So by now you ALL know it’s down. Bart all over. Games randomly logged out all over. Tears. Phones hitting walls and floors. Loud screams. Hair pulling. And that’s just at my place. Lol.
We’ll I’m hoping this is something simple and they come back up soon. Cuz you can’t even get in the help desk or forums. So hang in there. I’m sure the red lights at TSTO central are going nuts right now.
I’m sure y’all will have to log back in again when it comes back. I’ve been having to all day.

Looks like we may be slowly coming back again. Give it time to fully restore. Contact them if you must but know there still may be issues on the support side of things.
Again…this is a S L O W process while they try to get millions back on. So don’t all rush it or it’ll just crash again. Give then time to fully fix it. Try in a few hours even. It will be a trickle effect. Not everyone will get right back on. Patience (yah right) 😉

Now I totally understand why this is called TSTO addicts…our games log us out and for some the whole Springfield has ended. We must all show just a little bit of patience. EA is fully aware of the situation and how many replies does Bunny need to post before we all understand we CAN’T play. Go to sleep…go shopping…go to work. When EA fixes the problem we’ll be able to feed our addiction.

I’ve noticed as well… I’d just taken a shower and came back to see that my TSTO game was logged out. “That’s odd,” I thought, because I knew I hadn’t logged out. At first the login screens just reported an error, but now it’s “The Origin network could not be reached at this time. Please try again later.”
BTW, I’ve also been playing Dragon Age: Inquisition (awesome game) and it cannot connect either. Sadly, there is no fully off-line mode for the game.
Guess I’m gonna be watching a movie or something tonight. I really do hope the TSTO folks at EA give some kind of dispensation for people who couldn’t log on during the event. Some donuts at least, or better still, a 24 hour extension on today’s Santa task deadline.
Weird, I get notifications that my tasks are done, get my hopes up that this is fixed, and ea goes all scrooge on me and denies me entry into my poor sweet Springfield. 🙁

Both my A and B games worked fine, though, until about 15 minutes ago when both of them were logged out. I also notice that accounts.ea.com seems to be down.
