I have a question – is there any list of items which can be put on top of rivers? I mean excluding roads and monorail tracks. Thank you.
The list is: nothing. Roads and monorail tracks are it. If you’ve a friend with items in their rivers they’re playing a hacked game.
That’s not always the case. By some glitch a road was placed on my beach. Now it looked as if the cars, which I put on that beach were on a road.
Anyone know where Ladyace101 has been hiding? Nothing to tap in her town & away for a week. Several neighbors gone for days now, warming up my delete sky finger.
You know what really grinds my gears??!! The damn way that EVERY TIME you tap on the HQ ( and almost all the other bldgs & many of the characters) the “+” at the top right corner is already opened to show other skins. That expands the little black pane that comes up & covers more of the screen. If I wanted that open, I WOULD TAP IT. Sick of the game doing this.

Hi Mab! Happy Easter! Yes it’s been raining off and on here all day. Been in the low sixties here. Did a lot of cooking today, then dug up part of our front yard for the lilac bush that I received in the mail. Hope you get more rain like you want. Happy Easter/and or Sunday to everyone. Going to a job fair this Thursday, have been trying to get a day time job for a good minute now. Tired of working 60+ hours in non busy season and 80+ hours during busy season. And thats for one week. My health recently took a down turn so now I am looking for a slower pace. Well going to post this and off to bed. Happy tapping everyone.

My Lava Machine is at sea, my Baby Buggies are lined up outside Rubber Baby Buggy Bumper babysitting service since in my Springfield they’ve changed business models and now provide babies to sitters instead of the reverse, I haven’t decided about some of the other crafted items yet. I only need 11,000 more “intel” to get the final act 2 prize- Wayne Slater. Still 8 days to go in a act 2. I’m not doing anything special. I’ll only have 4 check ins today, and still way ahead of schedule.
I was shocked myself when I saw last night that I only needed 1000 more intel to finish and get Wayne Slater. This morning when I collected my intel there he was. I wasn’t really keeping an eye on how much I had and didn’t have. But, what I find strange is I hadn’t really changed my event playing but with the past few events I have ended up a week or just under a week ahead of schedule. Still don’t know what I am doing that has increased my collecting.
I got the ghost guy and can’t find him anywhere Grrrr.
The camera panned over when I got him, but there was nothing unusual there.
I know he’s an npc, but still…
I checked storage and the box and sent everyone on tasks to clear out the area, but, no new npc

I just wanted to say I have received two Miniture nuclear warheads from Lisa and the eliminator within 3 task completions last week. That’s twice the MNWs I’ve received from the space rocket in a year or however long it’s been.
Also, I don’t know if there are any MSTK3 fans out there but the new show on Netflix episode 4 just did a great Simpsons reference. “Feels like I’m wearing nothing at all! Nothing at all! Nothing at all!” Loved it.

Talking about TV…the new season of Dr Who just hit this weekend on BBC America👍😁😁. There is also a new cross-over show (set in Whoville) called “Class”, and the first episode was weird, but fun. If you are a Dr Who fan, you should check it out…takes place in a London school that has become a nexus for attracting extra terrestrial nasties.
Upon leaving the sanctuary many Easters ago, the priest proclaimed “He is risen!” My 5 year old son responded, “He’s in prison and peed!” 😲 Well, at least he was somwwhat paying attention.😌 Thank you Easter bunny for the cough drops, chicken noodle soup and my fav pouch-tuna in my basket this year. I was hoping for a Brandine appearance this Easter. I have donuts I reserve just for her. I understand there’s a promotion going on already, but this was a weak Easter for TSTO.
She was offered a little while ago, I forget exactly when, but recently enough that she probably won’t be available again for quite some time.

Bought the Easter island head today, set it up on an island with all the left over easter stuff I had in storage. Sure is nice when EA give us something we can use the stuff we have in storage with.
Now alls I need is a ferry boat to take passengers across the water to visit the Island. ( hint,hint) EA.
EA should make boats like the houseboat, jet ski, and that discounted boat (that I forget the name of) placeable in rivers.

Yes please! Seems unnatural that all the rivers in Springfield go either in a circle, or just end in the middle of a field. Maybe they continue underground?

