Pop Act Is Nearing the End…

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Just a reminder that the Pop Act (Act 2) of the Homerpalooza Ends TOMORROW August 29th at 0800 GMT (4am ET).

Once the Act 2 is over you will no longer be able to earn Pop Prizes for free. So get everything you can before it’s all gone! (but remember to keep earning sunglasses if you haven’t unlocked all of the prizes because the closer you get to unlocking the next prize the lower the donut cost would be should you need to purchase it when the next Act starts…)

Crafting will STILL be available in the next Act  As will the Tickets you’ve accumulated.

Ah the Crafting post….where I give you the how to and break down each and every item available to craft, so you don’t miss a thing!

Love it or hate it, EA has proven over the last couple of years that crafting is here to stay.  While the prizes themselves are pretty self-explanatory, collect this to earn these prizes, crafting is a whole other “animal”.  Crafting requires some self-direction.  You decide what you want and collect the items to craft accordingly.  Sometimes this is successful and sometimes it’s not. And, as with all things, for some events crafting is easier than others.

Hope you’ve got your dancing shoes on and your cell phones ready to light up the night because Homerpalooza has arrived in Springfield!  That’s right the pop fest has begun!  Our stores are now jam-packed with premium items just tempting us to drop our sprinkles on!

Of course with that limited-time label it can be tempting to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon.  But don’t sweat it!  That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Homerpalooza Prize Guide: Act 2 (Pop), Prize 4 Pop Star Plane

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Put another dime in a jukebox and grab your dancing shoes, because Homerpalooza has arrived in Springfield!  Yes, the biggest music fest to hit our pocket-sized Springfields since the Singing Stones is live and rocking on our devices!  The latest event in TSTO has us feeling the beat as we experience different genres of music…with a little Weird Al thrown in the mix!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Acts containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the second Act, Pop, you’re tasked with collecting Sunglasses () to unlock each prize!

The fourth Pop Prize awarded at 60,100  is the Pop Star Plane, because nothing will attract Pop Stars to Springfield quite like a big plane with sunglasses…

So let’s take a closer look at this fourth prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…

Wowsa!  Homerpalooza has made a big ol’ splash in Springfield!  What better way to cap off the summer than with a huge music fest in Springfield?!  Complete with not only the character we’ve all been dying to get in our games but loads of musical guests joining the musicfest…

Throughout the event we’ll be introduced to numerous premium musical guests to help bring jam!  Let’s take a look at a few of those questlines for the newest premium character to hit our games, LT. Smash.
