Is there a need for a third term to describe players? Currently there’s Freemium and Premium. It might muddy the waters but there’s definitely a middle ground and lots of us… “Medium” players for lack of a better term. Players who hoard free dounts but also splurge during event’s and top up with paid Donuts.
I guess what what I’m really asking are there completely Freemium players out there?
Medium is good, but I prefer the Harry Potter term half-blood.
As for your question, yes there are definitely muggles, I mean pure freemium players out there. I was a pure freemium player for the longest time. My sister is still a pure freemium player. I personally know a few other pure freemium players.
I am pure Freemium player turned Farmium. I don’t pay cash for donuts, but am able to buy most everything because I farm KEM for donuts.

Agreed & does it really matter what people are ? There must be a few out there who are now Fremium but at one time were premium & built up their percentage to make farming profitable.
That is a nice position to be in but it takes time to get there.

Some would say what you’re describing is still considered by some to be a premium player. However, back in the day when I was the kind of player I think you’re describing, I referred to myself as a “mostly freemium” or “primarily freemium” player. I earned the majority of my donuts and only bought a moderate number of donuts a couple of times (plus a Scratch-R here and there).
There is a third term in use now, though — “farmium.” That’s what I am now. 🙂

He’s easy to get but it’s random. Basically you catch him in a neighbor’s town/your town so many times and a quest dialogue will pop up, with Wiggum and one of the simpsons talking about how bob is loose again. I’ve been playing since April and just got him a week ago.

You need to finish Flaw-and-Order part 3. The problem is, it appears that it triggers completely randomly. Some reach level 300 and higher before the last quest triggers for no apparent reason. My fiance had him by level 80 already while I’m at 180 and still no banana.
I’m level 132 with only the Redwood and Money Mountain quests left to complete in my sidebar thing and still waiting… I tap him in my Other Springfield, but it only gives me a bit of cash so far
I want to share that I reached my first 10 millions dollars. This means a lot because I’ve been playing for a year and a half and been KEM farming for nearly 7 months and this is the first time I didn’t go below 10M after buying KEMs. 😁😁😁
Congrats! That is a huge accomplishment… now your next assignment (should you choose to accept it)…reach 500% XP bonus. Buy those Mystery Boxes 📦 ! (Should any of your XP Bonus team be caught or killed, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your existence…Good Luck).
Right now I’m at 221.6% and proudly accept the mission (already have thought about it though 😋) and I’ll report as I accomplish it sir! 😀
SPOOKY CABIN can be purchased for 20 donuts and a 0.5% bonus. Previously craft able.
Maybe I should store those which I have, pull them out and see if I receive a bonus?

The craftable spooky cabins do NOT earn a bonus. I have dozens of them as a cash-farm and if they had earned bonus.. it’d be noticeable. Stored one and pulled it out to check – no bonus.
Other things activated today – Scout Master (100 donuts, 20 rebate) is okay but there is also an offer for the Snake Log which came with a whopping 80% rebate!!!!
60 donuts with 50 rebate – net cost of only 10 donuts!!!
Too bad it’s an unique item….

