This event is designed to follow a series of tasks via the questline to unlock prizes. For each of the parts of the Homer the Heretic questline you’ll have to earn 
via various character tasks in order to unlock the prize for that part.

What Is It?: It’s Sunday Morning Homer’s 12hr visual task (earns $420, 100xp). The task is now unlocked for you to complete. This isn’t anything tangible for your Springfield, it’s just unlocking a task in Sunday Morning Homer’s task list.

Hello. I wanted to share the glitch I am experiencing regarding the penny fountain. Yesterday I finished all te quests for Homer the Heretic playing on my iPad, was granted the Cut-Glass Cathedral and the penny fountain started giving cash instead of karma. But this morning when I log into the game using my iPhone I saw that the penny fountain is still giving karma, but in my ipad it gives cash. I just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing the same ting and if you were able to solve it,

If I recall correctly, after I finished the quest line, it still gave me pennies for about a day.

I finished today, haven’t done any of homers new tasks yet. I absolutely love this game, have played it daily for I don’t know how long now. I can say I’m happy to have a break! Seems like we’ve been slammed with events! Don’t get me wrong, keeps the game exciting. Just happy to give my thing finger a break, and maybe organize all these random buildings and decorations.
I love that you guys are including gifs of the character animations now!
I’m confused on Paris Texan. I’m assuming she’s a premium character but in my lost it gives me the option to “Get Now” in green like it would for something I can buy with cash. What am I missing?
She is earned by capping out in Springfield Heights.
Say, I was trying to quickly get back to the original questline post to see if I’m really going to be finished in four hours (just earned Hamburger Heaven), and the link in this post and other past posts goes to the Thanksgiving questline post instead. Now back to Brother Faith’s questline, since I don’t need him earning karma now …

I love this animation!! On another note, I keep wanting to push the confirm button on Rabbi K, but the expense and limited amount of donuts I have is a pure con. I might wait until morning and review the should I buy on him first. 🙂 Does anyone know if he has any great animations?
