Update: Homer needs to be free. However, some are reporting that if they go to Krustyland it’ll trigger and when they go back to Springfield they can squish to get the shirt. So try that first if Homer’s not free in your town. If you don’t have Krustyland and Homer’s on the Donut Torture Device….store the device. It’ll knock him off of the task, but he’ll be free.

Looks like we got a little THOH Update on our hands…
This is an in-game update…and it’s a Tree House of Horrors Episode Tie-in! Going through it all now…but for now know that it kicks off with some dialogue between Homer and Moe..and the quest to find out why Moe is naked behind the Love Tester…

As mentioned above..the update kicks off with some dialogue between Homer and Moe…
Homer: Moe? That’s weird, he’s always in the bar.
Moe: Psst, Homer…over here.
Homer: What are you doing standing behind the love tester?
Moe: I ain’t got no clothes on.
Homer: Never mind. I don’t want to know what you’re doing back there.
Moe: It ain’t like that. Well actually I don’t know what it’s like. I can’t remember what I did with my clothes. I need you to find them. You do this for me and I’ll give you free booze for one night.
Homer: Oh my God, do you know how much I could drink in a night?
Moe: Yeah, I know. It’s gonna cost me. But at least it’s infinite, I think.
Homer: I am honored by the fait you have shown by choosing me for this quest.
Moe: I actually gave this quest to Barney, but that’s him there, curled up by the wastebasket—using the Welcome mat as a teddy bear. You were just the next person to come in the bar.
Homer: Sorry, wasn’t listening. I was thinking about all the beer I’m going to drink.
Moe: Just go.
So you’re hunting for Moe’s Clothes. Homer will start the next phase of this…and give you some instructions (sorta)

Homer starts
Homer: Wow, I feel so energized and motivated and clear-headed…*shriek* Oh God, I’m sober! I better find those clothes quick!

Homer: Woohoo! I found his shirt!
Lisa: How do you know that’s Moe’s shirt?
Homer: It’s monogrammed. See? M-O and some missing letters and Moe’s name is spelled M-O and some missing letters. Wow, look at all these spaghetti stains. I’ve told him he needs to twirl his noodles tighter to the fork…
Lisa: I don’t think those are spaghetti stains.
So there you have the first little part to Moe’s new outfit…you’ll have to keep logging into TSTO each day to discover a new part to the outfit!
Now if you head on over to the Simpsons House and tap on it you’ll see something different in how it looks…
The Simpsons Attic!
For those that played TSTO last Halloween you’ll remember the Strongman Homer costume last year….this is the SAME thing (basically) only a different outfit.
Each day you’ll collect 1 item and it’ll all end with Trivia tied in with the episode on Sunday!
So that’s it for today….except for those that WANT to see what Moe’s new costume will look like scroll town…for those that don’t want to know skip ahead to the comments and let us know what you think about the idea of collecting items each day to unlock a new costume!

Go to the Simpsons House and tap to see if the option to go to the Attic is still there. If so, tap on it to see if you have all the prizes or still need to answer the question. Once you answer it, you get the skin for Moe

Hey there,
I just got the message saying that I had found all of Moe’s outfit and that I could go and collect it in the Simpson’s attic by answering a single trivia question (no surprise so far). But there was then another message saying that if I could answer this question on my first try I would get 10 extra donuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So my question is simple: does anyone here already have the answer to that trivia. I really could do with an extra 10 donuts…

I would appreciate if someone would post a screen cap or the text of the last in game message dialogs. I had no warning it was going to pop up and I tapped them away without being able to read what they said. I wasn’t even able to see the last costume item but can only assume I got it because the attic now shows a trivia question where the costume once was.

After youve clicked in the attic at Simpsons house, there is a multiple choice question. What is a shmoo? There are x3 answers. The correct one is********. If you click on correct answer first time you win 10 donuts. I hope this helps.
One question….what is a schmoo….I just amswered it correct so dunno what happens if you get it wrong…but given the droog suit and the name of the questlinein reference to “A Clockwork Orange” the answer was fairly obvious…though I just dont want to just out and out say and spoiler it for anyone else…

I have a question however silly it may be but all the treats I have unlocked from the treat bags so far.
Will they stay or delete like the probes.

Help Does anyone else’ game keep crashing when visiting friends towns? It only started happening when the Tie In Episode update came in. It is really annoying trying to get my daily 90 rigellian attacks.
The file might not have installed properly. Try uninstalling and reinstalling TSTO
Are there problems with the translation in other countries too? In Germany the days for collecting items are Wednesday till Saturday and not Thursday till Sunday.
Love Moe’s new outfit, but even though Bart pulled it off, Moe wears it better. Moe needs some Droogs now, like Barney for one….
I finally crafted Hugo but the spooky house didn’t unlock. Do you have any idea what starts the “Good Son” quest?

Once you get to the part in the Hugo quest where it orders you to build the spooky house, keep in mind you will still need the required items to build it:
300 fences + 100 gummy bears + 50 chocolates
Guys, since yesterday, my game is closing whenever i try to visit a specific friend. Are you having the same problem?
Sometimes you’ll have a friend that for whatever reason just likes to crash your game. Could be they have a ton of decorations that your game can’t hold it, or could be another reason. Give it a little time and see if they get it resolved 🙂

Just wondering if the prizes you build will be there for the whole event? Like will Hugo still be available after the change from probes?:)
He should be. The only stuff linked to a timer are the main prizes (probe, ray gun)
Aw so it would actually make more sense to not open the treat bags until the ray guns come out to give an extra boost there if you’ve finished the probe prize list
Since it’s only 2 days away…that could be a good strategy 🙂

This seems like a nice episode tie-in. I missed out on getting all the attic stuff last year b/c I didn’t realize I had to tap the Simpson’s house and it was a busy time for me as Halloween always is. I got the 2nd piece today luckily, was in the middle of dialogue when I lost my signal, but it’s in the attic. Shame they don’t redo the Homer Strongman, although I think Homer has enough outfits. This is a fun event, I just have not had time to play much and 1/3 of my 100 friends haven’t either….ahh well thank you guys for all playing and keeping us updated! 🙂
I noticed tonight that when I squish aliens in friend’s worlds I no longer earn probes. What is up with that??

Did the quest for it pop? If not it might popup for you tomorrow…sometimes it gets stuck for whatever reason. You can also try a hard close and see if that helps..
