Burns Casino and the Conform-O-Meter

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

The Casino Event released a TON of new items into our Springfields.  Everything from Casinos and fountains to theaters and planes!  So let’s take a look at how these new and returning items impact our Conform-O-Meter…

The Conform-O-Meter is an important part of Tapped-Out because it provides you with a bonus boost in your cash and  XP from everything you collect in the game.  When you achieve a 5-Star Town (it’s max rating) you will receive a 5% bonus on all money and XP collected in your town.  If you missed the previous Conform-O-Meter posts check here for the basics and here for how many points you’ll need to reach 5 stars.

While the Casino event brought no changes to the Conform-O-Meter requirements, it did bring a bunch of buildings and decorations.  So let’s take a look at how all of the new “goodies” impact our rating: Continue reading →

More so our neighboreenos. So we try to make it a point to hop in n out of the towns now and then to see what cool things YOU are up to. Turbo Tappin’ Springfield Casino: Act 3

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

The Casino Event Act 3 is now live in our games, are you feeling lucky?!

With the launch of Act 3 a new questline has arrived to help move us through the Casino storyline, and earn more chips!  Act 3 runs until March 29th, when the entire Casino Event comes to an end.

Remember, the questline is there to guide you.  So when you get stuck on something, or haven’t unlocked something, just follow along with the questline and it’ll take you through everything you need to do.  Just look for the Gold Token Icon ico_casino_gametoken_lg in your task bar.  Any tasks you see associated with that icon are related to the event.  So, if you’re stuck…keep going until you no longer see that token.

So let’s take a look at the questline to see just what you need to do to build your own mini Vegas in your pocket-sized Springfield…

Casino Event Act 3 is Live!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well Top o’ the morning to ya Tappers!  Happy St. Patrick’s Day….and Happy Casino Act 3!  It’s just after 4 am here on the East Coast…and I dragged my tired tushie out of bed to let you know.Act 3 is now live!

Remember…this is an automatic change in your game.  Nothing to download, it should just start up in your game..

Things should auto-start for you with a task for Mr. Burns (12hrs) and 5 Springfielders (also 12hrs).  (if you don’t see it start up it’s most likely because you haven’t placed the House of Cards.  You’ll need to place the House of Cards to start Act 3, (questline, prizes will change automatically) which also means you’ll need to finish the Have a Vice Day questline)
