Here we are again with the Elf Tunnels aka Santa Daily Tasks.

Now for today’s Santa Daily Task. Just tap on the Elf Tunnel itself to be taken to all available Tasks.
Or tap on the Santa Daily Tasks Shortcut Icon in the top right corner of your Springfield. 
Remember, if you have a task “stuck” or can’t get the next Tunnel to open try to go to Krustyland/Neighbors and back. Or exit out of game then go back in again. (It won’t let you start the new task until the other one is complete, this means to make sure ALL the money and items are collected.)
If you are missing Elves, see post HERE. (Just try to go in n out of Krustyland then ring the Elf Bell first to see if the missing ones appear.)

Again, you have plenty of time for these tasks. The 24 hour timer starts as soon as you being the first task. You can still complete the tasks past the 24 hour time, but you will NOT get the bonus 100 Gifts. So I suggest plan ahead to hit the timer BEFORE 24 hrs if you need those Extra Bonus 100 Gifts Each day.

Is the plow king truck just a decoration? Is there any way to get the plow king skin for homer, or is that not included?
Yes, the truck is just a decoration. Homer is Mr. Plow btw. Barney is the Plow King.
D’oh! I should know that. Bummer that the skin wasnt included but maybe there’ll be a chance to get it before the event is over. One of my favorite episodes (even though I got Barney n homer mixed up).
All day long I’ve been stuck on send 3 Feds task. There is no blue ‘do it’ option. I’ve sent 3 Feds in multiple friends towns but the task won’t complete. Only option is to use donuts. Anyone else have this issue?
Yes, it’s been happening to a few people. Contact EA and let them know what’s going on in your game. They should be able to trigger it for you.
It worked today. I think I tried to do the task after I had completed the maximum number of times I could collect gift boxes. For example It didn’t count when I released Feds and the rewards were $ and XP. Once the new 24hr period started & I could collect gift boxes again the task completed itself

I go to friends town but don’t see option to send feds there… Help please and thank-you
The ability to send feds to neighbors unlocks after Part 9 of the Christmas questline. The game will prompt you to send Feds to a neighbor. The button is in the top right corner of your screen when you visit after that.
I sent feds more than three times. During my visits I was kicked out several times and was told that I hadn’t sent any Feds and the only way I could finish the today’s tasks was by spending six donuts. I really don’t have that many and I don’t think that was fair. 😢
That’s something I would contact EA on. Let them know what happened, maybe they can refund them

So apparently I posted in the forum instead of in the contact us. I never did figure out where the email option was but they have a call me option which I used. They called back so quickly I wasn’t even ready. Haha! Anyway the lady that helped was very nice and refunded the six donuts. If anyone is having this problem just let them know.

Hello fellow addicts just wanted to share a tip for the daily tunnels. Today we had toy party for youngsters, if you tap the do it now button it automatically takes you to lisa/bart/millhouse, who all 3 make presents. If you have other children characters task them so lisa/bart/millhouse can go to work making presents. Same goes for a glutton, brainiac, etc….. Try to task your non-present making Springfieldians that way you can maximize present output and get all the free prizes for part 1 of christmas.
The feds didn’t register as having been sent in my B town, I had to use donuts to finish. Kind of a nuisance…
Another player JUST reported the same thing. Contact EA let them know, hopefully they can refund them. Seems to be a growing trend…

Definitely a glitchy feature. Only 2/3 feds registeres properly for me then the next neighbor’s feds helped getting them completed.
Sorry to ask this question here but I thought I saw an answer for this question somewhere and now I can’t find it. My question is… Do you have a short cut to a topic on how to deal with leveling up when there is no more levels to up? My impression is that 47 is as far as it goes for now and I am only 4000 XP away. I have never been in this position before.
Once you are at the top level, you get the chance for donuts every time you fill the XP bar.

Hi I just did the fee task for tunnel 14 and I sent them but it hasn’t changed to done in my tunnels. Is there like a hidden timer to the Feds that I’m not noticing. Answers plz would be helpful thanks.

I just completed Tunnel 14 by calling up the 3 Feds, but I was not awarded anything, and the task hasn’t come up complete in my game yet. ???

