Viva Las Springfield!  Bring on the Casinos, as it’s Vegas time in Springfield!  So bust open that change purse and stock up on donuts because there are loads of Vegas inspired items in our stores!

Now with all this new content I know you may be trying to if any of it is worth YOUR donuts, but don’t sweat it!  We’re here to tell you what’s worth the donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Turbo Tappin’ Springfield Casino: Act 2

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

The Casino Event Act 2 is now live in our games, are you feeling lucky?!

With the launch of Act 2 a new questline has arrived to help move us through the Casino storyline, and earn more chips!  Act 2 runs until March 17th…when Act 3 will start.

Remember, the questline is there to guide you.  So when you get stuck on something, or haven’t unlocked something, just follow along with the questline and it’ll take you through everything you need to do to complete the first Act and unlock everything you need in order to play properly (ie neighbor actions, gamblers to tap, crafting etc).  Just look for the Gold Token Icon ico_casino_gametoken_lg in your task bar.  Any tasks you see associated with that icon are related to the event.  So, if you’re stuck…keep going until you no longer see that token.

So let’s take a look at the questline to see just what you need to do to build your own mini Vegas in your pocket-sized Springfield…

Casino Event Act 2 is Live!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Welcome to the wee early morning hours…at least here on the East Coast.  It’s just after 3am and the Casino Event Act 2 is now live!  (hey if this were Vegas you’d be up all night too…)

Remember…this is an automatic change in your game.  Nothing to download, it should just start up in your game..

Things should auto-start for you with a task for Mr. Burns.  (if you don’t see it start up it’s most likely because you haven’t placed the Dice Den.  You’ll need to place the Dice Den to start Act 2, which also means you’ll need to finish The Old Man and the ‘Sino questline)

Casino 2016 Prize Guide: Act 1, Prize 5 Lucius Sweet

Viva Las Springfield!  The Casino Event has arrived in Springfield…and it’s full of Vegas inspired decorations, buildings and games!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the First Act you’re tasked with collecting Red Chips (ico_casino_redchip_lg) to unlock each prize!

The fifth, and final, Act 1 prize awarded at 101,200 ico_casino_redchip_lg (or +29,600 from the Britannia Casino) is Lucius Sweet…because it’s not Vegas without a prize fight and it’s promoter…

The fourth Act 1 prize awarded at 71,600 ico_casino_redchip_lg (or +27,300 from Magic Act Milhouse) is the Britannia Casino…because what’s the Vegas Strip without themed Casinos?

Cletus’ Dice Den Is Live!

There’s a new casino game in town….Cletus’ Dice Den is now live in our games!

This is considered Pre-Act 2…and you’ll still have until March 7th to earn the rest of those Red Chips for the Act 1 Prizes.

You’ll need Cletus free to start things off.

I’ll be back with more info about the Dice Den, once I’ve had a chance to break it all down.  For now…it’s live in our games as another way to have some fun with the event! 🙂

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the First Act you’re tasked with collecting Red Chips (ico_casino_redchip_lg) to unlock each prize!

The second Act 1 prize awarded at 22,700 ico_casino_redchip_lg (or +15,900 from Burns’ Fountain) is the Impluse Wedding Chapel…because very Vegas inspired area needs a quickie wedding location