Just saw the Scoutmaster, got it, completed that set of characters and not to overvalued for a single character at 80 donuts.
IMMEDIATELY got the stump – 2.5% bonus for only 10 donuts. As you said, too bad it is unique, and sooooo doggone teeny tiny small.
Got to return to grinding out my donuts – dropped below my desired minimum. Gots to have something in reserve for when the really, really good stuff arrives. 😎
Saw your mention of the snake log and went off to add it to my town. Found I could get a free spooky campfire at the same time! Hurrah!
Just noticed EA took away Dr. Collossus’s 60 minute task. What the heck? All characters should have a basic 60m, 4h, 8h, 12h, 24h task that they can do by themselves. Sometimes it’s hard trying to time out tasks when some of them don’t have a specific time limit like almost all the others. If I want to sent ALL characters on a 60m task, I should be able to sent ALL characters on a 60m task.
I agree with you. all the characters should have the same time frames for all their tasks.
I hate it when a task only needs 5 characters and you’re stuck manually sending the other 150 characters on other tasks because the employment office won’t send them, even if you have already assigned 5 to the particular task. Either make the employment office send every available character to do a task, or have the office recognise you’ve already sent the minimum characters needed to clear the task.
Yep, I’d rate this request higher than an overhaul of the inventory system. At least it’s easy to send like “all Springfielders” on the same job. And it’s oddly satisfying clearing 200 characters from the same location. Haha
In those cases I send all of them to that one task. It’s strangely satisfying to click on that huge stack of thumbs-up’s and see the money and xp symbols fly in for a minute flat 😀
Maybe you know this already, but for the send all Springfielders tasks you can easily send them on the task by going to the task bar or daily challenge screen, hitting the blue Do It button and a screen with all possible characters that can do that job pops up and you can quickly hit send for each character. It takes like 10 seconds
But, yeah, super annoyed by the 1 hr. task being taken away.
Yeah I do that, but it’s still pointless to send 150 to do something that only needs 5.
Same here, I mostly send characters on 4-hour tasks except when calling it a night, but I’d often be slightly late or early, and that’s when 1-hour tasks are useful. Goodness knows why it was even removed to begin with. And it didn’t feel like an accidental, because the game got a couple of updates since, but Doc Colossus’ 1-hour task wasn’t restored.
I thought we might see some mini-quest pop up for him this week, like it did for Fallout Boy last week…guess I was wrong…oh well…
I agree. Uter does not have a 4hr task only 2 & 6hr. Kinda annoys me. However i do send Wiggum, Lunchlady Dora & Cletus on 2hr task at Vesius Pizza cause its the same pay rate $175. Also send comic book guy & willie cause it pays $350. So do it twice a day. Then send them plus skinner to up & buffet for bedtime. Yes it annoys me too if u have task for 5 characters and all included. I can nearly take 20mins to send all characters on jobs.
Also does it annoy anyone that u can’t zoom out. My springfield is so large i want to see my springfield from a far to see what design works and doesn’t.
Actually, Uter has a 4 hour task – SIT ALONE ON THE BUS.
At least mine does.
But it requires that you have Otto and the School Bus.
If you buy Otto, Uter will have a 4-hour task to sit alone on the bus.
I don’t like that task ….. it’s like tease the ducks and bully related tasks….

I have been trying to get so many Donuts recently with this Mini-Event but its so hard I am up to 73 and I will get another 6 tomorrow for completing a Daily Task. I have been saving money too but its a struggle. I was stupid and used the XP Collider To go from level 40 to 55 so I am currently level 59 working on level 39 Quests which is funny, I have around $1.3 Million and just saving as the days go on.
That’s really not too wierd…when I did Money Mountain, I think I jumped around 20 levels in a couple days. When you start getting a higher XP%, you advance levels pretty quickly and can get pretty far ahead of the quests. Using the collider to advance levels isn’t stupid, it’s just part of the game. If you have over a million in cash, you’re doing better than I was at that level…are you using some of it to KEM farm? Mo farming, Mo donuts 😄
With the Collider on you should easily do 12-15 KEMs per period. Then buy Mystery boxes to up your %.
At that level I would doubt if the guys percentage is high enough to make KEM farming worthwhile.
KEM farming becomes viable at around level 25. For 15.000 bucks you get around 16 to 18 KEM’s and you’ll speed up the advancement a lot. In my freemium B-game I went from 25 to level 58 within 2 days and collected over nearly 60 donuts in the process (leveling+daily tasks).
Between 55 and 60 it doesn’t work so well as XP requirements go far north of 100k per level, but once you’re at 61 with only 40k per level, you can easily make it to 100 within a day or two for another 40 donuts.
I have been doing a new game to examine the question. I believe you can benefit by KEM farming almost anytime. In the early part of the game it allows you advance levels quickly, thus earning many donuts per day.
But how do you get the spare cash? I remember that, when I first started playing, it was really hard just to get enough cash to buy the buildings, etc., that I needed for the level I was on. (Keep in mind that game level and XP level aren’t the same thing and that new players need to compete game levels to get the basic characters and such.)
How to get the cash? Depends on how often you plan to visit. You could visit every hour and tap on the ones the refresh under one hour and sending out characters for one hour. Or you could visit for an hour, sending your characters on 45 sec tasks, etc. Building brown houses. If you prefer to visit for 5 minutes or so every 4 hours, build houses that generate rent every 3 hours. Because the price now goes up, you could buy the houses with the best price per hourly return. I started my test game with a lot of pink and blue houses. May sure you farm, do the TV station tasks, and scratch-off tickets. Do the Springfield Heights to expand land “quickly” and save on using your cash for buying land in the main town. Keep everything tight so you don’t have to buy land to place you new buildings. If you have a mini-game that generates cash or items, that will help you up your conformity. Don’t pay $150,000 to get extra donuts with Maggie. Do the monorail, tracks help with conformity. Use your donuts to buy mystery boxes, to increase %, conformity, and get Lard Lads as quick as possible.
I have around 30.25% Bonus on Cash + XP, I used KEM Farming to get to so high levels then just sold them. Currently on 81 Donuts as I reached level 60 today.
That’s pretty good, for so early in the game…give yourself a donut!🍩😁
Hola Addicts! Not a ton happening in the game if you’re a long time player. Super heroes 3 (sort of) is a bit “meh”, but I’m enjoying a bit of downtime, and hello Senor Ding Dong! I’ve been super busy at work and my tapping has suffered, but now I’m on vacation for a week. Went out to breakfast, hit the gym for my favourite BodyPump class (after a 2 month forced break for injury recovery), took a beautiful walk in the sunshine, and got a pedicure in a salon that has those massage chairs, while I started a new book. I’ve got a roast in the oven for dinner, and I’d say vacation’s off to a good start. Hope everyone has a fabulous week!!

