Looks like we got ourselves a new level to play with! Level 49 has arrived! Yay new stuff!
More details as we go through them but for now know that Agnes Skinner starts things off. You’ll be tasked with building the D’Amico Summer Home which will cost you $1,092,000 and take 24hrs to build.

First…NEW LAND! EA has opened up another strip of land. This will be in the lower section of your town running left to right from the ocean. We’ll have a breakdown on the new pricing shortly. But enjoy the new strip of Land!
As always let’s start with the freemium stuff…
New Buildings
D’Amico Smmer Home- $1,092,000. 24hr Build. 6×12 in size. Unlocks Michael D’Amico.
Old Abandoned Warehouse- $708,000. Won’t unlock until part 6 of Baking Bread. Can ONLY be placed on Squidport. 5×8 in size and a 24hr Build.
New Character
Michael D’Amico- Comes with the D’Amico Summer Home
Bonus tasks with this if you have Squeaky Voiced Teen!

Rancho Relaxo- 130 Donuts. 6×12 in size. Unlocks Don Vittorio Requires Level 20 or higher.
New Decorations
Chalk Outline- 5 Donuts. 0.25% Bonus on all cash and XP
Fat Chalk Outline- 5 Donuts. 0.25% Bonus on all cash and XP

Suspicious Dirt Pile- Won’t unlock until Baking Bread Part 10. 10 Donuts. Adds 0.25% Bonus on all cash and XP. You will get one for FREE once you reach part 10 of the questline. A popup will appear saying it’s been placed in your inventory.

And now for something a little different…are you seeing this in your game?
This does NOT mean the Chalk Outlines will disappear in 14 1/2 days. Instead this is EA opening up the ability to buy the two Chalk Outlines to players who haven’t yet reached Level 49. They’re calling it Early Access. What it means is for the next 14 days you can purchase the chalk outlines, even if you’re not on Level 49. But once those 14 days are up the ability to purchase them will be locked until you reach Level 49. So think of it as a sneak peak for what’s to come in Springfield when you hit Level 49. 🙂

Ooo love the look of the new buildings! Thanks for the post! Not at lvl49 yet but it’s nice to see what I have to look forward to.
In my store menu, it says the chalk outlines cost 5 donuts but they have an early access label on them with a count down to 14 days 15hours 40 mins from now. Do we know if this means the price for the chalk outlines will go up after the count down ends? or will they cost in game cash, meaning we are only paying 5 donuts to get them 14 days earlier then freemiums?
If you aren’t on level 49 yet…on any level before…you have two weeks to buy them. If you don’t, they’ll lock up and not unlock again to buy til you reach level 49. Just a way to open it up to most players. Cost won’t change.

With a new level comes the usual problem staying in the game. I am not getting BART. My game just closes. I bought some donuts and it said the purchase went through…then the game shut off and I can’t get back in to even see if I got them. Typical EA…SMH
Try some crashing and lagging type troubleshooting. Could be WiFi/ Internet issue. Memory issue. Etc.
Thanks, Bunny. I tried everything I could before contacting EA. I was playing when Level 49 hit. Afterwards, I bought the D’Amico Summer Home and placed it. I then went to purchase some donuts. After it said the purchase was successful, I was thrown out of the game. Every time I clicked the icon, I got the main screen and then the message TSTO has stopped. EA called me back and the guy I talked to tried to get into my game on his phone and it froze his phone. After being transferred 4 times and on hold, I was told it may be that my device no longer supported it (I use a Kindle Fire). I installed it on my Galaxy S5 and I am getting the same message TSTO has stopped. So it’s not my device. I was told they were going to take my game back to an earlier time and I would be notified by email. Lord only knows how long that will take. Has anyone else came in here and reported this issue? I am freaking out. I just want to play my game and not lose anything 🙂 Thanks!!!
I have had to get mine rolled back before. It was too much going on in my game and the memory just overloaded. No one could get in. Just make sure… they put back ALL they rolled off if they do that. Limited items you got, characters, donuts, money, etc.
They did. I was on the phone for almost 2 hours total today, but I am back into my game. I visited all my neighbors around 10am this morning. When I got my game back, none had been visited and I had purchased the D’Amico house and had to repurchase it, but all my money was there. Other than that everything is the same. Thanks.
Nice update same I bought the escalator yesterday. Wish fit tony was released it could have been an interesting update to see the two Tonys interact
Hey fellow tappers, I didn’t see it posted yet but there is more land available also with this update. It’s awesome that there are two freemium buildings and they included the squidport. I have not reached the squidport tile limit but I was wondering if they increased the limit. Thanx and have fun.

I don’t see any more Squidport tiles offered, do you have to buy the water to get them?
Squidport tiles max out at 151. They didn’t not add new tiles…just new land.

I thought so too and was going to post that as soon as I finished reviewing the comments. When I first saw it, I thought they gave us a Wookie in the grass, then I read the caption and looked again and saw it was just dirt. Guess I need glasses… LOL

I have a question with me finishing level 48 twice and over 200,000 on the third time around I beli I should have been further on level 49 than 228,000 in… Or is that correct?
It goes off of your most recent XP collection. So it takes into account where you are currently and what is the new requirement and puts you into that spot.

I look forward to the questline. Should be fun. Love the new chalk outline decorations and dirt pile (they need to finally release a dirt ground cover, I mean we’ve got grass, pavement, roads, and water… need dirt!).

Anyone else having trouble getting in their game this morning? I got the update, placed the outlines & came over here to see if I needed to free up anyone to start anything (I do, Agnes) & I haven’t been able to get back! I keep getting the Bart screen. Maybe it’s just me…
With so many people trying to access the new level that can happen. Try hard closing your game and waiting a few minutes and try again. See if that helps.
Yes, I tried the troubleshooting stuff. I was finally able to get back in after about half an hour. I’m sure you’re right, in that it’s just real busy this morning! Now I just need the baking bread part 3 to trigger & start. Great fun!

Yay! I’ve been waiting for a new level so I could buy the Classy Girls for a lower price! It dropped to $600,000 and I just started building it in my SF! I don’t mind being behind a few levels and playing at a slower pace. I’ve got so much happy tapping ahead!
Yea! The ZiffCorp Office Building got reduced to $406,400 as well. I’m saving for Classy Girls first, since it comes with a character.
Something Ziff related (building, courts or even the sign) comes with Artie. I think it is the building.
