I’m done with Grimes story. My help will be great!!

  2. Hey! I have noticed that I no longer have the golden Homer Buddah available for purchase. I know there are some people that absolutely HATE it, but I find it kind of fun from time to time, without trying to pin too much stock in getting a return. That way, I’m not sad when I get a dumpster or a tree or something like that.

Is anyone else finding that gone? I have checked, but I don’t seem to see any posts anywhere stating that it disappeared. I have the icon showing for the premium category, but I can’t find it to actually purchase. HELP?

  3. I like the new mystery box. My last 5-day-boxes were 10 donuts and – finally – Lard Lads Donuts. As I already have the BHL, SVT and Kearney I hope for the News Van or some more donuts in the next boxes and – if this box really ends on April 30 – that they only change the items and don’t bring the lousy box back in May.

  4. We had some lovely weather this weekend, blue skies and quite warm.
No baseball but I did watch the women’s boat race, a very special event. Also watched the Grand National, still worry for the horses but too many memories of watching it with my nan to miss it.

  5. Is it just me, or is the game really buggy lately? It is constantly closing characters task menus before I can tap o a job. It is pretty annoying I must say. Sometimes it takes a really long time just to assign Homer, Booberella, Fruit-Bat Man or whomever a job. Hopefully they fi it soon, its one of the more annoying bugs i have seen in the game.

Also, do you think that EA will ever make Fallout Boy’s “Endure Air-Seasickness” task give a premium payout? The Radstation Air Fortress was an expensive item, and it only gives the one job, so in my opinion it should give a premium payout for that job. If Radioactive Man can get a premium payout for his 16-hour Beach House Task, I don’t see why Fallout Boy shouldn’t get the same for his 16-hours of hovering over Springfield. With that said, I really do love both items, so I don’t really care as intensely as that came out, ha. I’m just saying, it wold be nice. I really do have enough in-game currency at this point that an extra 100 Springfield bux doesnt make or brake me one way or another. just thought I’d point it out and ask your opinion.

Oh, and one last thing. Has anyone nuked their Springfield recently? I really want to totally redesign my town, but I’m a little worried because of the few bugs I’ve seen that I will lose something. Anyone have any problems nuking their towns?

    Thanks!

    • I’ve been debating nuking my town for weeks now – i’m trying to redesign it bit by bit – but it’s frustrating…it’s a huge thing to do – start alllll over!

    • I’ve been having the exact same problem with the character task menu failing to open and repetitively closing on its own. I contacted EA but all they the help they gave me was to tell me to make sure my game was updated, log out log in, etcetera.

      • Craig (ibuylow2014)

I have found if I hold the character button down for a couple of seconds, it will not happen.

    • Regarding the task lists closing spontaneously, there have been numerous complaints here and in EA’s forums — hopefully it will be fixed with next update.

    • I believe the menu auto-closes when a task completionsym bol ona character or building pops up somewhere. When you’ve collected all, the Kwik-E-Marts, Simpsons House and Brown House with their shorter task times are most likely the reason. Leave them untapped until after you’re done with the character tasks.

  6. Is it just me or has Clownface’s 6 second task disappeared? Weird, why would they take that away (assuming they have and it’s not just a glitch…)?
    I thought it was a fun task…

    • It was taken away. Pulled back when the event was pulled I believe

    • Hmm, I remember sending Clownface aka Krusty on the task after the event… Maybe it was the level 51 update, it seems to have changed a few things concerning Krusty (the Mr. Teeny and the Stonecutters task).
I don’t understand why they did that, though, I mean it can’t be because the task would seem out of place after the event since many Superhero characters and skins still have a lot of event-related tasks…

      • The task paid considerably more than 6-second tasks usually paid. My guess is they were trying to preserve balance in the tasks.

      • That’s true… well, I thought of the task as a fun little easter egg or something for players who had earned the skin during the event… It’s not like you could get rich from those 35 dollars unless you were willing to tap Krusty hundreds of times… Still, I guess you might be right.

  7. Luke the Asian

Just wanted to ask, was visiting a neigh our the other day and saw a couple a reindeer munching grass by a lake. What’s the biz behind them?