If they charged 1200 doughnuts for him that would probably pay for the licensing fees to get the rights to his voice. If it’s not Dan, Julie, Nancy, Yeardley, Hank or Harry doing the voice it’s not going to happen

The flamingo is a task for Ronaldo, from the destination Springfield update.
Shary Bobbins should be in your store now as part of the Easter re-release. The flamingo is actually a kid named Ronaldo performing his 8-hr task. He was available earlier this year in the “Around the World” event. You’ll just have to hope he’s re-released some time.
Buy Shary Bobbins now, wait for Ronaldo (the flamingo is him in a costume) to be offered for sale, probably in a year or so.
The pink flamingo is a limited time premium character from the around the world update, it is the orphan Ronaldo who came with the filthy angels orphanage, performing his 8 hour task, if you haven’t already purchased him you’ll need to wait to see if/when EA rerelease him as part of another deal. If you’re looking for Shary Bobbins she is currently available as part of the 2017 Easter release for 125 donuts and will remain available for a week or so

Worth it or not, you’re still earning event currency so no harm, no foul in my mind. I’ll probably put him in storage too though. Not many NPCs I dig.

Event is starting drag. I am thankful for the many great offers and prices, but why, WHY, does the event have to run for 40 days with rather high intensity. I get that EA needs to fill the year with content, but having a bit more downtime to “recover” and make the events shorter would be appreciated. Oh well.
G.H.O.S.T Enforcer is only a NPC. Bummer. I was hoping, he would be a playable character, maybe with just one visible task like the monkeys or the octopus from the last event.
Easter so far is only premium items. Not one in-game cash decoration, not even a fence. Come on, EA…

Just finished Nurse Jackie last night. The show should have ended after episode 10. The last two felt out of place and just not right. At least it they were going to jump the shark they waited until the very end.

I do find it strange that there were no freemium items in the store for easter. I really could have used some easter fences for a design (never thought i would say that after the horrible easter event of 2014 where every prize was a fence or a pond). Although I am glad to finally get Sharry Bobbins and Hugs Bunny on rebate after not getting them in the boxes many years ago.
I know a lot of people have been struggling to keep up with the prize track, but I kinda like the way EA did this event to reward long time and premium players. Many of the characters that earn event currency were once freemium prizes if you played many years ago, or even most recently during the casino event. Also, I like how the end of each acts character can be used for gaining event currency too. I hope they have more of these rewards for long time players in the future, where it makes it easier for more rounds of bonuts but still doable if you only have the freemium characters.
I do like how the characters that are won (like Bont) or the premium characters (like Cargill) are all short questlines with mostly 1hr tasks. It makes it easy for someone like me who has to complete all the questlines immediately do them and then but the character onto earning event currency. Maybe in the future they could go back to longer tasks in the questline but only release the questlines after the event is over. That would give people something to do while waiting for the next event.
I am kinda sad that the stonecutters alien is buried in the mystery box. Really wanted him but not worth the risk for all the other junk prizes. Hope they bring him back separately soon.
Lately, since I finally reached level 939 about a month ago, I’ve been spending the time to unlock all the available land. I never used to unlock it unless I needed it, but without much else to do (and realizing my characters won’t go there as long as I don’t place roads) I figured I might as well. Plus its a good way to use the free land tiles on the expensive ones. I did this a while ago with krustyland, even though that place is dead and unlikely to get an expansion—although i wish it did!
I just hope they have more expansions, frink points, money mountain/redwood, etc. More permanent distractions. I’m just worried that once I finish collecting all the land in a month or so, there’s gonna be little to do other than log in for events and collect cash upon cash. I am sick of crafting in the events, so maybe those decorations could just be for cash from now on. There’s little motivation to collect crafting currency when the prizes are lame. At least make the last level of crafting’s prize amazing.
Anyway, enough ranting. Just some ideas. Let me know what you think!
Ok fine reward the long time players but not at the expense of new players, we do not want to loose tappers because they cannot complete the prize tracks. It is not healthy for the game if it just left with a few addicts & not attracting people to continue playing.
Lots of valid points, just try to keep in mind that most player’s towns are not as well established as yours and crafting offers them a way to add decor items to their towns, even when they don’t have a lot of money or donuts. To them, the prizes may not seem so “lame” and I’m sure they don’t want to have to start paying cash for them. Hard to remember what it was like when we (level 939 players) first stated playing, but I do remember that during my first couple events I had very little of anything and free “stuff” was super exciting😁🤑.

I also used to finish all of the questlines before sending characters to earn event currency until I had to make Bart do a 24 hour task three times in a row for one quest. After sending him once, I sent him to earn event currency and have ignored questlines during events since then. Besides they give me something to do when the event is over.
Finishing the quest lines and their tasks will give you extra Intel.
Sounds like you need to do some KEM farming, then you could buy everything in the mystery boxes.
I’d love to see a Ralph Wiggum show, not a full standard 22 minute show but just like little 5min episodes like shows such as Roger Ramjet and Bananaman. It would be awesome.
