I was not able to watch this live but I have watched it now and I really enjoyed it, it was great.
The question if readers annoy you got me thinking. I know I can be a bit cranky from time to time, add to that that English is not my first language so sometimes when I say something in what I intend to be a cheerful tone it might actually seem like I’m being rude. Therefore I understand that I might have annoyed you on one or more occasions. If that is the case I would like to apologize and say that it was never my intention to be rude or annoying.
Have I annoyed you? Yes I mean you. If so, I apologize and I’m sorry.

And I gotta say, Patric, you remind me so much of my uncle. The sense of humor, your attitude, even your voice. It’s really something and kinda eerie! It was nice “seeing” and getting to know you a little bit. Love the addition to the banner. 🙂

Most of the time. 🙂 Though there was that time when I was 16 and he prank called me and I cussed him out. I didn’t like him so much then. He’s a pretty cool guy, a former rescue diver/swimmer for the US Marines, a huge football nut, a goof ball who isn’t afraid to laugh at himself.
Sounds like a great guy!

Very cool! I couldn’t watch live but this was a fun idea. I came by after the video was done being recorded and followed along with the comments in one browser tab and had the video playing in another browser tab. Excited for next month’s video!
I put my future and western items in a “theme park” tooooooo! If I ever get around to it, I will post a pic to the addicts flickr.

Sorry I didn’t get this posted during your on air time as I’d have loved to hear your speculations about this aspect of the upcoming Halloween Event. This year THOH is the show’s 600th episode anniversary show. It would be only right for this year’s TSTO Halloween Event to be truly standout spectacular. What do you think the Event might be to reflect the show’s major anniversary?
Really hard to say at this point…I too am hoping for a SPECTACULAR event!

Thanks for the quick tour of your toys Patric, im a big vintage toy collector myself, and Britains toys is a big thing here as well im a similar age so I think of you now as a kindred spirit.
I live about three hours from Bath and I’m a huge Gabriel/Genesis fan so if you need a base to start from on your next European trip you could always visit me first and see my vintage tin scifi toy collection before you go to see Peter’s studio lol.
I have been a devoted Gabriel fan since his Genesis days. One of my favorites…and love his work to bring world music to the mainstream. His studio…soooooooofreakincool!!! Sits over a stream and a mill pond.
If I get there…we’ll hook up for sure! I have loads of friends there, that I have never met in person.
No doubt about it, SR… I collect all sorts of stuff- but my favorite is the antique toys. I am going to have to start downsizing at some point…for sure.

What were your expectations of this debut Addicts Live episode? How did the actual experience exceed or differ from your expectations?

As someone who has been in broadcasting for most of my adult life…it’s all about the “flow of the show.” I was surprised at how smooth it was…and how fast the time went by. That is a good thing.
I hope we can get Wookie awake for the next one! He is a hoot!