I’m sure this has been covered before, but why has EA *completely* abandoned KrustyTown? I mean, they haven’t even tried to re-sell buildings/rides that are no longer up for purchase. There are huge tracts of land sitting empty because the offerings are so slim. What gives???
I know, I find myself forgetting about Krustyland until my daily task is to collect Krustyland tickets or play Sideshow You. Mine today was to collect tickets, and in return, I got a donut. Woo-hoo!
I usually visit twice a day just to collect tickets so i can trade them for. Also the balloon pop usually pays out 5 donuts about every 2 months. Otherwise meh no pride in Krustyland.
I’ve been playing the balloon pop ever since it was available, and have never won a single donut!
Wow, that’s tough luck. I’ve won at least 6 times, for at least 30 donuts(, if not more).
You possibly just didn’t notice. I play twice a day and get 5 donuts every 6-8 weeks (you have to play about 100 times to win). There is no pop-up telling you you’ve won, it just appears under the popped balloon. Easy to miss.
I went a longgggggg time before I ever got my first donut from the balloon game…finally snagged one 🎈, and now they are on a regular schedule. Don’t know what finally triggered the first one, tho…🤷♀️
That’s odd….you’re supposed to be guaranteed to get the 5-donut “ticket” in the 300th balloon popped, and I’ve gotten mine like clockwork every 300 balloons. Are you sure you just didn’t notice it or something? If you usually play twice a day, you should get it every 7 weeks or so. I’ve been tracking it (jotting down the dates when I get it), and it’s been every 7-8 weeks for me (since I occasionally miss one of my usually two daily visits).
However, I’ve seen other people post the same comment you did…not sure why it would be “broken” for some folks, but not others….weird!
Complaints, complaints, and more complaints rolled in about Krustyland. Many players have abandoned it, and ea followed suite.
I still pop in to play the balloons because sometimes I get donuts there, but there are better ways to get donuts so I often don’t bother.
Because it was a horrible idea. They recognized their mistake and let it go. I wish I could put the items in my regular town now that so much land is available. I refuse to go there even if my daily prize is 6 doughnuts for a visit. If I wanted a separate area I’d play Sim or Family Guy or Futureama.
I just wish we could cross-over the inventories…lots of stuff in storage that doesn’t fit my town, but would be fun in Krustyland. 🤡

Just a heads up to those on my friends list. If I don’t visit for a few days or so (benderloo) it’s because i’m in and out of the hospital dealing with scans and things to get ready for some treatments. The Simpsons is at least keeping my mind busy! I even downloaded Futurama recently. I am liking the space missions the most. I like the cute little retro arcade fights and dialogs.

