Hey there Hoppereenos. Looks like some of the fixes we were waiting for hit our games.
So far the few things I am noticing right away…
Castle Walls and Towers are unlocked so you can buy more at anytime without having to wait to upgrade again.
They have changed the image for the Elixr won to reflect the dialog. It now shows a Bundle (what the dialog said) instead of a truck.
More info to come as I look through a few items.
Players are now stating that the “Roll With It” Cheaters issue is resolving itself. I am now testing out whether or not the Shield issue is resolved too.
Shield issue is still here. Contact EA if you are impacted and lose some. Another patch is still coming for glitches.
Few more changes as I am going through it all that I notice.
Prince and the Premise Part 21. The Reward is now showing as 15 Donuts instead of the standard 100 Elixr Payout. Not sure why the change. Maybe for those that did not get the 15 Free Donuts for playing early? I have one more test game I am going to use to try this out and see what happens. I DID get the 15 free donuts in it.
The Main Event Icon has been swapped out. Instead of the Castle that took you to the event details, it is now the Trophy of Gold that will take you right to the Personal Prizes list. A good change in my mind as many wanted that info more than just the Event rundown.
Outside of the Castle Walls and Towers unlocked, other items are now locked or disappeared. No more Balloons or Catapults in the Menu for purchase. Not until you unlock them at least. Still looking into this one. Basically overall what I am seeing is that once you unlock an item like the Gates and Balloons, then they become available for purchase in your menu too.
Also, this was already in effect but some are just now noticing. As a safety method, the option to buy MORE Nerds than your MAX will lock out so you do not waste precious donuts for Nerds you can’t use.
Shock to the System has changed its name in the Game only (still same otherwise). Playing it through again in test games to get full details for a later post. “Pointless Yet Compulsive” is the newer name.
I will continue to look to see if I notice any other changes. A lot to still go through.

I just got a second in-game update today…I guess EA are doing some over time…maybe fuelled by being hooked on the non-addictive elixir as well…hopefully this is the other bug fixes that were not included in the earlier update…;o)

I know the Shield issue patch was still coming.
I still have not received my elixer bundle. And I got no doughnuts for that number 21 quest:(

I received 2 donuts for completing stealing premium currency. Am I the only one? Maybe because I received the 15 already or cause I started the quest yesterday. Game was frustrating me in the beginning with all the glitches but finally won me over, now I’m addicted again. Love you guys and the site, I check it out all the time.

Hi Bunny, any update on the donut payout for part 21? Just curious if I should start the quest or hold off. Would rather have 15 donuts than 2! 😜
I just finished today and the reward was 15 donuts.
I am in the Prince Premist P 15, and I can’t update Lisa to level 4. There is no box to say do it, all other tasks are done.

I’m confused by shield payout mine has always been 10/5 across my three different towns but I’ve seen some posts saying it was 20/10 which I’ve never had?
It is very odd payout change. I got them at first…then they changed suddenly. No reason why. All the numbers are still the same in there.
I’ve seen some very strange payouts when logging into my game for a few days now. How do I get a 7/2 payout? I’ve seen some very odd numbers that don’t jibe with the basic math the payouts are supposed to support. 38/10? Anyone else?

I guess the new update on the elixirs now means the players who henceforth reach dat stage of the game will win only 1000 elixirs instead of 4000. Dats too bad.glad I am already past that and got my 4k elixirs. Also guys can you advise me if all this raiding from fellow tappers affects righteousness ratings. Mine went down to 4 stars from 5. I dont want to mindlessly place training walls.none of the public bldgs r vandalised. Kindly let me know. Thanks.
I am not sure, it may. My suggestion is to put up and hide some training walls to combat any attacks. Remember that graffiti spray and not catching Sideshow impacts it a lot too.

I also won the truckload of donuts and emailed EA (australia) they replied in 5 mins and gave me the 4000 elixir plus 10% but you need to log out of game first and go back in it then works. EA were great cant complain this time

I just finished pt. 21. I t said I got 15 donuts but it gave me 20 I went to Kristy land and back signed out and re opened. Still 20… Thank you EA hahaha fist time I’ve said that.

The “Shock To Your System” quest changed to “Pointless-Yet-Compulsive” for me. I was on part two. Now it shows additional tasks to level up Homer and Bart instead of just collecting 15,000 gold.
Saw that…but waiting til I play through it all as the info hasn’t changed as far as name goes. Still called “shock to system” in the data.
Oh! It also gives you a button to go to the prize menu.

