I hate the hot dog maker prize. I am normally a completest but I think that will be going into storage. Yuck
On a lighter note, I was confused when I first read this post and saw the opening act for the Springfield Choppers event! LOL!
A easy mistake in posting a turbo tap, given that the task prize & procedure has been virtually identical over at least the last year or so.

Earlier today I was logged out for 3 hours on my b-town .
I am once again logged out of my b-town .
But I’m able to get into the a-town .
Uninstall the app is no help .
This is just something that they’re going to have to fix but I doubt it .
It’ll probably run through the whole event .

This happened to me last night. After a few tries (hard closing, re-opening, re-sending verification code etc) it worked.
Ok, my only slight constructive criticism is the 2nd Prize – BBQ Battle Booth – it’s like the equivalent to a Stage, or an exposed Building / Room – great that we get Character Tasks, but rather L-EA-Z-Y that these are not Visual Character Tasks (aka something that would not take too much Code to do, except EA isn’t bothering – just like they’re not bothering to solve the ‘Login’ situation for all Tappers, and now I think this could be a regional Network issue, too!)
I should have the last 2 Prizes – Rocket Pigs and Scotty Boom – and the Hot Dog Maker is funny 😂 (well I’m 😂’ing every time I Tap it!)
Look, I can see already that so many Tappers are frustrated by the fact that they were Logged Out of the Game App with this Update (very sorry for that!), but once you are done venting here? It’s best to deal with EA directly … Alissa is very kind to point everyone in the right direction, please do listen to her when she says to have a desktop / laptop on the side in order to receive a code and please follow all instructions you are given by Tech Support (I realize plenty of you are upset, please be nice to whomever helps you).

Can’t play either. Won’t let me sign in or anything. I get the code through my email and it says to check my email to complete my profile. Still waiting on that email 45 mins later…
Same here. I get the code then it goes right back to asking me to verify. Frustrating

You should still be able to play, you’ll just need to get the verification code. Are you able to be by a computer when logging in? If you still get the “cannot connect to server” bart screen, just try hard closing and doing it again.
Would love to play it but seems noone is answering my plea for help can’t get into game problem getting stupid code what you didn’t need before so why now
