Gather up those Insanity Peppers and get ready to lose your mind, as we take a journey with the residents of our pocket-sized Springfields for the hottest Chili known to man! So bust open those crock pots and grab some donuts because there are several Chili Cook-Off themed premium items in our stores to grab!
Of course with that limited-time label it can be tempting to buy everything because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add the Proshop and Space Coyote to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this spirit guide to your Springfield.
Building/Decoration: Pro Shop
Character: Space Coyote
Donut Cost: 120 Donuts
Size: 10×10, and it’s quite tall. Side by side I would say it’s about the same size (heigh wise) as the Exclusive Resort
Earns: Coyote Earns 4 
every 3hrs
Conform-O-Meter Impact: Consumerism +20
Leaves stores on June 15th…but the earlier you buy the better
Pros
-Comes with a questline
-Premium character earns 50% more cash and XP on tasks
-Fun animate tasks
-Earns at a premium rate, 4/3hrs..vs 2/3hrs for regular characters
-One of the more recent, highly requested characters
-Coyote will use the Pro Shop
Cons
-Not voiced
-Questline is short, only 3 parts
-Best animated task requires Homer
Final Thought:
Premium:
Plain and simple…if you’re a premium player. A true premium player, get this one. It’s an ok price for a combo, will help with the event…and it’s a classic character. Pick him up, you won’t be sorry.
Freemium:
This is one of those Freemium toss ups. It’s ok priced, and it does help with the event overall. However, if you’ve been saving those bonuts for something else…you may want to hold off. There are other premium characters that’ll be more useful to you as TSTO goes on.
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would/wouldn’t do. And I can tell you I already picked this one up. Just make sure that you pick him up sooner rather then later if you’re thinking about getting him. The sooner he’s in the game the more beneficial he’ll be to you!
Note: Space Coyote does come with a questline. Personally I think you should hold off on completing the questline until the event is over (it’ll still be around), so that you can use him to earn peppers..

Had to buy, this little guy is one of my faves from the show and I’ve been hoping he would make an appearance ever since I got Stampy. The building leaves something to be desired, but it’ll fit into my Vegas casino section pretty well.

I bought it. The building is big but I like it. I also got the Steel Mill (I love a rebate) and the donut truck (decent bonus, another vehicle). The donuts are flying around my town! Not to be confused with raining donuts. I didn’t buy the boat. 😃

I think buying this is a slam dunk. This is a classic character from a classic episode.
Playable animal characters? Hells to the yes. Shut up and take my 120 donuts. Plopper with the Crap Silo was also an insta-buy for me. Lol.
I was slightly disappointed that when I bought the Pro Shop, neither Homer nor myself started tripping balls and wander off into the desert.

The only reasoning you need in purchasing this is…..SPACE COYOTE.
This was an instant purchase for me. One of my favourite episodes. The Pro Shop is a little weird but having Space Coyote is awesome. As an aside, I wish EA would give premium characters longer outdoor visual jobs so we can show them off easier.
agreed, hate how sometimes the best visual tasks are just 60 mins.
Regardless of what task you choose for your characters, when neighboreenos visit your town they will see all characters doing an eye catching outdoor task or walking around. I discovered this a few years ago when town-sitting for a friend on vacation. This explains why some neighbors seem to have characters on ridiculous tasks during events!

The visuals are great and who doesn’t want a peyote coyote in their town?
One of my favorite episodes, so this was a no-brainier. The Pro Shop is a little large; I need to find a good place for it. For now, it’ll be part of my chili cook-off area until I think of a better place for it.
This is exactly what I’m doing. I still haven’t figured out designs for some of the weirder buildings in my town. I have a bunch of them just bunched up in the back of my town. One of these days I’ll think of something good. RachelS

I splurged and got both the space coyote and devil Flanders. I was saving up donuts for Pride event this year, but after getting Roscoe with the 50 donuts rebate, I’m pretty happy with what I’ve got. 🙂
I wish there was a way to get the Space Coyote without the stupid Pro Shop.
I dislike the building, but had to get this anyways as I love the episode it comes from.
I did hear him howl once. Not sure if it was task specific but he does seemed to be voiced.
That’s not a voice that’s a sound. A lot of non voiced characters make grunts etc but they don’t talk as they do on the show. When we say voiced we mean as they sound on the show..not various sounds they make 😉
I picked this up immediately. My only regret is that the Pro Shop has an awfully large footprint and doesn’t fit in to any of my neighborhoods. It just looks odd, towering over Duff Stadium like that.
I bought it, and have no regrets. Classic character. The footprint is wide as well as tall though. So if you are short on space you might hold off.
(Premium player) I couldn’t resist–snatched him up immediately. He’s soooo adorable! His opening dialog with Homer was clever and funny…. Not that wild about the building though.
For me this was #1 on my wishlist and I had JUST enough donuts for him. I think it’s a great buy and imo something that probably won’t be making a reappearence anytime soon so if you want him get him!! 🐺🌵☀️🌶🌅🏜

He was worth it just for the laugh I got at his quest pt. 2 task at Springfield Downs; it’s really too bad that it’s not permanent.
I bought him and he does howl but yeah he doesn’t talk. I need a golf course for the pro shop.
i don’t have a golf course either (100 donuts for one, no thanks), so i put mine next to a lake and made it a bass pro shops.

I spent every single last donut I had this weekend and was down to 0 donuts. I’m tapping my way back up. Currently at 33 donuts thanks to the 15 free today. If I did have enough donuts, I’d buy Roscoe before Space Coyote.
So far like him. Love the episode so it has that value.
