Well, the end is finally near as we prepare for the Rise of the Robots Event to leave our games on Wednesday. Now that we’ve reached the end, it’s time to take a look back at the exciting conclusion of this event.
So here’s a look at the full dialogue for Welcome to the Cyberdome…just in case you missed it by tapping too fast…
Just a reminder that the Rise of the Robots Event Ends TOMORROW May 12th.
Time to put all that robotic destruction to an end and move onto some other catastrophe in Springfield!
As far as questlines go, what’s happened in the past is that the current prize you’re working on (on any questline) you were able to finish. Once that current prize was completed then the questline disappeared.
This means that you will want to make that final push to gather up all the things you want from the Event before it goes with the Event.
In our silly lil game, we sometimes see things pop in that we have no clue as to their Origin. They seem familiar, but we just can’t pinpoint from where. So that is why we decided to make a fun lil reminder out of it. To let you know just Where Did THAT Come From?
Ok, guys, this is THE big one. This is the WDTCF post that breaks down everything else from this event! Yes, the vast majority of items from the Rise of the Robots event come from two main episodes. With one episode having items from Acts 1 and 2, and the other having items from Acts 3 and 4. We already covered the items that come from “I, (Annoyed Grunt)-bot”. And now that we’re well into Act 4, it’s time to cover the items from the other main episode…”Treehouse of Horror XIX”. Things kick off for Act 4 with some dialogue between Lisa, Bart, and Frink…
Lisa: Professor Frink! Thank goodness you haven’t been enslaved! Bart: We need your help! Frink: You should have thought of that when you shunned me in the past! Lisa: I didn’t shun you. I idolized you! Bart: I shunned you, but I’m a kid. It was weird for you to want to join our Radioactive Man Club. Frink: As decades of sloppy lab procedures have made me a very radioactive man, I thought it was highly appropriate. Bart: The robot you built is enslaving humanity — you owe us a solution. Frink: Well, it is every scientist’s dream to solve the problems his work creates. Hold on while I calculate the odds of success… Omega times alpha, carry the one, plus/minus your-guess-is-as-good-as-mine…
This triggers the Act 4 questline, Welcome to the Cyberdome, and is followed by a 4hr task for Lisa, Bart, Frink Jr, Frink and Mrs. Frink (if you have them), as well as a task to collect Act 4 Currency (155). Welcome to the Cyberdome is the questline that will take you through unlocking all of this Act’s prizes.
Let’s take a look at what else is in store during Act 4…
