Hey there Hoppereenos!
I just wanted to offer up an updated version of the Calendar for the Superheroes Event. This should help you stay on track to get ALL 3 Issues of prizes before the end time on the 24th
As per usual, I will be starting the Calendar one day AFTER Issue 1 release so you can factor in time to get to the complete unlock of the Event. And will close it out one day BEFORE the current set end date of March 24th to ensure you have a “safety net” of acquiring the items. If you look, you will see the start of each NEW Issue along the way.
Here we go…
The 3 Issues are going to overlap one another depending on where YOU are in the game.
Now for some insight. This was created looking at the way it seems to be set to play out. You MUST finish Issue 1 in order to launch Issue 2 Prizes, then Issue 2 to launch Issue 3 prizes.
We are going outside of what we normally do to bring you this information, but it is only doing so to help you get a better understanding of what you are in for. Now as long as EA does not make any further changes, this information is accurate to TODAY. We will make any needed changes if they do.
BREAKDOWN OF ISSUE PRIZES
Issue 1 Prizes Requiring Carbon Rods ![]()
400 Carbon Rods – Arbitrarium
7000 Carbon Rods- Mr. Burns State Prison
18,500 Carbon Rods- Clown Face Outfit
Issue 2 Prizes Requiring Pie Bombs![]()
12000 Pie Bombs- National Bank of Springfield
29000 Pie Bombs- The Collector
55000 Pie Bombs- Dr Colossus
Issue 3 Prizes Requiring Freeze Ray Guns
14000 Freeze Rays- Super Jeb
37000 Freeze Rays- Death Mountain
61500 Freeze Rays- The Collider
There you have it. A complete Calendar taking you to the 24th of March and just before the Mystery Prizes in Issue 4 will be released.
What do you think of the Event so far? How fast is your Collection of items going? How many do you have? Looking forward to a specific prize? Let us know.
~Bunny

Yeah I’m bout to get dr. Colossus in like 4-8 hrs.
Curious though if you buy bartmans costume do you get the bartcave later on???
I’d think so as one of the tasks says something bout go to or go and hang out in the bart cave.
It’s weird I don’t have it yet but the task is unlocked. ?? Curious if all know what’s up..
L8ter and happy tapping.
Bart cave is his tree house. Lol
U have to buy it later
I am WAY behind. 🙁 Just got Clownface yesterday, guess I’ll have to never sleep again to get caught up! lol I think my android phone was late to the party when this event hit…and I really should have checked the TSTO blog to see what to expect, that would have made me more likely to stay on top of my playing! =)
The Math post should help you too.

Thanks Bun Bun, I played a lot more yesterday and this morning. Got the bank this morning and I’m up to 15455 right now. I’ll never give up! lol
I am loving this event! I just got Dr. Colossus, way ahead of schedule! I’m finding this event much easier than some past ones, but still so much fun! I love that EA incorporated so many elements in it (such as crafting items). It’s also great that you can collect from friends even if they didn’t clear their buildings (by capturing criminals) and still collect from buildings after you maxed out on the daily criminal count. I think that’s really helping people with usernames later in the alphabet still get visitors (like me, starting with an R)!
Oh boy, I’m surprised to find myself way ahead of the calendar. Currently at 49xxx pies with over a week to go for Issue 2. No premium item except Plopper so far. Playing many times per day, though. Clearing most available Clowns seems to be the key to getting the job done. My B Game is only being played in the evening and I just got the bank in there, so I’m quite behind. Also, felons are accumulating faster than I can defeat them this way.
im a whole week behind ;(
Don’t stress it. Play at your own pace. Use the Maths posts to help guide you. 😉
I was a week behind at first, too, but now I’ve caught up. It’s easier to do than with some earlier events.
I’m sooooo behind 🙁 I should have 23k pies, but I onl have 2k 🙁 but now I’m doing wathever I can’t to get back on track and get as many rewards as I can! But I have a question… The 4th issue will be available only for those who catch all the prizes? (sorry the possible bad english)
We are not sure on what will happen with the 4th Issue as it is outside the rest of them. The 3 end on the 24th and the 4th Issue picks up. So… we really won’t know til then as all that info is being kept a secret.
Oh, thanks! 🙂
I think radio active man is coming
I’ve seen him flying in one of my friends Springfield. I suspect him from hacking the game, since he has twice the number is boardwalk tiles at Squidport, to mention one of the odd things he has.
Spoiler question. Is there a page to find out about crafting items for super hero update?
Like this?

