Tap Ball Prize Guide: Act 2, Prize 1 Alley McBalls

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Are you ready for some Tap Ball!? Tap Ball is the newest sensation sweeping the streets of Springfield. A game invented by our very own Homer J Simpson! In the Second “Act” of the Tap Ball Event (funny they’re called Acts, really they should be called Periods like Hockey. Oh EA, I thought you knew sports 😉 ) you’ll unlock Tennis Marge, FIT Milhouse, unlock Community Challenges and continue to challenge your friends and neighbors to some friendly Tap Ball competitions!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts (again, should be called Periods EA…), with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the Second Act you’re tasked with collecting Hats () to unlock each prize! The First Act 2 prize awarded at 5,800 is Alley McBalls, a new bowling supply store for your Springfield!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Here we are in Act 2 of Tap Ball! Seems like just yesterday we were making our way through Act 1 collecting those foam fingers and now here we are smack dab into Act 2 and collecting hats. Oh wait. That was yesterday!

Anyway we’re in the middle Act of our fun little summer sporting event..and with a new Act rolled out that of course means a new questline! The Act 2 questline is nothing like the Act 1 questline…first off it’s short. And second it really doesn’t do much for you for game directions. But nevertheless let’s still breakdown Turbo Tappin’ walkthrough for Act 2…

Tap Ball Act 2 Is Live

UPDATE BUNNY 7/3: So we got a lil update in our games. You now can see a running total of your Amateur Bucks in the Lower Left Corner of your game along with the Hat Count. Soccer balls too.

You will also notice that your Fans in your own Springfield have some added help, Amateur Bucks. So you can now get the Hats (20) & Amateur Bucks (1) from tapping on them. WOOHOO!!

Still checking a few other games, but so far… it looks like the Neighbor Actions are 90 for Act 2. When tapping the Fans there, you will ALSO get 1 Hat & 1 Amateur Buck now. WOOHOO!!

Checking for any other noticeable changes, but so far… those are the main ones. 🙂

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Are you ready for some Tap Ball!? Tap Ball is the newest sensation sweeping the streets of Springfield. A game invented by our very own Homer J Simpson! In the First “Act” of the Tap Ball Event (funny they’re called Acts, really they should be called Periods like Hockey. Oh EA, it thought you knew sports 😉 ) you’ll unlock Referee Homer, Soccer Lisa, Pin Pal Apu, Build a Stadium (with a little help from Duff, the Kwik-E-Mart, Costington’s and Stupid Flanders) and challenge your friends and neighbors to some friendly Tap Ball competitions!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts (again, should be called Periods EA…), with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the First Act you’re tasked with collecting Foam Fingers () to unlock each prize! The Fifth and Final Act 1 prize awarded at 19,500 is Softball Mr. Burns, a new costume for Mr. Burns to wear in Springfield!

So let’s take a closer look at this “coach” and find out just what happens when you drink too much tonic and unlock him in your Springfield. Continue reading →

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts (again, should be called Periods EA…), with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the First Act you’re tasked with collecting Foam Fingers () to unlock each prize! The Third Act 1 prize awarded at 11,300 is Baseball Jasper, a new costume for Jasper (a premium character) to wear in Springfield!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts (again, should be called Periods EA…), with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the First Act you’re tasked with collecting Foam Fingers () to unlock each prize! For this post we’re going to combine the second and fourth prize…why? Because they’re basically the same prize, just designed a bit different. So they fit nicely together in one post 🙂 Sooo…

The Second Act 1 prize awarded at 5,600 is the Obstacle Tires.

And the Fourth Act 1 Prize awarded at 15,100 is the Obstacle Wall.

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Tap Ball is sweeping the streets of our Springfields and during this first Act of the event a few characters get into it and actually play Tap Ball! Two characters have been added to our games since the event launched…one was added to the store and the other is awarded via the Daily Training Tasks. Football Nelson is available in our stores as a premium skin and Boxer Tatum is awarded for free via the Daily Training Tasks, but of course you’ll have to have Tatum to use it.

Both characters come with a complete questline, something to keep you busy tapping while you’re waiting to play your next Tap Ball match! So let’s take a look at the quick walkthrough for Football Nelson and Boxer Tatum…

Sorry this post is a little late today. Was up late working on this and wanted to make sure I looked at it again with fresh eyes before posting. This will breakdown a lot of the who, what, where, when & how for you guys, so be sure to read it all…

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well like many of us predicted, EA was too quiet these last few weeks so we all thought something was going to hit! And something sure did hit, a fun little summer sporting event…complete with Homer making up the rules! (is there anything better than a game where Homer makes up the rules as he goes along?)

So for this first Act (kinda funny how they’re still going with Acts, something tells me they didn’t changes the coding from Terwilligers), as always, you’ll be greeted with a questline to walk you through the game basics and help you collect more currency to earn prizes!