  8. In the last update i stat gaining cash very fast 200.000 more and i can buy the solar sphere for the 16 hour task for milhouse bart nelson and martin but maybe i should wait for D’amico summer house.I have a question helen pay as a premium character? I need only 22 donuts for sherry and terry or maybe i save for witch marge or the happy sumo

    • Oh and should i make ALL tge characters make 24 hour task or only the premium and the events character?

      • Put characters on tasks that make the most sense for you. If you’re only going to check your game once a day, then yes 24hrs is a good task length for all characters. But if you’re going to check it several times a day then set them on task times that match up with your game play timing. If you go in every 4hrs, send them on 4hr tasks. And so on.

    • Helen does not pay has a premium character, as she was freemium. And even when she was replaced in the menu as a “premium character” she was free. So nope, freemium earnings.

      • I could be wrong, but in the past I have recieved premium payout characters that didn’t require donuts to purchase such as Mr Costington and The Yes Guy. It was very odd to see all the dialogue in the quest make Helen a premium character and yet she still isnt – because premium characters have been given away in the past.

        • When a non-premium character becomes premium it’s because they’ve been resold for a donut price. For example both Mr. Costington and The Yes Guy were prizes during Christmas 2013, however, during Christmas 2014 they were resold as donut characters. When they were resold, that’s the point them became premium payouts. Same goes for Shary Bobbins. She was a prize during Easter 2014. However, during Easter 2015 she was available in the store for donuts. At that point she went from freemium payouts to premium payouts. Helen was, and will always been a freemium character. Despite the language in the questline. It’s because she’s associated with a level and will never be purchasable for donuts. Make sense?

      • Stupid auto-correct 😉

  9. I have a question, has anyone else had Mr. Teeny go missing? I can’t find him in my inventory and Krusty no longer has walking him as a task.

  10. Did you discontinue your regular add me thread? I keep getting routed to the graffiti free thread. Although I don’t graffiti people’s buildings as a rule, I would hate to spoil someone else’s enjoyment of the game by accidentally tagging them. And I just fired almost half of my neighbours for non-playment!! 🙂

  11. I just read the non vandal post for ANYONE who threatens or abuses another player because of FAKE SPRAY PAINT yall need to go see a medical professional as soon as humanly possible..

  12. It’d be nice if the game was able to zoom out to view the town and possibly view the monorail in motion “hint hint”. The full zoom out view would help collecting in a big way. Or I guess a button of some sort would be ok too. I’m hoping and crossing my fingers for a lot of add-ons… Would be nice for some mini games to earn cash and donuts. How can we give advice and ideas to EA ?? 1 800-OUR-IDEA or 1 888-R-IDEA-2U ?? 😋

  13. NOOOOO! I finally got the message that I’ve got too much stuff. ugh!! does that include the stuff in my inventory? I could sell some stuff

  14. Im done with mavin analyzing his reflection. If i buy kearney will it still trigger that side quest?

  15. My sister has been playing TSTO since last year April, and has been nagging me to dld the game for neighbours. So i finally started playing TSTO during Thanksgiving 2014 and im currently on level 51…woohooo!!! Just gotta save for the building/character. It takes me very long to get money but not xp…im thinking about getting Duffman or Majula? Last week i was thinking between Manjula and Cracker Factory, and got the latter..so which is better Duffman or Manjula?

  16. Hi addicts and neighbours,
Happy Sunday! I’m on the dreaded time slip neighbourinos, so sometime next week I’m going to reset to an earlier hour.
Thanks to my neighbours who didn’t drop me when I was away! We had a nice time; weddings make people stressed apparently 😉 but it’s all good.

I’ve been trying to redesign my town (it’s still a shambles but the northerly portions are filling in nicely). I’ve been wanting to do an -Attack on Titan- homage with the CoC castles but haven’t been satisfied with any placements yet. Sorry neighbours! I was hoping to be done already but then I got sick. Trying to have patience but dang it’s hard 🙂
What with all the talk about vandalizing, I personally don’t mind being tagged (feel free!) but I don’t tag my neighbours (except a select few). I do accidentally tag!!! Choppy screens, sideshow bob and my hands acting up all help!