Did some shows this weekend at Comic-Con with a friend who played The Hoarder on Conan O’Brien when he moved to TBS. Unfortunately it was not well attended, oh well it was fun just the same.

On the Excavation Site, I’ve won at least two Homer Barbarain statues and placed them immediately into inventory, however they don’t seem to show in inventory after saving them there. Has anyone had a similar problem?
It is possible to be awarded the Homer Barbarian Statue via the excavation site. However, there is currently a glitch that the excavation site shows it’s awarding a second Homer Barbarian Statue, even though it’s a unique item.
My guess, you were awarded the Homer Barbarian Statue but already have one. If you have it, you fell prey to the glitch and won’t find it in your inventory. However, if you don’t have it, check your inventory for decorations.
Finally joined the ACC AKA The Area Code Club AKA hit level 939 yesterday.
My question is should I just keep KEM farming as per usual or is there now a better way to acquire those sweet, sweet donuts?

I know that yourself and the other members of the team have explained K.E.M farming to nauseated extent, as I’ve read through the different posts I’ve always wondered is that what you recommend for levels 100 – 939? Cause you only get one doughnut for leveling up, right? Sorry if this is a redundant question. Thx.
No problem. You can KEM farm at anytime. But to really get the most out of it, you want to run your XP collider, to get the 5X XP bonus. If you’re a dedicated player/regular tapper, even at those levels, you should be able to KEM farm and make more donuts then you spend on the XP collider. At 25 donuts for a 10 day activation, you’dneed to make at least 3 donuts a day to make it worth the donuts. Otherwise, even if you do it without the XP collider, you’ll still see benefit, though 5x less and will take 5x as long to level up.

