Currently it’s available on iOS only…Android and Kindle you know the drill, it’ll be out for you shortly so sit tight.
It will autostart for you with dialogue from Lisa and Homer, followed by 6s tasks for each. This will be followed by a series of 6s tasks for Lisa and a 4hr task (after those) for Homer.

Remember…this is a APP STORE UPDATE. So you will need to download the latest version of TSTO from your App Store BEFORE you can see this. You’ll know you’re on the latest version because the splash screen and icon will change. I know inevitably there will be people saying the game didn’t tell them to update, so they’re behind. CHECK YOUR APP STORE!
Event ends November 15th…and yes this one is broken up into Acts.. (and for those curious, when it ends it’ll likely be followed by a mini Thanksgiving Event, probably Black Friday deals and then Christmas…busy event time of the year!)

Second…after you’ve completed Mad Monsters: Furry Road Pt. 2 you’ll unlock (for free) Filmmaker Lisa
This will be followed by the MAG Office, once you’ve completed Mad Monsters: Furry Road Pt. 3
Mag Office- Free, 10×7 in size.
After you complete Mad Monsters: Furry Road Pt. 4 you’ll trigger the rest of the event to unlock…
You’ll see your icons change, they’ll have goo on them (cool effect)…the store will have THOH items in it and the prizes will unlock for viewing…

Crafting
Crafting unlocks after you’ve completed Mad Monsters: Furry Road Pt. 5. At this point you’ll get a quest called Monster Candy, started by Bart. This will unlock the..
Medieval Rich House- Free, 6×11 in size
This house unlocks the ability for Kids to Trick or Treat for Obols (the crafting currency) and Film Strips
Note it is through MAG points that you unlock more Trick or Treating Jobs

Once you’ve completed Monster Candy you’ll unlock a quest started by Lisa called How Much is that Warewolf in the Window, this will unlock the..
Medieval Construction Yard- Free, 8×9 in size
The Construction Yard is what triggers crafting to unlock.
Now..much like the Sci-Fi Event (and the Casino Event)…you’ll need to level up in crafting in order to unlock more stuff. The good news is, like with the Sci-Fi Event…crafting items will help you level up!
We’ll have a full breakdown of crafting in another post, as we always do, but for now DO NOT LEVEL UP CRAFTING UNLESS YOU ARE CRAFTING ITEMS. The only way you should be leveling up is via crafting the available items. DO NOT PUSH THE GREEN BUTTON…unless of course there are no items you want to craft available.
A nice new feature is that you can now craft multiple items at once! A very nice change from previous events. Here’s a quick breakdown of what you can craft, it’s cost..and the amount required to Level Up.

Giant Monsters
Another quest you’ll unlock after you’ve finished part 5 of Mad Monsters is the Lost in La Monstra questline. This is what unlocks your ability to battle Giant Monsters…
This will run similar to Felon battles during Superheroes 2, and yes we’ll have a full breakdown…
You Select a character to battle one of the giant Monsters….only this time the battles are 4hrs long!
BUT you can battle three at a time, with various characters!
Again, we’ll have a full breakdown of how this works in another post..these are just the quick details…
Monster Actor’s Guild (MAG) Points
Similar to VIP rewards during the Casino Event. Upgrade via MAG points to unlock more prizes and tasks.
Note: this won’t trigger for you until you’ve earned MAG points (either by purchasing a premium item that awards them or crafting and placing an item that rewards them)

New land was added running vertically from the far right edge of town, mountains down.

I purchased cobblestone roads for 40 donuts and can’t figure out where they are or how to place. Please help.
They’re in your build menu. Just scroll down the bar on the left that has the regular roads, etc.