I’ve got a question for the addicts:
Is there a way to tell how long one has played?
I contend I’ve played from the start (including a vague recollection that the app was pulled from the App Store and re-issued a month or so later?) but my Hubby is certain I started in June/July 2012. I’m quite competitive (in a sweet way;) and really want to know. Can The.Best.Addict.Site out there help? Thank you bunches!
Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday!
    Sincerely,
    Sliqstream

    • @Sliqstream — Your memory is correct in that the game was released in the US for iOS on March 1 of 2012, and was then pulled after there were some server and other issues. It was released again some time later, but I don’t have the exact date. Wikipedia just says “several months later” for whatever that is worth.

There is a way to see when you registered your Origin account. If you did so for the purposes of playing TSTO and never had one before that, it could help determine when you started playing. Keep in mind that players often play anonymously for awhile before starting Origin accounts, so this is not a perfect method either. To do this, go to http://www.origin.com. Sign in if it doesn’t do so automatically. (The username and password will be the same Origin ID you use for Simpsons.) Then, once it displays “Welcome” and your Origin ID, you will want to click on MyAccount. If you click and hold, it will show only two options, which aren’t the ones you want. Instead, just click and release the “MyAccount” button in the menu and it will take you to the right place. Under About Me > Basic Information > Member Since you will find the date you registered your Origin account.

  17. Swiss – How did you make it look like there were benches facing the other way behind those bushes??? So cool!

    • Boardwalk benches – they have no back 😉
The characters still sit on them the wrong way round though!

      • But, in the area I was looking at, it looked like I was just seeing the top rim of the back of a bench peeking out from behind the bush. Is that just an optical illusion? I can’t imagine the characters using those benches, either, add their legs would be in the bushes if the day in them the wrong way around lol!

      • Ha ha – yes, they sit with their legs in the bush and it does look rather odd, one of those times when you really want to be able to turn things through 4 lots of 90 degrees.

  18. Buzz Cola it taste great!
Buzz Cola keeps you up late!
Buzz Cola we need the factory EA post the release date!
Buzz Cola hope its released at a freemium rate!
    Buzz Cola it taste great!

  19. Holy cow…I just counted up how many characters I have and I have *82* of them!! No wonder it takes so long to send them all on tasks! 😉

It should be noted, for those who don’t know me, that I’m a mostly freemium player…I think I’ve only bought four or five characters so far.

    • Haha, congrats😊😊😊 i never counted my population! I just did i am at 80. Im somewhat freemium but when im given gift cards i splurge a little😇😇😇

    • Just counted here too; 87!

    • I’ve got 77 in my town hall, including Stampy. Would have been one more, if Mr. Teeny hadn’t become an NPC.

    • Maudlin Monarch.

I’ve never counted the number of PCs I have. I’ve just been tapping away robotically to notice.

I’m also playing a freemium game & level 49 (according to game progression). I have only 3 premium characters (not just premium skins), I believe. The highest price of which was only 25 doughnuts, if I’m not mistaken… 😳 (LOL! I guess that means I spent more of my earned donuts per single skin than on a full premium character.)

Using your statistics to compare against mine, the rough estimated number of PCs I could currently have is…
      77?!!!

I should count them to be sure! Maybe the Town Hall listing is the best way to tackle this. Unless there is a shortcut, eh?

      • I counted them out of town hall. I should mention that I actually have more premium characters than I bought, because I got three others for free via the Mystery Box (SVT, BHL, and Kearny) and Stampy (and Mr. Teeny, but he doesn’t count anymore) from FPs.

      • @Maudlin — Yes, Town Hall is the only way to count them and be sure of accuracy, unless you are still early in the game with a very low number. Of course, it won’t count NPCs.

    • I saw that $0.99 spent on donuty goodness! Noooooo, you’ve gone to the dark side of TSTO, succumbing to the cost of premium sprinkle goodness 😉
Ah well, we don’t have the infrastructure you guys have for the diversity of spending, the gifts, cards, accounts, bonuses, etc…

    • I just did the same – i was tasking and tasking and tasking and wondered. I’ve got almost as many characters as neighbors! Similar to you – around 80+!

    • Up to 84 from the town hall, I didn’t check if Stampy was in the town hall… one more if not 🙂
Although we have gift cards and the like, I haven’t ever received any, and I shy away from in game speed ups and “gambling” purchases, only really spend donuts on characters and content to do with events if I can afford it.

