It’s the weekend and that means an all new episode of The Simpsons!
So here’s your official TSTO Addicts reminder…all new episode this Sunday, October 4th, 2015, on FOX “Cue Detective”.
So just what do the Simpsons have in store for us this week?

“Scotty Boom, a Chew Network super-chef, challenges Homer to a smoke-off. But when someone steals Homer’s secret weapon- a smoker he bought off of a mysterious man at a BBQ shack- Lisa and Bart are on the case.“

I wonder if someone stole Matt Groening’s BBQ grill and now he is moping and laying on the floor and Writers and Character designers are trying to get his approval, and without a care he says “fine”, “sure”, “whatever” and then later gets his check and imagines himself doing snow-angels in a pile of Money and meat products.

I liked the appearance of Bender’s torso in the basement, and it being where Marge hid the money that Homer used to buy The Hive steamer. I wouldn’t mind seeing The Hive as a decoration in the game.
Hmm, well, it was alright. can’t say “meh” more like “eh” (which is better than “meh”).
Just hope none of these new characters become regulars (especially Hoop-ears, I don’t want to see that ever again, but have the strangest feeling we will)
The Future sequence at the end, first I always pictured Shawna as a Jimbo kinda girl or even a Squeaky Voice Teen but not (I won’t spoil it for people who haven’t seen it) the person seen in the episode. Also kind of hoping that the Bee Aliens would have been Distroyed by Jerry’s (Bart’s Exwife’s boyfriend) species.
Best part of the episode the Booing of the FOX logo, weirdest part was the live action Doctor Doolittle film with a non-Simpson/animated version… it throws everything off that everyone in the Simpsons universe aware of an actor of our Universe that doesn’t look like them (Hurts my brain).
HEY Simpson’s Writers/Producers! Save your Crazy experiments for Non-Cannon episodes like THOH. Sometimes I feel like they want people to stop watching the show.
So why a “eh” and not a “meh”? Well if I could dismiss it altogether it would be a “meh” but a couple jokes and concepts made it somewhat entertaining.
Pretty solid review, those were my exact thoughts on the episode. Also did anyone spot the monorail reference in the episode?
They do have the habit of adding weird one-shot characters to the game before regulars. Look at how long it took to add Marge. We even have a Clash Of Clans Barbarian that was never in the show. No Maggie yet.
Honestly, does anyone even watch the new episodes anymore? If so, who actually enjoys them…?
New ones are usually good for one or two good jokes a show. Episodes on a whole are hit and miss. But there still are really good ones. Just not as many as during the golden age
Do u think they will bring back the donut torture machine in the Halloween event cause I have redisigned my town and got a good place 4 it
Maybe… we won’t know until it drops. If you think on a pure profit level, EA will re-release a lot just so people who’ve been coveting items will spend money. Hopefully this one is among their choices.
Now England are out of the rugby ………there’s a treat for sports fans