Depends how much cash is coming in…if you have over a hundred million in cash, and you bring in more than 3 million a day, you could probably switch to farming Rat Trap Trucks, just when you need more donuts. They are faster and easier, but you don’t get the same bang for your buck as KEMs. Try it…if your cash starts dissipating, you can always switch back.
Hey Ebron! Your neighbor needs some advice. I’ve been tapping from nearly the beginning, but I’m obviously doing something wrong.
My multiplyer is only around 175 percent, and I run out of cash daily due to KEM farming. (I only started farming a month or so ago.) I farm about 30 KEMs several times a day. What am I doing wrong? Should I spend what little donuts I have in mystery boxes to build up my multiplyer? Or is there a better way?
I’m conflicted too because I need to buy more land. As I’m sure you’ve seen in my game, I have a blue house farm and lots of buildings all randomly smushed at the bottom of my town because I don’t have room to place them all.
( waving my sign, ” Will work for in-game cash and donuts!”). 🙂
If you really want to advance quickly, all your resources for now need to go into 1)running the XP collider 24/7 and 2) buying mystery boxes with any donuts left. Running the XP collider will help you levelup more often every day (more donuts). You will make at least 25 more donuts per week with it on, so it will pay for itself, while the jump in XP will increase the number of levels you go up everyday.
You also need to increase your XP bonus %…that will automatically increase your cash coming in from your current properties, which will mean you can buy more KEMs each time …and more tries for donuts with those KEMs…again…more donuts.
Level up, level up, level up….you want to get to level 939 where you can go for 3 donuts per 1,000,000 XP instead of 1 for 500,00 XP (you are at level 630+…right?)
Don’t worry about buying more property or more buildings (for now)….focus on mystery boxes and characters. Buying buildings won’t give nearly as good a return for your hard earned donuts as characters, and characters don’t need property to sit on. A double win.
Ebron, this is such valuable advice, thank you! I love playing, but it gets frustrating sometimes because I am nowhere near others in the game even though I play several times a day, and have been playing for years. Thank you for taking the time to share these great tips!
I would think that farming 30 KEMs per cycle is where you need to look.
The art of KEM farming is to find the # of KEMs that allows you to maintain your cash position (or grow it in small amounts) after you’ve paid for KEMs (and if at level 939, max bonus donut costs). You may need to plant fewer KEMs to get this balance. I know Safi had a table and a good write up on how to find this balance, so you can look for that on the website.
Right now the consensus seems to be that buying the mystery boxes is the “least expensive” way to up your multiplier, but hinges on you having the unique items (ike Blue Hair Lawyer, lemon tree) already, However, you need to watch out for deals as well. Before the mystery boxes, the Jet Engine Bike (30 donuts, 2% bonus) was the measure. Anytime you can do better than that, try to add a bit. Upping your multiplier does make it easier to up your XP and get levels (donuts) so it is a sound investment.
However, it still will take time. I’m into year three of playing this silly little game and am only now starting to have an easy time of premium purchases due to KEM farming.
Yes, I saw that chart, but couldn’t make heads nor tails of it. I just don’t see how people hover in the multi-million dollar range, and I’m always around a mere $150,000.
Also, don’t get frustrated if it seems to be going slow at first. Your increases in cash and XP will speed up as you progress…kind of an exponential thing. The more cash and XP you have, the faster it goes…each week you will notice how much quicker you are leveling up. I used to keep a log, when I first started farming, of my daily start and end results for donuts, cash and XP levels…it was kinda satisfying to look back every few weeks and see how far I had come. My cash would stay about the same, but my other levels steadily increased…your’s will too😁.
Hi tippietippie — I’m another one of ebron’s neighbors. One key of KEM farming is sending all of your characters on four hour tasks at the same time to maximize cash-flow. I have tons of in-game cash at this point, and so I don’t worry about sending all of my characters on four-hour tasks while KEM farming, but I do send many on those tasks. So, multiplier on, characters on four-hour tasks, and sell KEMs after they are built. It’s also possible that 30 is too big a number for you to build right now based on your multiplier and in-game cash. Someone posted a handy dandy chart with info about how many KEMs you should build at once based on other aspects of your specific SF. It’s worth finding if you haven’t seen it already. I need to post a big apology to my neighbors here… It’s been at least a week since I’ve visited anyone, because my husband hurt his back and I’ve had to take care of him and do his usual chores (shopping, cooking, etc ) in addition to my normal work, etc. By the time evening comes, I just don’t feel like doing much of anything, including neighbor visits. Fortunately, most of my neighbours are high-level players, so I’m hoping that my not visiting isn’t hurting their games too much.
On the plus side, the heat finally broke…a nice day in the 70s today, and I think it’s supposed to stay that way until Thursday.
SANDRA- Hope your husband recovers well. Don’t worry about the neighbour visits. As and when you can manage is always cool with me. You’re so good during events it doesn’t matter outside of that. My visits are spasmodic too as I need some downtime and I like to play my DMK events too. If I don’t break from TSTO then I won’t enthuse about the next event. Enjoy the lovely sunshine….☀️💜X

Glad the heat broke, too. A good college chum’s Bostonian wife just flew back there from California. Of course 95 degrees in California (which is what it currently is) is much more comfortable than 85 in Boston.

Thanks! Actually, since he’s unemployed and I’m definitely not, he usually does the errands and pretty much always does the cooking (which is easier for him than for me and he enjoys it more than I do). For the same reason, plus the fact that I have a badly herniated disk, he usually does the mowing.

It seems as though most of your neighbours don’t care if you can’t visit, so here’s my suggestion:
You probably don’t want to get rusty at visiting neighbours, so you should just visit 1 neighbour every day. Might I suggest clicking on your REV leaderboard and selecting any neighbour with $2 billion REV who’s user name starts with ‘s’ and ends with ’99’. Just go to a person who fits that description every day so you don’t forget how to visit neighbours.

Thank you all for your kind words! And, ebron, your advice was sage, but maybe too late…did some yard work today and should have stopped about 10 minutes before I did. Back’s kinda hurting a bit, and I’m hoping that I’m not sore in even more places tomorrow. 🙁
On the plus side today, I made a killing at the supermarket (lots of good markdowns and a coupon for $5 on $15 or more worth of groceries) and my husband is starting to do a little better, and that he could make/assemble his own dinner tonight. 🙂
Hope things settle soon, Sandra. It’s hard to be the one doing almost all the work. I don’t think most neighbours care much, if at all, about visits outside of events – and even then, only ones that help them. No worries at all with me!

