Act 4, the final act, of this circus event ushered in one new premium character to help navigate finish off this event. Scuzzo the Clown is an all-new premium character for Springfield, who will not only help earn event currency but also comes with a short questline.

The Cirque du Springfield Event follows the same event structure of the Multi-Events before it. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting just over a week and taking us through a new part of the event!

Things kick off for Act 4 with some dialogue between Burnsum, Marguerite, The Human Donkey, Marge, & Bart…
Burnsum: Finish affixing your headpiece, Marguerite! You’re on in five.
Marguerite: On for who? The stands are empty.
Burnsum: Empty? How is this possible with the array of freaks I’ve collected?!
Bart: Parading freaks is so 1910. People want fresh. They all went over to Cirque de Puree.
Marge: Their stunts ARE spectacular. I don’t know how they do it.
Burnsum: Something smells foul.
The Human Donkey: That’s my lunch — sardines and sawdust.
Bart: If we don’t do something soon, the Cirque is gonna eat our lunch.
Burnsum: *sigh* I guess it’s time I do the unthinkable.
Bart: Tell people what’s really in our hot dogs?
Burnsum: Worse. It’s time I apologize.
This triggers the Act 4 questline, The Lion’s Scare and is followed by 4hr tasks for Bart, Burnsum, & Marguerite, as well as a task to collect Act 4 Currency (115). The Lion’s Scare is the questline that will take you through unlocking all of this Act’s prizes.

Some of you had mentioned you’d like a separate reminder post for when the next Act of events will start. So here’s that separate reminder post…
Act 4 of the Cirque Event starts TOMORROW, March 8th, at 9 am ET!
Acts 1, 2, and 3 of the event won’t be going anywhere, so if you haven’t finished them you have plenty of time to do so. But Act 4 will be starting up with its own prize track, questline, and premium character(s)!
Here’s who you’ll need free to start Act 4:
Bart, Burnsum, and Marguerite have 4hr tasks to start Act 4.
You’ll also need the characters that earn event currency free. As a reminder, they are:
Homer
Bart
Marge
Lisa
Wiggum
CBG
Mr. Burns
Smithers
Burnsum (Premium)
Ding-A-Ling Ringmaster (Premium)
The Human Donkey (Premium)
New Premium Character for Act 4 (Premium)
And finally, 1 new premium combo will hit during Act 4 that will help with the event, As noted above this character will help earn event currency, and you’ll need 150 donuts for that combo should you wish to purchase it.
