Just a quick reminder that it’s the last few hours for the 4th of July goodies, as they’ll all be leaving our stores in just a few hours (end time is 0800 GMT (4am EDT) on July 9th). So make your final purchases before time runs out!

4th of July has come and gone in Springfield! Once again we were treated with plenty of thing that go boom, past presidents & silly story-lines. So now that we’ve got a little more red, white and blue in Springfield, just how do all those new items impact the Conform-O-Meter? Now that the event is nearing the end, I thought now would be a good time to take a look at how all of these items impact the Conform-O-Meter ratings.
The Conform-O-Meter is an important part of Tapped-Out because it provides you with a bonus boost in your cash and XP from everything you collect in the game. When you achieve a 5-Star Town (it’s max rating) you will receive a 5% bonus on all money and XP collected in your town. If you missed the previous Conform-O-Meter posts check here for the basics and here for how many points you’ll need to reach 5 stars.
While the 4th of July Event brought no changes to the Conform-O-Meter requirements, it did bring us a ton of new items to add to our Springfield. Let’s take a look at how all of the new “goodies” impact our rating: Continue reading

It’s getting sporty in Springfield! With the 2015 Tap Ball Event loads of new sports related decorations and buildings have been introduced in our stores. During Act 2 of the event Simpson Laser Tag has arrived in our stores. Now I know you may be trying to decide if this is worth YOUR donuts, but don’t sweat it! We’re here to tell you what’s worth the donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
