Yesterday, an app store update hit our games to remove the Hell on Wheels Event (change the splash screen back to normal). And, today a brand-new mini-event started up in our towns! (as long as you’ve downloaded the update)
You’ll need Marge and Maggie free for 6s tasks to get things started with this event.
This mini-event ends, in 2 weeks, on June 8th.

Earlier today an update arrived in the app store. This update will remove the Hell on Wheels splash screen, and usher in the next mini-event to our games.
Note: This mini-event will NOT start until tomorrow (Wednesday) May 25th at 11am ET.
As is our usual policy with mini-events, when we don’t receive an event packet from EA we don’t release spoilers for the event. This time around is no different…however, here’s a look at the characters that will be included via the character collection in-game….
Beyond that, this will be a mini-event that will run for the usual 2 weeks.
The Shattered Dreams Mystery Box will leave our games tomorrow prior to this event starting. So if there’s something you want, get it now.
The Shattered Dreams Mystery Box will return with DIFFERENT content once you complete this mini-event. So keep that in mind. It’ll come back, but the content will be different.
Other than that, look for your standard mini-event to start-up TOMORROW, May 25th at 11am ET.

Now that the Hell on Wheels Event is over, it can be a bit overwhelming to take a look at the prize haul and figure out just what to do with everything. With an event that ran 5 weeks (almost) it can be hard to remember what arrived with week 1 and just want it did. It can also be hard just remembering what the heck came with this event.
While I break down each item individually and include character tasks there, if there are any, it can be difficult to remember just who goes where. So I’ve compiled one list of all the character tasks associated with a building. Just a reminder that the Hell on Wheels Event Ends TOMORROW May 18h.
It’s time to for the cars to hit the road and for something new to arrive in Springfield!
As far as questlines go, what’s happened in the past is that the current prize you’re working on (on any Act questline) you were able to finish. Once that current prize was completed then the questline disappeared.
This means that you will want to make that final push to gather up all the things you want from the Event before it goes with the Event.