Thanks a bunch Bunny. You rock!
Finally, being unemployed is paying off lol. I’m already at 35,000 + pies 🙂
According your calender it is March 8th at my place 🙂
Lol. Ahead is ALWAYS a good thing. 😉
Now it is march 10th. Ik got Dr. Colossus 😀
Eeeeeek. Left kindle at work over weekend and now furiously tapping to get back on track. Looking at calendar I am about 3000 behind and hoping I won’t miss out. Are there any tips to catch up? Thanks for all excellent guidance from your site!
Lots of hints on the Math Post.

It would be nice if we could get a football stadium. New items for Krustyland.
We already have the Duff Stadium, home of the Springfield Isotopes.
I kno dat. Im talking about a real outdoor football stadium
What do u think they will give us for issue 4
I don’t think I will be able to catch up. I am 3 days behind on the event. 🙁
Don’t worry. Just use the Math Post to help you make the most of your time and you should be able to start catching up. 😉
MAX out your Neighbors so they get you more earning potential. Go into your town a lil more often if possible. More than anything… just have fun. 😉

I also started late but i bought spider pig and the card that doubles criminal capture reward in friends towns (first premium purchase in a year of playing). I am now fully on track and ahead of the calendar. I also added like 50 new friends for this event so you may want to head over here http://tstoaddicts.com/2015/02/18/add-in-friends-for-a-super-event/ and do that, 🙂 good luck
and also here as the other post was getting full http://tstoaddicts.com/2015/02/24/add-friends-for-issue-2-of-a-super-event/
First one is full… here is the newer one. 😉

Yes you can! I was 4 days behind and by following the tips, checking in often and adding more friends I’m a day ahead now. Plus I don’t even have the 100 friends to max out! Don’t give up hope. If you need another friend *****
The one thing that really annoys me about this event is the superior squad hq, if my friends report a crime there I only get one mesely pie bomb rather than the 135 I’m suppose to be able to collect.
It’s the same with all the buildings… You get somewhere between 1 and 4 pies (depending on how quickly you collect them) for tapping the signals, not that building’s usual payout of money (or, in the case of the HQ, the number of pies your entitled to from the level you’re at). To get the usual payout, you have to wait until that building “matures.”
I’ve been playing this game for four years + why am I having so much trouble figuring out how to collect for the Collector? Level 49 hourly player, what did I miss?
This post has all the details…

Hey there. We like to keep all friend requests in one nice and tidy location so they do not flood all the other posts full of detailed info, like this one, and take away from questions and comments pertaining to that post.
If you need more friends, hundreds can be found here…