Interesting…I was quite sure that, despite the (correct) order you listed the items in, based on how the event has been going, first-timers like me would be getting the Skinner house lights, so I was quite surprised to find that my prize was the plow!
It was nice to get an object for a change (though I really do wish that one could put vehicles on the ROAD!), but I also hope there will be an opportunity to get the Skinner house lights later, too, so it will fit in with the rest of the houses on the block.
Why does it cost donuts to send feds to friends towns in tunnel 14 to complete the last quest
It doesn’t. Just go to a friends town and send them, like you normally would. The donuts are to skip it.
I’m having the same issue actually. Have sent feds to friends’ town but the quest doesn’t show as complete.

I wish the Clause Co. bldg was revamped for free this year, it was the one thing I missed last year that I really wanted. Seeing all these other prizes in the tunnel that I did win, go figure they want donuts for the one I didn’t…. Oh well, feliz navidad!
I didn’t get the plow last year or skinner lights, I would rather have the lights because all my houses will be lit except skinners….😢… I really hope they give us a chance to buy the lights that we are missing
i just did tunnel 14 but i onley got king plow i did not get 100 presents or extra elf i had 19 elfs before i completed tunnel and now i still have 19 elfs i think its becouse i had to do quest 3 in friend town to send feds but when i came back to my town the quest whas complete but did not get pop up for prices i checked my inventory and onley king plow whas there but no elf or no 100 presents anyone has same problem?
The Elf would have gone to toy shop. Ring the Elf Bell just to make sure it isn’t roaming. Otherwise, follow the tips in this post for the issue.
i checked toy shop and 19/19 elf are working and no elfs roaming around in my town and i did click the elf bell and went to krustyland/friend town and back but still the same on the quest santa’s task it says 14/19 completed so tunnel 14 is complete maybe i had 18 elfs instead of 19 before tunnel whas complete also tomorow i will get 2 elfs one from tunnel and one from daily play so would give me 21 elfs so if i am corect i should not have missed an elf then but i am not sure 😀

I finished tunnel 14 and I didn’t recieve an elf. Why? I have 18 elves and I think that should have 19. Maybe am I wrong??

Good news for me is that on my main I already am working towards the nativity scene, even missing a few elves.
I won Christmas lights for cat lady house and I don’t have it. Is it supposed to give me prizes for items not in my town?

Great prize. Sure beats the bell from a couple days ago. And also it only requires 7 hours rather than a whole day. 14 hour tasks is way too much. Hopefully this leads to Plow King and Mr. Plow.

I hope that, at some point, we Christmas-event noobs will earn something from the tunnels besides house lights (which are nice, don’t get me wrong!) and something we can buy for freemium cash, like the bells…
Yesterday I got neither prize. Already had Skinner lights and don’t have crazy cat house.
Already have all three of today’s prizes. Wonder what I will get???

The Crazy Cat House lights should be sitting in your inventory to be activated once you buy the house.
Yep, I did not see the lights at first as I expected them to be first in my inventory and when I scrolled to the end, they were there.
So with the 3rd task if we need to send 3 Feds to 1 town it has to be a neighbour not your other Springfield. Is that right? I guess if it’s a neighbours town we need everyone to clear their Feds and make sure there are 3 actions available in a neighbours town as soon as the 3rd task becomes available.

Help!!! I bought Santa Homer a couple of days ago 80 donuts. However he’s not going paying out as a premium character
He doesn’t. All I can say is to alert EA. They may already have a patch coming to fix it.

This may sound crazy coming from a first time Christmas tapper, but I really wanted the cider stand! It’s a cute decoration that I’ve waited all year to purchase with not-donuts and now… I’m kinda bummed. Well, on to my actual question, then: Does the Plow King have any extra benefits to the bonus percent on the Conform-O-Meter or is it just a cool-referencing, needless Vanity booster?

Thanks Bunny! ^u^ I’m also kinda curious if the Orange House has decorations coming up in the Elf Tunnels… that’s the last generic house and it’s kinda throwing things off for my other decorated houses now. XD That and Krabappel Apartments are the last two house “skins” (for lack of the fancy c on my keyboard) that I want, and that premium one is more in honor of her voice actor than making my Springfield festive.
I wanted the cider stand as well, though the Plow King Plow is also great. Will be interesting to see if they give us an option to get some of the alternate prizes later in the event.
