It is animated when you tap on it. When tapped the hose in the back goes crazy and shoots beer everywhere. When this action is going on there is sound with it as well.
As of right now no questline associated with it.

It’s huge! I like it a lot though… Next to my duff stadium it was just too big, made the stadium seem tiny, so I’ve relocated it to the brewery instead. There’s a road in front and then some pavement with the truck on it, so it also looks a bit smaller because there’s a bit of distance. Love the animation 🙂
sure hope ea doesn’t listen to anybody hating on the size of this truck, because it’s effing great the way it is. after all, it’s a big rig tanker full to the brim with duff, not a pickup truck with a cooler of natty ice in the back! the scale for buildings and decorations in this game are all over the place, but when you place it next to some ondas and see that it’s only the length of like 2.5 of them, it doesn’t really look silly at all. in fact, if you place it in a parking lot next to a decent sized building and some other vehicles, it looks right at home.
I’m with ya on that one, for the type of truck it is, its not supposed to be tiny, and IMO next to the Duff Brewery it looks to scale.
Mine Duff Beer truck looks very nice at the Duff Brewery, were I parked him.
In my B-Springfield it is spilling its beans (err…. beer) at the Dudd Stadium. In my fantasy I see Homer hanging under the hose swallowing Duff 🙂

With all these Duff buildings, trucks and stuff I wonder if EA would ever release the Simpsons version of the Kool-Aid Man as a playable character. He and Duffman could have an “Oh Yeah” battle 😀
I’m just wondering what happens with the final daily bonus of balls if and when we reach the goal for the last community prize before that day. At the rate we are going, it looks like we should. I wonder if EA will switch the prize. There wouldn’t be a reason to get more balls.
Yeah it’s a bit of an anti climax for the last daily prize to be some balls that we don’t need any more. TBH it would have been an anti climax even if we did still need them
Did you see the commercial Pop Up of Tapped Out (with little Lisa juggling a soccer ball) during the game show Boom tonight? I’d never seen it before. Do they do that often?
Nope didn’t see it. Usually they do it around Christmas and Halloween…not too often though.

After getting the truck, I could not control and purchase the party Duff truck. This party truck is so small!
Definitely far too big on land, so it’s now on a 3-boardwalk section in the sea, next to the Krusty Burger Platform. With a bit of judicious positioning of the Simpson Houseboat, the truck now appears to be a ship…
Reply for Girlchild – I sent 20 balls to a neighbour. I got a popup message town was full with too many balls when I tried to send more. My tally went down by 20 – but my friend received no balls! He blanked out buildings & decorations to double check, but not one ball!
I had the same thing in reverse, my neighbour didn’t get the 20 balls & I was annoyed cos I’d done it as a bombardment! It was almost 24hrs ago & still no balls 😞
OMG! This truck is ginormous. Way too big. It’s bigger than many of the buildings. I placed it at one of my Gas and Grubs, but it looks silly. It would be nice if it was half as big, though I’m glad I have it. Does EA ever re-size things? I think they should re-size this truck.
I can think of three occasions when EA have resized an object – reducing the Helter Shelter (which got a lot of complaints about then being too small), increasing Madame Chao’s (which was then reduced back down to it’s original size), and reducing the brick red walls (which were then put back to their original size as they didn’t fit together properly)
Not really a successful track record of resizing things.
Question…. Do others have trouble finding the balls?.. I know my mother sends balls to and I don’t have in my town… Or my iPhone will tell me someone just sent me one and again nothing…. I have not seen one all day…
Select the arrow to move items. Then turn off everything. Slowly scroll through your town. You’ll see the balls bouncing.

I know this is late to reply, but I just wanted to say that I think I’m one of your neighbours, and I left a ball in your town almost every time I played you over the last week. I remember your generosity dropping blobs from the Terwilliger’s event & think of you as an excellent neighbour!
Okay, this truck is MASSIVE!! It looks out of place, I put it at my Duff Statium but I’m not sure I’ll keep it there. I’m thinking it will sit in my inventory sooner rather than later. I wish EA would scale to be more appropriate in our towns. So thumbs down…👎

Same here, not sure why people are having issues with its size though. For the type of truck it is, its not supposed to be tiny, and looks fine next to the Duff Brewery in my opinion.
It’s a little big, but I agree it doesn’t look bad next to the brewery. Really there are plenty of things in the game that are out of scale with each other.
Out of all the community prizes, the Duff truck is the one I like the most, even though it only adds to vanity so basically it does nothing but look cool. I liked it better when they had one or two event prizes that added bonus money and xp but I guess they don’t want to do that anymore. If I remember right, Clash of Clones was the last event that had that.
Superhero event buildings give cash, at least mine seem to, I tap them daily lol.
Naturally, I placed it in my Industrial District next to my Duff Brewery, Duff Blimp, Duff-Barney Blimps, Duff Racer, Duff Beer Tree, Duff Party Buses, Duff Party Liner, and Stacks of Beer decorations 🙂 It sure completes the area haha
Hurray! Another rediculously sized car that isn’t to scale to anything in town. It fits no where and will sit in the inventory forever. Until EA can commit to a scaling system cars will always look horrible in this town.
seriously bro, why are you even playing tapped out? it doesn’t seem like you enjoy anything about it, unless you are just one of those people that only posts when they are dissatisfied. nothing is to scale in this, you just need to get your design game up and create an area where it looks appropriate in.
Woohoo!! Love the animation. And I have NO Duff items in my town so this is great. And Ralphie’s somersault task is adorable once you get to it lol.
LOVE the somersault task! now i don’t feel as bad that i don’t have lugash and his cartwheel task that cracks me up.
Lightning quick with the requirement reduction! I have a feeling EA planned this along along but wanted to see how may people were willing to shell out for the balls
Boy that’s big. Placement debate… Doesn’t look good near Bewery to me, nor Moe’s nor the High School… I don’t advicate irrisponsable drinking so it was a challenge.. But I figure just for the Hose spraying effect there must be a way to utilize this in a comical fashion.. So I placed it coving most of the legs of the Honest John’s Computer statue and so when tap it, it looks like he has a medical condition and in need of a face wash afterward.
Now to get that image out of your mind think of a wooded area with a babbling brook and maybe a little waterfalls and a light rain… Nope that’s not helping, maybe think about the sound of the ocean waves.. Nope.. Excuse me, I need to… Occupied? I wonder if I can use the one across the street without the obligation to buy something..

I placed it behind the Duff Brewery with my Duff Blimps, Duff Party truck and Duff Racer. Fills in the area quite nicely. I think this is the community prize I am going to like the most.
