Welcome to another edition of From the Mouths of Addicts, where YOU get to sound off on anything and everything in the world of Tapped Out! This week we’ve got a bonus From the Mouths of Addicts for you because it IS 2D Tuesday and we couldn’t wait to show you this awesome 2D artwork by Addicts Reader SaraMary3. She’s one seriously talented Tapper and we love her designs she’s been posted all over our Flickr account that we had to share them with the Addicts Community! So with out further ado here’s Sara’s artwork and a little explanation about what inspired each from her…enjoy!
Sackboy
Sackboy from Little Big Planet was my first attempt at 2D design. I’m a huge LBP fan and have both PS3 games as well as the vita game. As a matter of fact I recently created a Simpsons costume and decoration level. Lol!
Mario and Luigi
From Super Mario Bros. I work at the local VFW Thrift Store and usually listen to a soundtrack of the first three games. (I call it classical music) I liked Mario all bouncy over the brick “pipe”. Not sure what Luigis doin’. He’s kinda spacing out. This was a costly build, but worth it!

Just shaved for the first time haha
So is there really going to be no St. Patricks day update?! I mean they would have it out by now right! I’m so disappointed.
Well I don’t know what they’re going to do honestly. I was hoping for something today, but I guess there’s nothing at this point. There’s still hope that something will hit tomorrow or Thursday. These little mini events (like 4th of July, St. Pats etc) where there’s no collecting of Goo, Gift Cards, or Valentine’s don’t last very long and it could very well be that it hits tomorrow or Thursday and lasts until Tuesday. 🙂
We shall see soon enough!
Oooh I hope so. I really would like Tom O’Flanagan and O’Flanagan’s Pub. (and the Cool Brown House, would give up many doughnuts for that)
Yeah…I am with you on that one…I am also wishing for a Saint-Patrick’s Day update…the one building that I don’t have that I find awesomely cool in my neighbours town is the Irish Pub (I am not holding my breath for the Mapple store which I think will never come back)…I have been waiting for months (I started playing in August) to get my hands on that pub…and now the wait is unbearable…actually it is starting to be a little late for a Saint-Patrick’s Day update so I am also worried it might not get here at all…but I am still hoping it hits my phone soon since Saint-Patrick’s is a mini event…crossing my fingers! =)
Anyone else having problems with your tiwn resetting? Im back to level 31(was at 38 and about to finally get Stampy) plus lost 300 donuts. And my town looked like nothing I had ever made it ever. So I signed out of origin and afraid to log back in. Thinking I should just wait it out a few hours? But how do I contact EAT if its not fixed on its own? Thanks guys! PS great 2D art, so creative!

Best thing to do during a rollback (especially a donut loss one) is to contact EA right away. We’ve got a whole post dedicated to contacting EA here. Just double check to make sure it is in fact YOUR Springfield. There’s a weird glitch going on that sometimes allows you to sign into a different Springfield. So just verify that it is in fact YOUR Springfield before contact them. Hope that helps! 🙂

I’m out of land, cannot buy anymore, I have 14.6 million bucks in my account and nothing new to add or do… anyone know if a new level will be added. Lots of money invested in this game and no place to go next. bummer!!
I know the pain as my bank account has a similar number in it, although I still have some land to play around with. (I tend to design things close together for that reason)
No word yet on an form of an update…
The game needs to expand I still have space but another 2-3 events and I am full.
I think a problem is the size this game is and the amount of space it takes up on your device need advice to sort this out.

Is it just me, or is anyone else not getting notifications that Sideshow Bob is loose when you visit your friends? I am almost never notified that he is loose, but I do spot him in my friends towns while I’m out tapping on buildings. It’s trashing my righteousness rating and makes me not want to visit friends.
It is a hit and miss. Sometimes it pops up. Sometimes it doesn’t. I just keep an eye out for him…if I miss him, oh well. That is what I have training walls for. So it will never effect my ratings. 😉