Oh, sorry. I meant the blue button that pops up with the quest. It says “See Prizes” instead of the goblet icon.
I suffered the elixir glitch. I didn’t get the full.truck load so I contacted EA. The next morning I saw an email from them saying they added 4400 Elixir to my account. Checked my account I saw nothing added, contacted them again. They said that the 4400 had been successfully added and that I used it to upgrade in the game. What I want to know is how could I use something I never received. Extremely disappointed.
I’m going through the same thing right now. I’m hoping that they can fix this issue soon. It’s so frustrating and I keep getting this message that my account is being used on another device. I’m having so many issues within my game and while EA is responding rather quickly they do not seem to be fixing my issue.
The message you keep getting about your account on another device is actually a default message. It means you are jumping out of the game too quick and/or getting kicked out for various reasons and the game does not have a chance to sync up and save. So when you return, it still thinks you are inside of the game playing and never left. So it is telling you that you are already in there. This also happens if you switch back and forth between two devices to play on.
Do not worry about it. Just play on. In the future, try to let the game sync up. Jump to a neighbor town real quick before leaving or back out (if you have the option on your device, like some androids do) and select option to leave the game. This will ensure the game syncs up and has time to complete so next time you come back it won’t think you are still in there.
I get that all the time while traveling through a poor signal or WiFi area and the game just can’t sync.
Same thing happened to me. I chatted live with a rep and he fixed it all up. Even put 4,500 in for the extra inconvenience ☺
Same exact experience with me! Promised 4400 elixir twice by EA, never received.
With this update they have now changed the picture on the prize track to the elixir bottles instead of the truck.
Try to completely log out of your game. Restart your device. Then log back in. Sometimes you need to just make sure your game syncs up with them adding it.
Try logging out and then log back in. If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall. I was reinstalling when they notified me, and when the game finally downloaded all the updates the promised elixir was there!
Interesting The balloon is still available for purchase, in my game but the catapult is gone.
Did you already win both?
I had won the balloon but not the catapult. Maybe now they show up in the purchase menu only after you win the first one? I hope so because I need me some cat slinging catapults!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shield issue is still there. I was getting ready to clear my shields when my device lost connectivity to my wifi. When connectivity was restored my shields were gone.
I noticed that in the buttons on the bottom right, they changed the castle button to the prizes button, so now it’s easier to get to the prize list.

Used to be worth 20/10 for clearing a building in my town and now it’s 10/5… seems they lowered the clearing payout? EA bothered by how many people getting through this too fast?
This has been going on for a bit now. EA is still unsure as to why (at least reps we spoke with) and looking into it. I am checking the info now with the update to see if anything different is there too.
I am still getting 1/2 the payout and some really small 3elixir and 1 coin payouts from nerds visiting random towns. I contacted EA and they apologized, said it was a known problem and gave me some random advice “to make sure you have nerds when you visit”……. Anyhow. I am playing but earning an average of 200 elixir for 60 nerds sent out. I was hoping this update would fix it, but it hasn’t. I may open another ticket with EA.

I wasn’t sure where to post this question. When you purchase items that do a percentage increase (whale, itchy & scratchy sign, etc.) If you purchase mare than one, does it also give you an increase, or is it just for show? Thank you!

I noticed the event icon from the main screen changed from the button that takes you to your castles to the icon that takes you to the Personal Prizes! window.

Clearing a shield is still paying 10/5 instead of the original 20/10.
That is something they are still looking in. I am also checking into it now to see if I notice any explanation with the update.
Walls, gates, and towers. Unlocked for purchase (elixir for barbarian and dough nuts for the others) for me prior to the update. I believe they unlocked after the castle upgrade that gives you the gate.
Basically it is looking like items become available for purchase and stay that way now once you unlock them.
So the cardboard and recycled castle walls cost doughnuts! Does this mean we cannot upgrade and finishthebart and Lisa tasks?
You can still get the free ones as far as I can see. Extras were always going to cost donuts for the kids castles. You just now get them right off instead of waiting for level 20

Ex. send a bunch of nerds to a few neighbors or fewer nerds to a bunch of neighbors.

