UPDATE: Appears this bug is now fixed!
Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
So I’ve left work and I’m driving to pick up the Tiny Addict (don’t worry i pulled over) and I’m seeing a ton of comments from you guys about a new update and an infinite loop bug that’s happening with the dialogue. It’s impacting the ability to play TSTO. (Pretty much everyone is impacted by it)
I’ll dig into this when i get home, but for now use this post to report issues or anything you’ve heard about it. Just to keep everything together on one place.
I’ll add more when i can…
What update? I don’t see it in my Playstore. I finished my game 2 days ago. I’m game sitting my cousin’s one who is still in the mini game, but no update either.
That bug completely passed me by. Not that I’m complaining, just wondering why it didn’t affect me…
I logged out, restarted my device, and still no fix. What should I be doing to continue the county fair event? Thanks.
Never had it so don’t know what all the fuss was about.

Update worked. Dialogue comes up just once and then game continues
Must be fixed — I hadn’t logged on since this morning, but when I did a little while ago, an update downloaded and everything appears normal.
Same here. It updated an hour ago and everything seems normal for me thankfully
I was having the continuos dialogue loop issue on iPad, just went to try and play again and got an in game update and it’s fixed! Was able to move on finally…hope it’s fixed for everyone else too
I emptied my cache. It downloaded update again but the loop stopped
new update is the fix! 🙂
I just downloaded the update at 6:20 ET. I didn’t get the infinite loop error so either I am really lucky or it’s a fix.
Playing on an iPad mini having the same issue.
I had already finished the mini event, so I didn’t notice this bug. But a ton of my crosswalks that I had made have just recently disappeared. I was almost done lining the streets of my pride area (who wouldn’t love rainbow streets), and now so many are gone. Weird!
Hey, same problem here. I already got the barn and started building the cornfield, then I logged in and the dialog starts again, and again. On iPhone, and iPad – same issue.

Def a loop bug can’t play the game at all same dialogue over and over…. 🙁
I am experiencing the same problem. annoying! can’t do anything!
An update just hit- maybe it’s the fix? I won’t know as I have finished the quest line too. I can only add that the update didn’t add or subtract anything from my game.
I guess this refers to the continuous repetition of the dialogue between Lisa and the mayor starting “You were right, Mayor”. I have it and I can’t find any way out of it.
Oops should’ve checked here first 😒 jus uninstalled and re downloaded the game thinking something wrong with my device 😂 guess not!! Lol
I’ve not experienced the infinite loop, I got the final prize about 2h 40mins ago (just waiting for it to build) but as I’ve just logged on I noticed a small update and now the task associated with the final prize (? Something about place a crop and others I don’t remember) has disappeared. Is this something to do with a patch for the loop problem? If that task has gone for me I hope others don’t loose out if they hadn’t got all the prizes yet!!

Yes all I can get is the dialogue going round and round. Very frustrating.

Infinite loop in the storyline, unable to complete first task of crop. Just giving you the heads-up.
whoa… people coming outta the woodwork to report on this bug. fortunately, if you have already finished this questline, you won’t be affected by it.

I just did upgraded my iPhone📱 SE and my iPad Air 2 and all went fine. Just needed to hard close TSTO and restart it.

Stuck in the dialogue too! Tried logging out and in again and nothing. Also tried turbo tapping but didn’t work lol. Looks like we’ll have to wait till EA fixes it. Damn it, was about to get my 5 donuts from the monorail weekly task.
