UPDATE BUNNY: For all those getting stuck on the “done” issue again, there are a few things you can try if you really want to go that route.
1: Go to Krustyland/Neighbor and back to your Springfield.
2: Uninstall/Reinstall the app if you have your game linked to an Origin ID.
However, so far the majority of players that have tried this have not had good results. For now, the best thing to do is Contact EA and light up the Forums.

We’re nearing the end of Part 1 of Christmas….so you’ve got a little under 24hrs to gather those last minute presents and earn as many prizes as you can before Phase 1 leaves town. (You also may want to finish your tunnel tasks up…)
As was mentioned in the initial Jingle Bell Wreck questline….we were all left with a cliff hanger to see if Springfield really did ruin Christmas or if it would be saved. And today, that questline has picked right back up! So let’s take a look at the remaining parts of Jingle Bell Wreck, and see if Christmas will be saved!
Homer will get things going for you in Springfield. So if you don’t see the quests right away check to see if Homer is free (also make sure you’ve completed the first 12 parts of Jingle Bell Wreck). If they’re still not popping up for you try a hard close and restart of TSTO.

Make Homer Dress as Santa- 1hr, Earns $70, 17xp
Completed Task Earns 100 Presents and 10xp

Make Santa Deliver Presents- 8hrs, Earns 4 Presents, 70xp
Completed Task Earns 100 Presents and 10xp
So now that task for Santa, that has been locked, is now freed up & you can send him to deliver presents!
There’s also a continuation of Apu’s short questline from yesterday’s update. Today’s task will require:
Frankincense, Myrrh, and Donuts Pt. 2
Apu starts
Make Apu Search for a Christmas Tree- 4hrs, Earns $175, 45xp
And all signs right now are pointing to a donut deal from everyone’s favorite Salesmen Gil! So be ready to buy some donuts…because now is the best time of the year to get them (and it usually only happens once a year).
Right now every indication is showing it will start tomorrow (Christmas Eve) and run until the 27th. We’ll know for sure tomorrow when it actually hits…but we figured we’d give you a little warning since I know many of you have been asking for him.
So that’s it for today’s questline additions. Remember phase 1 ends tomorrow (12/24) at 1700 GMT (Noon EST)…so collect those last minute presents while you still can! Also, other items will be disappearing from the store over the next couple of days…so be sure to pick up what you want before it’s gone!

EA fixed the pt 14 issue by rolling back my game a day. Fortunately, I didn’t lose any prizes, just some time as some other tasks have to be repeated. On to phase 2!

Actually nevermind this question. I found the answer.
Phase 2 happened. You wont have any of that anymore. There is an entire new setup now. Send Homer and Lisa off and you will see.

I think there’s a glitch with Feds. I keep sending Feds to my B & C games but there are nowhere to be found. I haven’t seen any in 2 days. At first I thought it was due to many friends being busy with Xmas til I realized I couldn’t even find my own Feds. To all my friends I’ve been sending you friends daily. On another note I’m currently maxed out on all my friend request. Thanks to all my new friends. Rhewtty95
I know there are some glitches going around with the Feds. Best thing to do is contact EA. But with Part 1 ending…it may be something that will change in Part 2.
Hi guys, do you know if it’s the same currency (presents) in part 2? I was wondering if I should visit my friends now (to see if I could reach the present bonus) or wait to hopefully collect the new currency later on today…
No it’s a different currency. Presents will go away. So if you’ve got all you’re prizes and you’re not close to the free donuts…wait until Part 2 starts to visit.

So – I sent Homer out on the 4-hour sleigh ride again. When he was finished, I went to Krustyland, clicked on one of his open tasks (I still have his 24-hour ride to do), which sent me back to Springfield. Clicked on him at the workshop…JBW 15 kicked off for Santa.
My guess? The patch they sent out yesterday works, but you need to redo the job. Just to play it safe, go to Krustyland and do what I did (others suggested that as well).