      • Regarding gift cards, they aren’t as prolific in use over here, sort of shunned as a present, and I was never a big Apple fan to get into the whole iTunes thing 🙂
Amazon also isn’t quite a big thing over here… thats sort of what I meant about the infrastructure, although we have access it just doesn’t seem as popular.

      • I usually stay away from “gambling” purchases, too, but I hope you have been taking advantage of the new Mystery Box – if you don’t already have most of the premium items it offers, I’d say it’s definitely worth the donuts to buy some. I think almost everyone who’s bought a few had ended up with one or more premium items that are worth well in excess of the donuts spent on the boxes to get them. (For some reason, it seems that EA wants everyone to have BLH now, and maybe Kearney, too, for his part in the Marvin Monroe quests, perhaps?

  20. Spent the greatest day! Finally got a gorgeous, warm, proper spring day here. Slept in a little, and sent the hubby and two kids off to pick up the other one from a sleepover out of town. Slipped out to an all out eggs and bacon breakfast BY MYSELF, and then picked up a few supplies for my 6 year old daughter’s end of season team hockey party which we held this evening. Followed that up by watching her master riding a two wheeler in the park, and just finishing up a family movie night while checking in on TSTO. Heaven!

  21. Hello all TSTO Addicts, my conform o meter is really taking a hit righteousness wise since I added alot of friends for the superhero event, how can I help to not get hit so hard when friends vandalize my springfield. BTW I thought I posted in a non vandal thread.

  22. In my game, Krusty no longer has a 12 hr task as a Stonecutter – the Nap at the Stonecutter Lodge.

I’ve also noticed that the pay is not always premiun for the Stonecutters. Example would be Homer’s 2 hr task (run the daycare) would be at regular rate, but Attend a secret meeting – 8 hr task – would be premium rate. Am I the only one with this experience?

    • You’re not the only one. I noticed a similar sort of thing for Kent Brockman (I think it was him, anyway) the other day. I was sending everyone on 4 hour tasks (a rare occurrence for me), and his Stonecutter task did not have the premium rate. Very weird.

Regarding Krusty, you should be able to have him sing the Stonecutter song at the Stonecutter table for a 12 hour task, but I’m thinking that maybe you don’t have the table. Ever since Mr. Teeny turned into a NPC that’s what I’ve been using for Krusty’s 12 hour task.

    • Isn’t Krusty’s 12 hour Stonecutters task is to sing at the table? I haven’t done it in while though. Hmm.. perhaps if you didn’t have the table, then maybe there was the nap task, I don’t recall. As for the premium rates, yeah for some reason a few characters are not getting full premium rates for certain tasks (offhand, I know that Krusty, Brockman, and Skinner don’t get the premium rate for their 4 hour Stonecutter tasks). I’m guessing it was an oversight on EA’s part, but they had enough time to correct it which they have yet to do so.

      • Oh – you’re probably right…I don’t have the table, because it was way too expensive when they brought it back (and I started playing after the original event).

    • Haven’t confirmed the missing task. That said, originally, Stonecutters was an event and was not premium. EA brought back some Stonecutter items for a sale. When they did this, everything that cost donuts became premium. So any Stonecutter task at the lodge is now premium, but the daycare was just dollars, not donuts. Any task that that requires a character whose Stonecutter skin became premium will be a premium task as well. This has led to some confusing combinations, especially for those of us who obtained these items for free during the original event, but it is how the game is supposed to work.

    • The various pay rates for Stonecutters is due to how things were priced in the Black Market Sale, some skins and buildings returned for donuts but some were for in game cash. The Homer skin counts as freemium and the daycare centre was bought for ingame cash so the task there is at the regular rate, the Lodge was back for donuts so tasks there are now at the premium rate for all characters regardless of whether they were ‘free’ or bought for donuts.
      http://tstoaddicts.com/2015/02/05/stonecutters-black-market-sale/
      http://tstoaddicts.com/2015/02/07/black-market-stonecutter-sale-wave-2-details-and-should-i-buy/

    • In regard to the pay rate, some of the Stonecutter costumes are not premium after the mini-black market event, but the Stonecutter Lodge is, so tasks at the Lodge pay premium even for non-premium costumes.

