Well…1 week left in the Superhero Sequel Event and you know something big had to happen. After all it’s been a little TOO quite in Springfield the last few days.
Much like Superheroes 1…there’s a Boss Fight to be had in Springfield! The greatest threat Springfield has ever faced…threatening, yet delicious. Well for everyone except me…it’ll just put me in the hospital. What is it? What could it be? Find out more below…..
(Oh and for those of you having trouble getting Crab Juice for all the Act 3 prizes..this should help you TREMENDOUSLY!)

Dr. Krab: Behold…Pinchy! Ze crustacean abomination!

Dr. Krab: Zhat’s right! I cloned your little pet by using the shell you tossed avay in the dumpster! Then enhanced it vith my own DNA so it answers to my commands! It is a… Crobster!
Fallout Boy: Crab, lobster…they’ve all got soft underbellies! Clownface, attack this thing from the inside of the factory, we’ll hit it from the outside.
That’s right a GIANT Pinchy has invaded the buildings for Springfield! And it’s your job to stop him! Of course you’ll earn loads of Crab Juice for the Issue 3 prizes as you go..
Use your Superhero (and Villain) characters to attack Pinchy and save Springfield from crustacean destruction! (and of course earn loads for Crab Juice in the process!)

I think this is going to turn into an annual event.
My guess is just a trilogy.
Nolan Batman = Trilogy
Raimi Spider-Man = Trilogy
Original X-Men saga = Trilogy
Reeves Superman = Trilogy (I like to pretend Quest For Peace never happened)
MCU Iron-Man = Trilogy
LaBeouf Transformers = Trilogy
Back to the Future = Trilogy (I know it’s not Superhero, but still my favourite trilogy of all time)
Is anyone else annoyed that Sidekick Milhouse has been ignored this entire event? In the first superhero event it was all about him and now he’s nothing…
I think it’s because he’s not a *real* superhero… He’s just a kid in a costume pretending to be one. But, yeah….they could have put a something in the questline about him….maybe some kind of exchange between him and Clobber Girl or Stretch Dude?
I agree. I wish he was part of the hero category. Would definitely make fighting Pinchy a lot easier. I have 7 villains and 6 heroes, but figured out a way to overlap the tasks to make it go faster.

So happy that EA is giving us a better chance to earn all of Superhero prizes – I really want Dr. Crabs, and was getting nervous about collecting enough crab juice in time. The animations for fighting Pinchy are entertaining too. Yay!
Sent 7 villains for the 1st part (Snake, Krusty, CBG, Coal, Briquette, Scout Leader, Burns). It won’t count Burns for some reason. This is annoying.

My apologies then…I intentionally didn’t read through the whole post, so as to avoid spoilers (I really enjoy reading the dialog as it occurs in the game), although I have been checking it as I progress to see what the next task will be. I didn’t realize the game (and Alissa) had said that…my bad!

Hey, The Collider should be in the Heroes category, not the Villains! I say this mainly because I only have 6 Heroes and a bazillion Villains, and I’m not going to buy a new character just to save time.
This is a clever ploy by EA to entice players to part with their hard earned donuts. Freemium players will be required to run through the tasks twice to complete i.e. 8 hours, unless they buy more characters. Ok I know, that’s the name of the game I suppose !!!
I am mostly Freemimum who also played in last year’s and the only Premium Hero/Villians I bought were Plopper and Bartman and I have 6 heroes and 7 villains to use in the Pinchy Battles (though the fact that Stretch Dude was made available this year nullifies the Bartman purchasing advantage). All the other characters I have I got from the Prize Tracks or Crafting from the 2 Superhero Events.
I would actually have 7 heroes right now if I didn’t miss out on 3 days of gameplay due to the app suddenly not working through Bluestacks and it taking me that long to finally breakdown and try it on another device and later emulator to see if it was a problem with the game itself or it just not liking the emulator. I will also add that I bought Plopper with free donuts gotten from Daily Challenges and leveling.
Be glad that Tapped Out does not include the randomness of job output that the Family Guy game has. This way you can at least be sure that the effort you put in will give you the prizes in the end.

Ooooh! Finally, I won’t be stressing out about getting enough Crab Juice. I did manage to meet the calendar requirements each day, though!
Can’t wait for Superheroes 3: Civil War. Hopefully, I’ll be able to buy Radioactive Man next time if he’s not bundled with Bartman!

After a few busy days, I went from a about 1/2 ahead to over two days behind the calendar quota. I’m hoping this will give me the cans of crab juice boost needed to complete the prize line in time.

Pinchy! I was hoping he’d show up; too bad he won’t stay as a character. I spent many hours fishing for him in Terokkar Forest back when I played WoW. I wonder how many other games he can show up in.
EA comes through. Yeah, I think this will solve that little Crab Juice dilemma.
Ugh! When Maggie is off her 24hr task, I’ll still only have six heroes to send. I’ll need to do that portion twice or maybe buy Plopper and there will go all my donuts. If I don’t get Plopper at least I’ll have twice the fun watching the animation for the Hero battle.

My dilemma is that I only have 6 heroes, but I don’t want Citizen Solar, Wind Lad, Bartman, OR Fruit-Bat Man. I *do* want Radioactive Man, but I’m not going to spend 220 donuts on a bundle that I only want 1/4 of!
Does the Soilant Red factory return to its original state? Or is it going to have three stages, i.e. Normal, Live Pinchy, and dead Pinchy? And, can you (currently) send Super Heros to fight Pinchy after the battle?

AAAAAAAHHHHH MY GOD LOBSTERS FREAK ME OUT. THEY’RE LIKE GIANT BUGS GO AWAYYYYY. I can’t wait til this fight is over LOL. I’ve already got a spot for the restaurant set up in my Metropolis. We haven’t gotten a new restaurant for a while! I’ve also got a spot for the Spirograph factory ready in my factory district. Just hope it isn’t insanely huge. I’m also planning on placing the soylent factory on some boardwalk tiles. I figure it fits in better in the ocean.

That’s cute!! I just can’t stand how big it is. I was originally gonna store it but I figure it’ll be fine on some pier tiles. I placed the Big T Theatre in a spot of land with a space next to it for the restaurant 🙂
I hate that it doesn’t rotate almost as much as I hate the size. It really is such a cool looking building though, other than that.

Ooops! Radioactive man and the Collider have 12hrs left on their 24hr tasks! This looks like it’ll be fun. I wonder if we get a gravy truck? I could only send Dr. Colossus to fight. The others have 90minutes left at the mansion. It shouldn’t take too many characters from monorail crafting. So I’m still working on that. I am so glad Fruit Batman became available again today. I bought him immediately and of course he has another 90 minutes left on his quest. What other goodies are in store aside from the dead lobster? I”m ready to fight! Up and Atom!

That was my first thought. You can’t go through the time and effort to make something this cool only to yank it away forever!
I’m slow on the pickup sometimes. I just realized the Soylant Red factory is a big lobster trap.
Oh, and the giant Pinchy probably explains why they made the Soylant Red Factory ‘lobster trap’ so enormously large.

He didn’t popup in my game, but I have Bartman in both of them. So it could be defaulting to Bartman for me. I would imagine Stretch Dude should be available.

This battling with its generous output will likely for many players solve the real challenge of finishing the Issue 3 prize track. Great.
I was able to start the Heroes on their task after I got all the Villains going. All earning crab juice. Hopefully I can time it right and get the heroes to finish their task shortly after the villains are done.