I got the Santa suit, put Homer in it, flew the sleigh, now it’s stuck on dress Homer as Santa (Jingle Bell Wreck, pt 13). I did that already, I’ve completed pt 14 already.
More.. I’ve changed outfits, completed a task in it. I’ve gone to my krustyland and come back. I’ve gone to friends krustyland and come back.
Try going to Krustyland and back to Springfield.
Well, a day later they force added Zutroy, Zutory, and Zutyro. My other problems got elevated to game experts (incl. my bonus SVT that has been stuck in inventory for 18 months now).
As for Homer, I had him complete a completely different task, and that seemed to get him off the sleigh.
Did you tell them you’re the Addicts resident math expert? They should treat you well then 😉
Last night’s patch didn’t help (me, anyway). Fingers crossed that not finishing this questline has nothing to do with starting phase two
I guess I’m one of the lucky ones…I got my Zutroy late with the patch, but otherwise I’m all done! So my question is….I can’t possibly get 2000 donuts in the next few hours; do I keep going after those presents? What happens to the left-over presents? If they disappear, I’d rather send my characters on cash tasks than stick them in the workshop. Any ideas would be helpful, thank you!

Ok… first time being affected by a TSTO bug and I think I am developing an eye twitch 😉 Yep, stuck tasks (krustyland / friend switching didn’t help) but rebooting reset most things… I am pretty sure I am up to date now. Homer is now flying around Springfield, a four task, and a bit of a let down as a Freemium player who just saved enough donuts to get Santa Homer, ah the bittersweet tang of buyers remorse 🙂 Safe holidays to the TSTO community!

My Homer is also still stick on Done for Jingle Bell Wreck 14. I’m trying the idea of sending him out on the 4 hour task.
In the meantime – if you’ve got this, report it to EA. I emailed them, got a response that the developers are working on it…and was given 15 free donuts. So, this stinks, but you might get some donuts because of it!
I’ve done part 13 and got my 100 presents. But part 14 hasn’t started. Who is supposed to kick that off? Is this a glitch?

Aaarrggh…I can’t download updates at work due to no wifi so I had to wait until I got home to do it, along with completing Homer’s reindeer task. Downloaded the update only to find myself having the same glitches as usual except Krustyland didn’t do the trick this time. Went to the neighbor page, same result. Logged out and back in again, same result. I’m now reinstalling the game…between getting no feds (another glitch), poorly timed friend visits and now this really bad glitch, there’s no way at this point I’ll get the nativity scene. I’ve accepted that even though I was maddeningly close, but to not even be able to complete this one task that would get me maddeningly closer to the top is a real bummer, not to mention the inability to progress. [/first world problem whine]

Bart screen after Bart screen, still not downloaded…if this works, great, but if it doesn’t I think I’ll be taking a mini break from TSTO.
Yes, that update yesterday tried & failed to download for at least 2 hrs. When it finally worked I had been logged out of the game. So sick of Bart screens & retry, retry, retry. Between updates not downloading & installing then the game never wanting to load, I am amazed people get any of the quests completed, especially the ones with long tasks that always clash with each other.

Try to trigger a phone call with it. If you do it now you should be able to get the phone call option to appear.
Really weird I had the whole zutroy problem for 2-3 days but yesterday evening he was there and my done problem was solved I guess you just have to be patient.
Here’s what I did. When Homer was done flying, I clicked on his job task from inside Krustyland. It directed me back to Springfield and cleared that job giving me the reward pop up.
Reinstalled and still stuck…boo! And I’m behind and need like 700 more presents for the nativity. I really don’t want to spend donuts.
I don’t know if this will help anyone out or not but it worked for me. I’m using a Kindle Fire HDX. I reran the task but before clearing the handshake I visited my Krustyland and Lisa had an exclamation above her head for a new task. So I went back to my Springfield and she kicked off part 15. I sent Santa out to complete part 15 and then cleared Homer for the second time.
Anyone else missing Feds? I haven’t had any Feds in my town all day. I had a similar issue yesterday that was fixed by visiting friends and then returning. No such luck today.
Wondering if those whose jingle bell wreck pt 14 has completed without issue or received a patch to fix it, are they using the same operating system? I’m using iOS and am still having no luck getting it to clear.
Nevermind. Just cleared on its own after several hours.
Yep still 3 elves down, a warning that today is the last day for Zutroy (or Zutory), but no Zutroy even though I finished the tasks, Homer apparently flew and then stole the sleigh, so no joy on completing part 14, no taxes from the Quik-E, and I am sure there are other things going wrong.
I must have pissed off someone at EA, because I seriously get EVERY bug that comes out.
Oh an 80 minutes for an EA advisor. I assume they will then be on holidays… I hope they let us catch up at some point…

Got a patch, uninstalled/reinstalled the game but my game is still stuck at JBW14. Going to go to sleep and hope this gets resolved soon.
