Episode Recap: Mathlete’s Feat

Hey y’all…

So Season 26 of The Simpsons ended on 17 May… Boooo! Not too bad now though since Season 27 premiered 27 September… semi-yay… you’d have to read the episode 1 recap to understand that response. Anywho… here on the site we love to give you episode recaps for all those who can’t watch the show or those who like our crazy summaries of all the goodness. Of course, then real life happens and a certain walking carpet falls behind on doing his recaps… Booo-urns! But wait, two boos?

I came up with an ingenius idea (to me at least) to write up the recaps over the summer so everyone could enjoy some Simpsons during the break between new episodes. I got 3 out of 4 done (just more proof that I’m not just good… I’m good enough) but somehow never finished the last episode in Season 26. Then it’s months later, I’m writing the painful recap for the premiere of Season 27 and I remember I never finished this post and it’s still sitting in drafts… D’OH!

So long story made short… I stink and am finally writing this one. No clue when it will be posted so Happy Hallothanksgivahannufestikwanzachrismaramadanster everybody! Hope you enjoy this look at Season 26, Episode 22: “Mathlete’s Feat”.

Hey y’all…

So Season 26 of The Simpsons ended on 17 May… Boooo! Of course, here on the site we love to give you episode recaps for all those who can’t watch the show or those who like our crazy summaries of all the goodness and then real life happens and a certain walking carpet falls behind on doing his recaps… Booo-urns! But wait, two boos? No more new Simpsons and I’m behind on four episode reviews… how to spin this into something good?

I know… since there will be many weeks without any new Simpsons… I can just write the reviews and then space them out for my favorite readers so in a makes sense to a Wookiee sort of way, there ARE new Simpsons episodes for everyone (just offset by a 5 or 6 week period in the space-time continuum)… GENIUS!!! (pats self on fuzzy back)

Well hello there plant smashers!

Wookiee popping in with another episode recap for y’all. This recap covers the episode that aired on April 19, 2015, Season 26, Episode 18: “Peeping Mom”. I must confess I found this episode a little bland and my recap might show that level of enthusiasm. It may have had something to do with all my anticipation for a new episode after a month off or coming home from a day spent with disgruntled Disney guests, but suffice to say, I felt just like Rabbi Krustofski after viewing this one. Meh. Here’s what my DirecTV said about the episode for anyone who wants a quick and succinct recap. My bullets follow the break in stream of consciousness mode.

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Popping in with a little reminder that the Simpsons are ALL NEW TOMORROW! Woohoo! “Sky Police” is set to air this Sunday night on FOX.

Also…a little reminder. Tomorrow is Daylight Savings in the US. So at 2am it’s time to “Spring Forward” so don’t forget to set your clocks ahead! I’ll sure miss that extra hour of sleep!
