Popping in with a quick message.
As many of you have been commenting in the last 2 hours or so, you’re locked out of TSTO. You may be seeing this message (thanks Ernesto for sending this in):
It appears that a certain section (or several certain sections) of EA’s servers are currently down.
This is not impacting everyone, I’m still able to get in and many of you have reported the same. Which is why I think it’s just certain areas of the server.
My best advice is flood EA with calls, emails, chats etc if you’re locked out (try via EA’s website if it doesn’t work in game). The more people that complain 1) the more likely it is to get fixed quicker and 2) the more likely EA will extend Act 2, if only by a day.
Fingers crossed it comes up soon for everyone!

And only in Springfield can Professor Frink, with the help of Homer, open up a black hole that transports doppelgangers, robots and Stephen Hawking (!) to our pocket sized Springfields! Act two arrived earlier today, with a whole new questline to work our way through!
As was mentioned on the rundown post Act 2 runs until September 13th, and you’ll need Hawking free to get things started.
Remember, the questline is there to guide you. So when you get stuck on something, or haven’t unlocked something, just follow along with the questline and it’ll take you through everything you need to do to complete the first Act and unlock everything you need in order to play properly.
So let’s take a look at the questline to see just what you need to do to close the black hole and restore order to Springfield…

As Bunny is on vacation (where do Bunnies vacation? In the produce aisle at Whole Foods?), Alissa asked me to jump in (sorry, but bunnies aren’t the only things that jump when Alissa snaps her fingers) to do the Calendar for this event.
The Good News, is that it seems that the math is much like Act I (go figure) with some great Future Prizes you can get now! (I know…quantum science and worm holes makes the math fuzzy). No worries…Stephen Hawking is here to make it all seem perfectly normal.
So, let’s look into the future to see what we can get today for our future Springfields!

Welcome to the wee early morning hours…at least here on the East Coast. It’s just after 3am on the East Coast of the US…but who can sleep with a black hole invading our pocket-sized Springfields?! Act 2 of the Sci-Fi Event is upon us….so have at it my friends!
Remember…this is an automatic change in your game. Nothing to download, it should just start up in your game..
Hawking will start this for you with dialogue from Stephen Hawking and Chief Wiggum. This will be followed by the 4hr tasks for the Multiverse Homers, Lisa and Bart. Oh, and you will have to complete the Act 1 questline. So if you didn’t complete it yet, you won’t see the new questline.

This multiverse event hit our devices and it’s full of alternate universe inspired decorations, buildings & characters!
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the First Act you’re tasked with collecting Dark Matter (
) to unlock each prize!
The fifth (and final) Act 1 Prize is awarded at 24,000 is Sgt. Skinner, because having to watch that episode wasn’t torture enough 😉 …
So let’s take a closer look at this fifth prize and just what happens when you unlock him in your Springfield…