    • I have the same problem. Kristy doesn’t have the walk the monkey anymore! And the monkey doesn’t pop up either!!

  23. Just like to let friends know I will be playing less often for a while but I will be back as soon as possible. I am going for a hip replacement next week and will be out of action while I recover. I understand if anyone can’t wait just check to re friend me later on

    • Here’s to a speedy recovery!

    • Best of luck on your hip replacement – i had a knee replacement – just at the begining of the the halloween episode last year – made my husband tap for me until i could get wifi in rehab! Do your pt and you’ll be surprised how quickly you’ll be back on your feet!

  24. Craig (ibuylow2014)

To all the friends of ibuylow2014, thank you for visiting. It is great seeing your name pop up when I clear handshakes.

  25. Happy Sunday Addicts! Hope everyone had a relaxing and tapping day! Im outside enjoying the rare breeze here in *****😊😊😊

  26. Question for tappers who prefer their Springfields not be vandalized:

Do you intentionally place your vandaliz-able buildings in places less likely to be tapped accidentally? Where are those sweet spots?

I try not to vandalize, and I prefer that my neighbors don’t vandalize my town. I put my vandaliz-able buildings close to the mountains at the top of the screen with (hopefully) enough distance from other buildings to minimize accidental tappings.

    • That’s a real nice idea. I don’t have mine in any specific spots. I just placed a bunch of training walls behind a few buildings to counteract any accidental or purposeful vandalism.

    • barleecreations (canid88)

I am a non vandalizer and I have all of mine clumped in the far end next to to mountains and behind my house farm. So far I haven’t had anyone accidentally vandalize any of those buildings.

    • I try to place mine by the mountain/cliff/whatever that edge is. I rarely have them vandalized. They only one not there is my Springfield Elementary, which is in the center and vandalized much more often. Your results may vary! lol

    • Yes… once the super-hero event was over I moved my elementary school.. I’m not sure there’s a sweet spot but it definitely helps to avoid accidental vandalism if there is not a spray can right when you land in a neighbor’s town…

    • One of our regulars here (hi Julie!) had hers in the corner with “no tap zone” spelled out in flowers or shrubs!

    • I used to put mine down in the corner, as far away as possible.
I don’t care about being tagged any more so now I just put them wherever I think they look the best.

But it’s a good question. The first thing I usually do when I go to a neighbour’s town is to zoom out (done by dragging two fingers towards each other), sometimes this results in an inadvertent tap – one or two people have vandalisable buildings right in the middle of the screen when their town opens. They get accidentally tapped quite often!

    • like swiss, i used to care about vandalizing until i learned more about it. however, i’ve always been more concerned with the design of my town than anything else in this game, and so i would never think to cram my town hall, elementary school, moe’s, etc into a corner simply to avoid being tagged. these are prominent and significant buildings in the simpsons world, and it would be a shame to feel limited in what you can do with them when all you need are more training walls in your town… 🙂

  27. To jump on the vandalism band, how come Frink is tagging the school and now another building, Frink, how does this happen?

    • It’s basically the computer of the game. It’s going to do what it wants to do…vandalizing and all

      • Oh is that what is happening? This has always puzzled me from day one. I couldn’t understand why some neighbors were showing up as “Frink” when I tapped their action. (I know where the name comes from, I just didn’t understand why I was seeing it). I never knew it was automated action, part of the game’s AI. I kept on meaning to ask what it meant here in the open forum, but I would always forget to do so.

      • Alissa, I don’t understand the question or the answer. I don’t think anything like this is happening in my game. I have Frink but have never seen him do anything except what I tell him to. What am I missing?

        • Has nothing to do with Frink. It’s the computer. Basically think of it as other springfield tagging you. Every so often it likes to play along too. It’s not a real person, just the computer saying ok…time to tag this person.

