Act 3 of the Showbiz Showdown Event starts in TWO days, SUNDAY, August 28th, at 11 am ET!
Act 1 and Act 2 of the event won’t be going anywhere, so if you haven’t finished them you have plenty of time to do so. But Act 3 will be starting up with its own prize track, questline, and premium character(s)!
Here’s who you’ll need free to start Act 3:
The Polystar Exec (if you purchased him) and Krusty have 4hr tasks to start Act 3.
You’ll also need the characters that earn event currency free. As a reminder, they are:
Homer
Marge
Bart
Lisa
Grampa
Krusty
Flanders
Wiggum
Polystar Executive (Premium)
Airshot (Premium)
New Premium Character for Act 3 (Premium)
And finally, 1 new premium combo will hit during Act 3 that will help with the event, As noted above this character will help earn event currency, and you’ll need 150 donuts for that combo should you wish to purchase it.
Gil will also be arriving during Act 3. His “deal” is 250 donuts. The items will NOT help earn event currency.

Act 3 of the Dog Days Event starts TOMORROW, July 3rd, at 11am ET!
*Remember this is the Third Act of this event. So brace yourself as the event continues on until Wednesday, July 20th*
Here’s minimum requirements to start Act 3:
Be at least level 15 and have Chief Wiggum unlocked to start Act 3, which will auto-trigger.
You’ll also need the characters that earn event currency free. As a reminder, they are:

The Hell on Wheels Event follows the same event structure of the Multi-Events before it. This event consists of 4 parts (or Acts), with each part lasting just over a week and taking us through a new part of the event!
For Act 3 we’re tasked with collecting Hubcaps! Each part of the story will unlock another prize themed for the next part of the story. So let’s take a look at the details behind Act 3 and the Turbo Tappin’ Version for The Internet of Wheels…

Rev those engines Tappers because Hell on Wheels has arrived! Which car will be the king of the derby? Well, it’s up to you to find out in TSTO’s latest update…Hell on Wheels!
As always, loads of dialogue with this one, so be sure to read along to see what happens! And of course, I’ll be posting it as each week wraps up…
Remember, this Act will still be playable until the event ends on May 18th. However, Act 4 will start on May 10th (note the Tuesday start date)
Things kick off for Act 3 with some dialogue between Krusty, Homer, and Cletus…
Homer: Everyone is just staring at me with their I’ve-seen-your-credit-report eyes. I better get out of here. Maybe Krusty will give me a lift home. Krusty: Sorry, Homer, I’m going to the V.I.P. lounge, so I hope you don’t mind if I ditch you. Actually, it doesn’t matter if you mind, ’cause that’s what I’m doing. Homer: How am I gonna get home now? I don’t wanna call Marge, and I don’t think Youber drivers accept centavos. Cletus: Howdy, stranger! You look like you could use a ride. Homer: Thanks. I’ll just, uh, slide these chicken cages over… Chicken: BAGAWK! Homer: Whoa! What’s that about? Cletus: Chickens ride in front, hitchhikers ride in back. In this here truck, that’s the pecking order. Homer: Yeah…literally. Cletus: If y’all are gonna use five-dollar words, you can find another ride.
This triggers the Act 3 questline, The Internet of Wheelsand is followed by 4hr tasks for Cletus and Homer, as well as a task to collect Act 3 Currency (115). The Internet of Wheels is the questline that will take you through unlocking all of this Act’s prizes.
