As many of you have been commenting in the last 2 hours or so, you’re locked out of TSTO. You may be seeing this message (thanks Ernesto for sending this in):
It appears that a certain section (or several certain sections) of EA’s servers are currently down.
This is not impacting everyone, I’m still able to get in and many of you have reported the same. Which is why I think it’s just certain areas of the server.
My best advice is flood EA with calls, emails, chats etc if you’re locked out (try via EA’s website if it doesn’t work in game). The more people that complain 1) the more likely it is to get fixed quicker and 2) the more likely EA will extend Act 2, if only by a day.
Fingers crossed it comes up soon for everyone!
I’ll keep this short and simple. I’ve been in the shadows reading everything and reading through the comments, but I guess it was time to come out. I want to say Thank You to all you peeps, Alissa, Bunny, Wookie and Pat for taking time off your busy days to provide us with information of the game we all love.

Everything is working fine now.. but since it came back up.. the simpsons on my samsung s7 seems to be zoomed out. Like its on a higher resolution. Its nice to see so much of my town in one screen but the dialogue and icon buttons are really small now. Anyone else having this problem or know how to change it back to normal?
Finally able to get into my A game! Plus I got an unexpected surprise, my game is running faster and smoother than it ever has, got to visit some neighbors without crashing, boy I hope this little perk stays😂

Well EA has been EXTREMELY UNSTABLE on the IOS platform since the las (nearly mandatory, harassment induced) from .2 , so 3,4,5 are no improvement. So much for the Grand Upgrade of August! Ditto the frequently weak Questors. ADDICTED BUT UNHAPPY.COM

Now if they would fix the building fades , so that they would stay at one setting and quit switching back and forth.

I was able to get in my game last night around 10pm as well. Ugh as of this morning I’m at 3700 ish Chronons. I would’ve been over 4000 yesterday if I wasn’t locked out. Oh well, I hope I can catch up.
Another EA disaster. This is why I won’t spend real world $ for donuts. How about less ambitious and less frequent events (money grabs) that are actually functional?
They need to fix this game. So many issues with duff gardens and now rockstar Maggie has gone days earlier then it said it would.
This didn’t have anything to do with the event. The servers were attacked with a concentrated effort so they would crash. Other games and platforms were affected as well.

I thought it was just me! Sent in an email as I have people over and didn’t want the phone call. Can’t get in on my tablet (even checked the android version) but I can on my phone. Frustrating. At least I will have a newly installed game to work from if/when the server is fixed.
For what it’s worth FIFA Mobile (another EA game) was down from late last night to this afternoon. A DDoS attack has been suspected

No problem. Love your site!! This is my go to TSTO website. I didn’t know if it was just my phone. But I’ll be flooding EA with calls tonight. I’ve spent over $2000 and I will have everything in this event lol.
It looks like the EA contact page for Tapped Out has a message saying something along the lines of, “we are aware that there are connectivity issues, thank you for your support.” Hope this is fixed soon!

Unable to log in for the past 6 hours and a phone call to EA resulted in them saying ‘yep, we’re aware of the issue, thanks for calling.’ (sigh) This game is wearing on me. :'(
I have two towns that I’m playing and yesterday I started having trouble logging in and out between the two.
Now I can’t log out of one to go to the other. 9:00 pm
At least I’m not the only one.

I had to reset my password. This happened yesterday. Everything is working fine now.
Exactly the same with me. Still a little buggy, but working for the most part today.
Here’s the strange thing. It’s down on my iPhone but not my iPad!
I suppose they each are on a different EA server.

I got knocked out of the game multiple times but was able to log back on. Afterwards, I looked up EA on canadianoutages.com, a website that tracks downed sites, and the live outage map for EA is most heavily affected in eastern US as well as some parts of Canada and Europe.
iPhone works, iPad does not 6pm PDT
Mine is down on my LG phone with this message but works on my IPad though. Weird.
I assume this is because of the server problems but I’m able to access my game and neighbours but it will not let me add or delete neighbours lol
I can get in on my iPhone but not my Android tablet. My boss can get to theirs on their Kindles. Weird

Don’t know if it’s related but I noticed yesterday that EA kept asking me to login again on my iPad. Again no issues with my android phone. Just glad I’m not falling behind 😀
Glad to know that I’m not the only one having issues. Started logging me out of my account around midnight. And has been booting me out of the game off and on all day on both my phone and tablet. Thankfully I can still get in the game so far though. Hope they fix this soon, especially for those who can’t get into there game at all.
I can play my B game but can’t log out to log into my A game. I thought there was a place where you could contact EA from your game, if so it isn’t there anymore.
I bet it is because some Big Bens are working overtime 😉