As it is impossible to tell when the attacked town will defend, it is really hard to make a good strategy. Not unless you know the neighbor. Otherwise, it is all down to luck. I prefer 1 Nerd per building. Attack as many as I can. Payout seems to be decent.
I keep it to 1 nerd per building. I also check for other raiders while i am in a random town. Click on the bldg being raided by others nd see the time elapsed.if its more than 2 hrs i m guessing “hmmm..it could be that this person is at work”…if there r bldgs turned into debris the…”i guess this person is out on vacation etc..better assign 5 nerds to this town”….if no bldg is being raided and u r the only one i dont assign any nerds..i did rather use them in a town whr instincts say i can win…even if i lose the loss payout is the same…another theory is the level of the fellow tapper…the higher the level the more chances he she wl kip visitg so no nerds used unless there is a tower vacant den 1 nerd per tower for betr returns even if i lose. I dont attack any of neighbours due to lesser payouts unless u knw neighbors well.random towns r my primary targets.nd i attack my wifes town as i know when goes off to sleep…☺…i may seem crazy but this has helped me reach 12k gold nd still countg.

I have a ton of shields in my town right now and don’t want to loose them.
I also found out Shields in your town were disappearing even if you visited a friends KrustyLand.
They disappeared in just neighbor visits too. All over the place just gone. I don’t have shields in my towns as I just cleared them, so I cant check. I also didnt really have the issue. My suggestion is to clear them all but one…then test it.
KL bug still there.

I’ll give it a KL a try and see what happens, but I also noticed that the catapult is missing from the Store, and I see others have the same problem, before it was locked till you earn it, then I assumed you could buy more, but now it’s gone!
It’s still on the prize menu though, maybe they decided to make it so you can only get one?
You can still buy it, you just have to unlock it first then it will put them in the menu to buy more for donuts.
Another glitch I think.. I visited your town earlier and attacked your three castles and two houses using enough Nerds that the task was only an hour long, and haven’t played since, but just now several hours later, when I went to play I got no Elixer, I checked your town but your castles are still standing.. Even if you cleared them I should have. Gotten somthing,.. I’m beginning to think I’m not getting all the Elixer I’m suposed to be getting from other towns..
I notice a delay in some of the awards. Sometimes up to 12 hours. Sometimes immediate.
Just went into my town right now, the shields I saw earlier are still there and still show being attacked. So…I say delay. 😉
The funny thing is that your three castles should have been destroyed by now, I visited your town 4 hours ago and used about 12 nerds on each castle, and it said 60 minutes for each castle, but when I checked your town it said over 8 hours each castle I clicked.. that’s why I was asking…
And I did a test,, I’m still getting the KL glitch.
That is really odd due to the fact the lowest time you can go on a castle is 4 hours. Buildings are 1.
I did the max Nerds to attack 12 per building, but then it’s still been more than 4 hours if that’s the minimum. Unless I did it with another town instead of yours (I was out to eat and wanted to use up nerds fast), but either way, I should get a big payout soon or up to in 8 hours from now if there is a 12 hour delay. But if I’m right and it’s your town and even if I accidently used only 1 nerd per building, I should a big payout once you clear your castles, unless i don’t have to wait for that.
If it is my “bunny” one…it is the only one I currently am playing. The new one that had to be rebuilt is still all in storage and I havent had a chance to touch it since I lost it all when it froze.
I will let them get destroyed….just wait for the delay.
I can only get into your bunny town, the only part of your other one that can be entered is the KL, I hope they can get that town working again soon Oh Mighty Collector of 5,0000 Fences and Decorations 😉

Looks like the “shock to the system” quest line has changed to “pointless-yet-compulsive” and has more upgrading tasks than simply getting coins. Part one has level requirements for Lisa and marge.
One thing I noticed with this update was a menu that shows “Personal Prizes!” now. Unfortunately, one of them is a Cheaters 20 pack that I never received. Am I missing something here (other than my 20 cheaters!)?
What do you mean? The personal prize pop up has always been there. If you did not get the Cheaters 5 Pack (20 is just the name of the 20 sided die), then you need to reach out to EA.

It definitely was in the menu, but locked, just like the baloon. That’s gone, too, btw, and I have a second one in my town to prove it was available for purchase after unlocking the first one as a prize.

I remember seeing it as well, but it was still locked since I hadn’t hit the personal prize threshold yet. I also noticed that the army of 20 nerds is locked from purchase if it will go over your Max Nerd limit. Probably the same for the other two nerd purchases as well?
That was going on before when I tested Nerd buying. It locked it up so you don’t waste the donuts.

driver47, I only see it available for purchase in my town where I’ve already won 1–it’s 85 donuts. So it looks like once you get the one you won, you get to buy more.
I am seeing this as well. The catapult was in the purchase menu but locked. I had my eye on it and was wondering how many sprinkles it was going to cost to have multiples after I unlocked it from the prize list, simmiliar to the balloon. Now it is no longer listed feeling bummed. Guess I should have leveled up faster!!!!!!!