Have you considered this, for your calendar? You calender covers all the necessary items needed to be collected to have all the known prizes (through Issue 3) by March 24. The game states the entire event is over March 24. I would imagine that issue 4 will begin once issue 3 is completed. If your calender has the final item of issue 3 collected on March 23, that leaves 1 day for Issue 4 to be completed, whatever that may be. Unless you believe EA will extend the game beyond March 24?
Incorrect. All 3 issues run til the 24th…but it ends early in the day. So to be safe…I end on the 23rd for numbers. Starting the 24th issue 4 will run OUT SIDE the event for a week (Unless EA changes that end time)
Yes, you are correct, I didn’t catch the subtly that Issue 4 prizes will unlock on the March 24th. Thanks the for clarification.
I know these calendars are speculative, but can anyone clarify whether the numbers are where you should start or end the day? Tomorrow is February 27th: to be on schedule should I have 11787 at the start or end of the day?
Thanks in advance!
End of each day going off EST
I don’t know if anyone tells you this, Bunny, but thank you so much for all the effort you put into the calendars for every event. They are so helpful.
You’re welcome n thank you 😉
I assume some hero’s skins will show up to defeat all these villians we are getting ?????
what happens if we don’t have the Krusty skin when Issue 2 starts? do we just keep earning rods until we have him?
Exactly… he’s required for the Issue 2 stuff anyways. Once you get him, you’ll roll right into the second Issue.
It would be cool (and rather appropriate) for TSTO to give players something on Saturday, March 14th, 2015.
we all get a pie (in the face) 😃
How many pie bombs do you get per villain?
Wait and see what happens tomorrow…..
Ugh I’m so worried that I won’t be able to get the collider I checked the math and I am able to get it but in afraid that in going to screw up and not get him….
He’s not even out yet. Pace yourself and relax…
Thanks so much for all the great tips. I have collected 4 bonuses for 10 of the pink sprinklies ! One of the best things for me, though, is that I have been able to catch up on some of the other main quests. BC we don’t need to keep things uncollected so neighbors can tap us, I have been able to collect a ton of cash and finally have enough to expand and buy the required buildings like the bachelor arms. Do you know what time issue 2 will hit ( am/pm)?
0800 GMT, 3am EST
Any news on if Bartman is going to be available?

Sorry, I missed that one. Thanks!
No worries…just explained better there than I could put in the comment 🙂
Thanks for the updated calendar. I am tempted to leave my little robbers until the next stage opens since I have completed Part 1. Will they continue to leave rods or do they switch to pie bombs? Strategic planning 🙂 thanks
Should switch to pie bombs, but we won’t know for sure until it happens
A quick word for the Freemium players.
This event looks like it could pay out BIG in free donuts if you invest the time.
I’ve already been able to collect 4 payouts of donuts (10 in total) and expect to get another 2 or 3 (maybe another 9) before the end of phase I. If phases II and III are similar it could be a bumper payday.
Four main tips.
1. Fill up with 100 neighbours who visit you almost every day. Clear their atomic symbols regularly and visit them every day.
2. Log in at least every 2.5 hours when you’re not sleeping to clear your criminals
3. Upgrade your HQ and cash in on your HQ payouts as soon as you can
4. Catch as many felons as you can, release them even if you’re not ready to start catching them – you will catch up. If you have Plopper use him and Homer so Fallout Boy can collect rods from his HQ task if he isn’t needed for catching felons.
I’m pretty addicted and am in the game almost constantly, but even if you can’t do that I think there are still opportunities to win big.
Oh, one last thing. Try to make sure you have 300k in savings before you reach the 3000 bonus rods, just in case you need to pay to get another go or 2 at the 3 donut payout.
Okay, I don’t get it…. I’ve been doing pretty much everything you’ve said (except, perhaps, having Fallout Boy chasing felons when I should have had him doing the H.Q. task), and I’m just nearing my second bonus donut round… Should get it sometime today, but I don’t think there’s much hope of hitting a third round before the event switches over tomorrow. The only other thing I can think of that I not doing is that I don’t get up during the night to tap…I put the game away around 10:45pm and don’t get back on until around 9:00am.
Same here. I’m almost up to my first bonus donuts. No chance I’m getting a second round. I tap faithfully during the day, but don’t wake at night to tap. Sleep is too precious.
I’m new here but a long time reader and a addict of the TSTO.
Maybe a dumb question but is it possible to play all the events out without friends and no use of donuts?
It’s definitely possible to play with out Donuts. As far as friends…it’s possible but a lot harder. Your best bet is to have at least 30 friends so that you can earn more currency to unlock prizes faster. It’s completely safe, as they will not have access to your email or personal information. All you need to do is give them your Origin ID and someone can add you.

Thank you for this, it’s a great help – as always.
I’m way ahead in phase I but I won’t have quite as much time over the next 3 or 4 weeks so this calendar will be invaluable.