      • I’ve never seen that. Now I know about it, I want it to happen to me.
        Thanks for the explanation 🙂

      • Working with computers everyday, they never do the same thing twice, when you want them to! Lol interesting that the computer plays along, this just started happening in the last month. So same penalties apply? Because I’ve started cleaning house on taggers but can’t delete Frink! Lol

  28. kingofstillwater

ive been wondering something can you have multipul lard lads and tire fires

  29. Grimes is good but they were digging deep in the barrel for Marvin Monroe… I never liked him. I’ll quote the Simpson’s 138th episode spectacular “What important Simpson’s characters have died in the past year?”, to which the answer was “If you said Bleeding Gums Murphy and doctor Marvin Monroe you are wrong, they were never popular.” 🙂

    • See, and I feel the complete opposite! The scene where the Simpsons go to Dr. Munroe (“people – this is no way to get healthy!”) is an all-time classic. I don’t even remember that Frank Grimes existed, although it seems to have made a lot of people here happy when they added him to the game.

      • Remove the foam!

      • Yes, I would love an outdoor task with all the Simpsons sitting in chairs zapping the crap out of each other (so we can see it, I know it happened in his office). If they could make their outlines get all zig-zagged & twitchy like the episode was it would be fantastic.

      • Me too! As a seriously older person who has watched The Simpsons since the beginning when I was already over 30, I have a strong attachment to Dr Monroe. On the other hand, I have no memory of Frank Grimes on the show. Clearly, Sandra and I are in the minority here!:-)

    • I’m from the old school. I think Marvin Monroe was a classic character. One of the first really. The early episode where the Simpsoms go to dr Monroe for shock therapy was hillarious!

    • While I don’t dislike Marvin Monroe, but I would rather had Bleeding Gums Murphy or Frank Grimes as the new addition included free in level 51. I know they’ve added Grimes now with level 51, but for a hefty premium price.

    • The thing with Marvin Munroe is that he’s an original character from the first season. Bleeding Gums is Lisa’s hero and is featured/mentioned on many episodes. I’m looking forward to BGM appearing in my Springfield.
Grimey was in just 1 episode (and featured by means of his son in one other). But for some reason he has become a legend. I don’t know why he is so popular but he is and I like him.
There are still plenty more old timers to appear. I don’t think we’re scraping the barrel yet :).

    • I was looking for a few Simpsons pictures (to put together the silly quiz that you’ll find if you click on my name) and it was surprising how many times you see Marvin Monroe in group shots. Personally, I’d forgotten about both him and Grimes – although I remembered the episodes.
Apart from Helen Lovejoy, they’ve been scraping the bottom of the barrel for the last few levels. But how many mainstream characters are there left? Not too many.
Maggie, Baby Gerald, Cookie Kwan and Lunchlady Doris spring to mind, but who else?

      • Wendell, Jacqueline Bouvier, Ling, Judge Constance Harm, Side Show Bob’s brother Cecil, Lionel Hutz, Troy McClure, Rabbi Krustofski, Dewey Largo, The orphans, Herb Powell, Mona Simpson, Sarah Wiggum.
Not sure if any of the above are in the game yet. Admittedly we are getting close to the bottom of the barrel, but there is a little way to go yet.

Oh and hopefully soon we will get Lyle Lanley, and maybe he’ll come with a train track that has only one rail.

      • Much as I’d love to see Lionel Hutz and Troy McClure in the game I don’t think it’s going to happen, and you’ve got to admire their reasons.

Yeah, there are plenty still to come but they’re all a bit ‘meh’ aren’t they?

I wonder whether they’ll ever stop Sideshow Bob from running around our towns and bring him in as a full character instead. Just think of the many questlines he could bring to the game!

      • OK – I’m psychic! Any questions for me? (please note, I don’t give out any betting tips!)

  30. Has the new update to remove Krusty’s task to walk Mr. Teeny also removed his twelve hour task on his stonecutter skin? At least for anyone else?

All of my Stonecutter tasks seem to be 2 or 4 hour ones, but Krusty does have a 12 hour task as Clownface if you have that skin from the Superheroes Event.

      • I could be wrong about the Stonecutters. They could be 4 or 8 hour tasks but I’d have to check. Krusty, along with most of the town, is Protesting (Level 38 task). That task will tap out after I get home from work.

    • Are you sure he had one before? Not all of the Stonecutters have the napping task – for example, Homer doesn’t. However, Krusty’s 8-hour SC task plays the same as his 12-hour non-premium task (“Strut around town”) in his tux.