I didn’t even come close to getting all the items. Seems like the last couple events have become a lot harder…unless you can literally play all day… which I can’t 🙁
That’s odd, I generally only played twice a day, with an occasional third time, and I was done three days early.
Act 3 started 5 days ago and some of my neighbors already have over 70,000 megaphones. How do they earn so many in such a short time frame? I play everyday and I’m only at about 45,000. How do they do it?
how does count Burns collect bull horns or whatever?
Servers were down all day for me yesterday. No way Ill be able to complete stage 2 now 🙁
You can send vampire burns, the murant space alien and suzanne the witch on a job in the mag office to earn clap boards.
New little monsters to tap. This time they need 4 taps to clear equaling 40 clap boards. The new monsters are bigger than the previous two and have a snake for a tail and fly.
My act 2 storyline has not automatically started. All my characters (including Lisa) are free but I just can’t seem to get it to trigger. Do you have any ideas how I can fix this please?
How come I don’t have the option to send homer to fight monsters. I earned all the prize track and I think i finished all the quest line cause nothing shows incomplete but I thought it strange that homer didn’t get to fight. Now I see that your homer obviously is fighting. Am I missing a part?

Anyone else think that some of the decorations should be allowed to be put in Krustyland? Some of the Halloween decorations would look pretty cool around the Haunted House there. 🙁
Alissa and everyone, is there something wrong with flying Feral monster. When I tap on mine to have them disappear, but they don’t and I cannot get my film. Anyone else having problems, it started 3 days ago,

Hello, is it better to battle a yellow monster with 2 people or ignore it and search for a regular one to battle it with just one citizen and have the second person free for another monster? And why is it not recommended to battle a yellow monster with just one guy?
Besides trick or treating (Bart, Milhouse, Teenager, Martin),
fighting giant monsters, tapping feral monsters in one’s town and tapping buildings (camera symbol), how can one get film rolls (I have Count Burns and Suzanne the Witch on their Halloween task, too, but don’t have the space monster from the movie theater or Booberella)? I am still struggling to get the Burns crypt but am longing for Burns’ vampire castle (love that episode). It’s less than 3 days from now on, any chance I can make it in time?
Can crafting help in any way (we are collecting some kind of community points and the next price is film rolls, but it’s a long way to go for us)?

Always take the bonus with two when you can…You can catch up with the singles on the next cycle.

I don’t understand it. When I have two guys busy with just one monster, how is that equal or better than having each fight one monster?
Because the Monsters build up. So unless you’re maxed out…it makes more sense to earn more for each when you can. Because the ones that are waiting will still be waiting when you’re done…and then you can earn the 150 for those as well.
So is it better to use 2 on one monster instead of battling 2 monsters (blue or yellow) with 2 guys?
Please explain the logic that seems obvious to you but is nothing I know about.

OK….. I’ll try again. First…I don’t know how many “fighters” you have. But, as you get a bonus for using two on the yellow guys, and the monsters only spawn at a rate of 2 every 4 hours…you should have at LEAST 3 guys available to fight. So, even if you can’t get them all wiped out on one cycle if you have 4 available when you first wake up, you can do the 2 on the yellow…one on the blue, then when the next cycle comes around 4 hours later, you will likely only have blue monsters, 2 for the new cycle and one left over…but you’ll have three fighters to hit the three monsters.
But…here’s the BIG answer…it really doesn’t matter that much in the long run. So play however you want…right?

Im still confused with the monster battle, is there 2 or 4 fighters at once, I have had 2, 2 with a bonus, and 4 all start fighting at the same time for 4 hours but really only 2 at a time since the start of the event.

Two monsters generate every 4 hours.
Some/ most monsters are fought with 1 character (blue with yellow)
A few monsters are fought with 2 characters (yellow with blue)
Select a monster and the list of characters to fight it shows up on the left. Select your choice. If the list remains HIGHLIGHTED, it is a two character monster. If your characters are busy, go to them and free them up. Do NOT click on FIGHT until you have selected 2 characters (if it is a two character monster).
The fight lasts 4 hours. If you wait 5 hours, two more will generate and it will indicate 4 monsters – two are in battle (and waiting to be concluded) and two are waiting to start.

I came to see which jobs give film (yes. Three do). Atm i got vampire burns suzanna the witch (if i spelled that right) and that tenticle monster blob character that comes with (or came with) the drive in theater (the one that act like the farm radio station and channel 6) each of these characters gives free film for a 4 hr job when u have the mag point base. (i think)
