Valentine’s Day Has Arrived in Springfield! (Updated and Complete)

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

We’ve got ourselves a little Valentine’s Day Update in our games!  (finally)  Looks like love is going to hit our tapping devices after all…

2015-02-12 17.54.47

This is an in-game update…so nothing to see in the App Store.  Just start up your Springfield and the update should download for you (if it doesn’t, try hard closing TSTO & restarting it.  If that still doesn’t work try restarting your device)

As always more details as we go through them..but for now know that Lisa and Marge kick things off with some Auto-start dialogue..and then you’ll be prompted to send Lisa on an 8hr task.  So make sure she’s free.

Back with more in a bit…

Oh and just a heads up….one of the Addict’s most requested items is in this Event…click more to find out who/what it is!  Continue reading

Tapped Out Level Walkthroughs: Level 47, Freddy’s Cost of Living

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Level 47 hit our Tapping Devices way back to the Halloween Event & with it Freddy Quimby arrived in town, to show us all that he “did not inhale, have relations with that woman, or falsify reports regarding WMDs”.

While we’ve had the Turbo Tappin’ walkthrough up since the update first hit (you can view it here) I know many of you still love going back and reading old walkthroughs (especially when we’re in a bit of a TSTO update holding pattern).  They’re great if you missed any of the dialogue while playing the level  (especially since this one was released a few months ago), or if you just want to know what to expect when you reach Level 47.  So for those that may have missed it (or for those of you that want to live it again)…I bring you the man, the myth, the legend Freddy Quimby…

WABAC Where Did THAT Come From – King Snorky

Well hello there fellow Addicts… how’s life?

In the steady grind of tapping in the free world, we sometimes see decorations and buildings and take them for granted.  While this is understandable, we may not realize that a great majority of items in TSTO actually come from the amazing show the game is based on.  With that in mind, Bunny and I aim to periodically provide you the origin info for decorations and buildings we missed, ignored or haven’t covered yet.  Time is a fickle thing (timey wimey even) and as Einstein said, “The only reason for time is so that everything doesn’t happen at once.”  There’s often not enough time in the TSTO continuum to do origins for everything, but while we have some, we’ve called on Mr. Peabody to help us along.  We’re using his WABAC (pronounced way back) Machine to go back in TSTO time.  With that premise, we bring you WABAC Where Did THAT Come From.  This particular journey is for King Snorky.
