Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
The nerds have invaded Springfield! Ok just one nerd, and he’s not all that bad. And only in Springfield can Professor Frink, with the help of Homer, open up a black hole that transports doppelgangers, robots and Stephen Hawking (!) to our pocket sized Springfields! This multiverse event hit our devices and it’s full of alternate universe inspired decorations, buildings & characters!
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the Second Act you’re tasked with collecting Chronons (
) to unlock each prize!
The third Act 2 Prize is awarded at 13,800 is the Astro-House, because there has to be one completely random House in the SciFi prize track…
So let’s take a closer look at this third prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
Once you’ve collected 13,800 you’ll automatically be awarded the Astro-House and you’ll see this message popup:
And you’ll have an option to place or store it for later. Remember if you store it you’ll have to go into your inventory later to retrieve it.
The Astro-House is just another house/building for Springfield. The House does not come with a questline (there will be a task that pops up in your task book for Skinner but nothing with dialogue), so there’s nothing to help you earn more . Just unlock and build the house and move on.
Here are some quick facts about the Astro-House:
Earns: $150, 13xp/8hrs
Size: 6×6
Build Time: 4hr Build Time
Conform-O-Meter: Indolence +10
What Does it Do?: Another building for Springfield. Skinner, and the LadyBot, will have a task there. The task is to “Marvel at the Stars”. It’s 7hrs and earns $250,60xp (for Skinner). It is animated when in use, it’ll light up.

I won’t get Pres. Lisa. My area lost power all weekend thanks to Hurricane Hermine. Three days with no power. Of course, this game is the least of my worries, but I would have liked to have a chance.

This round has been way better for me than the first round . Thanks to EA for fixing the glitch . I am about to get Lisa with days to spare . I didn’t get Skinner first round and barley got the Theater . Thanks again to EA for listening to us on the complaints
Just a side note and off topic, I’m continually seeing a weird glitch of Bart in a mechanized suit in other neighborhoods. Do you think that will be coming in act three?

Don’t know if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but realised that robots tapped can be maximised in the mini game by using the flash when the countdown gets to 1 second. There’s always a rush of robots in the last couple of seconds that can’t all be tapped but using the flash gets them all, and they count in the numbers. I’m getting about 10 more each time this way
I’m having an impossible time unlocking all the stuff with this event, I didn’t get sgt skinner last time and there’s no way I’m going to get president Lisa this time…..idk what’s going on, I’ve never not unlocked everything in all the previous events over the past 2 years and I don’t feel like I’m doing anything different 🙁

It would be nice if we got event currency for the new jobs at the buildings like the astro house and the domiciles.
Are you guys going to talk about the Future Monument at all? I’m still not sure whether I should buy it or not.

I got the Future Monument which looks very cool, but IMO not worth it for freemium players and the new Mars build that just popped in the store for 200 donuts. Hopefully it will be a good investment…

Seems small next to the other items that are crafted.
Got president Lisa last night, can now relax a little though I still have 2 craftables to unlock and 3 to craft.
Agreed – at least we should be done with (required) crafting by then! Fortunately for me I have been siphoning off funds at a bout 1,000,000 a day and converting it to greenspace.
I think this event wins the “prize” for the most area needed to accommodate all of the buildings made available via the prize track and crafting. I’m even starting to run out of temporary places to store this stuff, before I buy a bunch of land in the area I eventually want to move it to.
I’m kinda hoping that Act 3 doesn’t give us even more buildings to deal with!
I know. I’ve never been one of those to complain about space. I’ve always had plenty still to go, but oochie mama…..this stuff is HUGE.
Agreed, and it really pains me to have to store items/buildings I paid donuts for, or to deconstruct some of my more finely decorated townscapes to accommodate these gargantuan prizes/craftables. Ah well, First World problems I suppose.
