Should I Spend Donuts On Llewellyn Sinclair and the Springfield Community Theater?

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

TSTO is back baby!  We’re FINALLY getting on, what feels like, a somewhat normal update schedule!  Praise Jebus! The theme of this multi-event?  Simpson Babies. Of course, an all-new mini-event means all-new premium content in our stores, just tempting us to drop those pink sprinkles!

As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon.  But don’t sweat it!  That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Wondering if you should add Llewellyn Sinclair and the Springfield Community Theater to your Springfield?  Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this theatrical combo to your town…

Pros
-Helps with the event, earns a special premium rate (only Act 4)
-4 and 12hr animated tasks
-Llewellyn will use theater for tasks.
-Marge has a permanent 4hr task at the theater, Re-Audition for Community Play
-Comes with a questline
-A character that a lot of folks have been requesting for awhile.

Cons
-Only helps with Act 3 currency
-Not voiced

Final Thought
Premium or Freemium:
Honestly, I think they saved the best premium combo for last.  Finally, a character that’s not a younger version of an existing character. (basically a character Patric won’t complain about!)  Good buy, funny tasks, worth the donuts.

Of course, in the end, it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and as a premium player, I already picked it up (almost instantly).  But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now).

Here’s a look at his tasks…

Llewellyn Sinclair’s Permanent Tasks:

Direct Baby Theater 12hrs $600, 150xp Outside/Visual
Teach Babies to Read Ayn Rand 24hrs $1000, 225xp Community Theater

I’ll have the full dialogue of his questline up later on, but for now, here’s the Turbo Tappin’ version of his very short questline…

  2. Llewellyn Sinclair and the Springfield Community – immediately spent the sprinkles without regret (still wish the Character was voiced, but I’m getting used to this from EA!)

TSTO deserves more funny Characters like this in the Game App (hopefully we will get some for Halloween / THOH)😀👍

    • I also bought this character as soon as it came out… am currently plopping all the buildings and “decorations” to include in my town later in a nice area, or common area for some buildings.

    I bought him.

His questline reminds me that, although I have the Ayn Rand school, I do not have Mrs. Sinclair. Is that odd?

I’ve seen her come back as a combo with the building for other players, but because I have the building I don’t get the offer.

Will I never have you in my town Mrs. Sinclair??

  4. I’ve been wanting Llewellyn ever since we got the Ayn Rand School for Tots and Mrs. Sinclair (Streetcar is my all-time favorite episode), but I’m disappointed that we didn’t get him as part of some kind of community theater event or sketching. His appearance during this event seems pretty random and a waste of a great character. (But, needless to say, I’m still happy to finally have him!)

  9. Must buy if you want to complete your Sinclair collection!

I wonder if Jasper has any tasks in the community center (centre if you are Safi)?

    • Jasper does have a task at the Community Center but its for one of his costumes, Baseball Jasper, which is the 12 hour task. There are at least 2 other characters that I know have tasks there, Sebastian Cobb and Kung Fu Comic Book Guy both have their 8 hour tasks there.