Since I am not a great visitor myself, this is definitely not a problem for me. Most of the time I tap to fast to even register who has been visiting, with you I always just assume you’ve been there. 🙂

I’m getting sick of all the events, I can’t keep up. About 90% of the time when I try to play the game when I’m not home I just get the Bart screen (and yes I have data turned on for the game) no amount of quitting and re-opening does anything.
You may need to free up some space on your phone (and close down any other open apps)…TSTO requires a fair amount of “breathing space.” Also, once you’ve done that, uninstall and reinstall TSTO, which will free up some more space, as it clears out the cache.
Any chance you can switch the game to WiFi when you’re at work or elsewhere? ..sometimes that helps, the data speeds are usually faster.
Happy Sunday fellow addicts and neighbors. Loving the Senor Ding-Dong dialogue and having him in my SF. A quick heads-up for my neighbor: my family is moving (for a few years) from San Francisco to Hawaii a week from Wed, and I am up to my ears in packing and readying our San Francisco (can’t just type SF here!) home for potential renters (if you know someone looking for a three to four bedroom (currently using one as a family room), three and a half bath home to rent here for the next year and up to four, do let me know!!! We are hoping to rent it furnished but willl also consider partially fiurnished or unfurnished depending on the renter’s needs..). My TSTO point is that I will not be able to be a particularly good neighbor until we have at least shipped all the things we are taking to Hawaii and stored the things that are staying here. I am sure I will be able to be my normal neighbor self come the next major event, but please forgive my inability to visit your towns regularly between now and then. Lived in Hilo in early 80’s…I’m sure a lot has changed since then, but I remember it being an awesome place. Kona side was always more sunny (it rained over 200 inches most years in Hilo), so we spent weekends over on that side of the island whenever we could. Maui was the jackpot, tho, whenever we could save up enough cash to fly over (was $80 round trip back then), we never wanted to leave. Best sunsets anywhere🏝🌅😁. Hope your new memories are just as great!
Having just moved back to CA I feel your pain believe me. Try to take lots of small breaks and enjoy the City while you are still here. I would love, love, love to rent your house but alas San Francisco rent is way out of reach for me.

Welcome back from FL! We have had a place in Hawaii for several years now, which we rent out to people when we are not there on vacation, and so I have a sense of what it’s like. We’ve made friends with several locals, and so I’ve spent time outside of the resort areas, etc. I am concerned about how few people there are on the Big Island and that the change in pace will be overwhelming, but I’m old and boring enough now that I think I’ll be okay. My husband has lots of work on the islands and so we meet some really nice people that way too. My parents live in the Bay Area, and so I know we will be back here to visit relatively often. However, I’m a city kid at heart and kind of terrified! Our son is going to be going to an amazing high school on the Big Island, and so I know I’ll meet people that way too. I’ve been to many parts of FL over the years visiting family, and, palm trees aside, the places have very different cultures. There are a decent number of Bay Area transplants on the Big Island. But, yes, I will no longer be in my little SF bubble!
I’m sure you will be fine, sounds like you have a head start knowing the area. Hawaii is beautiful, however SF is truly a state of mind and hard to take CA out of the girl😉 You are going to a much different place from FLso hopefully a better experience than mine. I did enjoy the FL beaches with all the awesome fossils and warm water.
I also know this is scary beyond believe, try not to look at the whole picture and focus on task in front of you it helps. If you get overwhelmed I’m always around. Good luck on your exciting adventure.

So after more than 16 years since he was last out here, my elder brother came from Canada to visit and brought his daughters (17 & 13) to show them where he grew up, where he and their mom went to university and where they lived when they were first married. They are staying with the Wrinkles but came for lunch and a tour of my town on Friday and I spent the day down there with them yesterday. Today they visited a game reserve and then they are heading to KwaZulu-Natal to see where we were born and to spend some time in the Drakensberg mountains, a favourite holiday place while we were growing up. Last saw them in Canada over three years ago so it was really good to see them again! ❤️
The rain last Sunday was so good to have but it was quite light in the end – even had a little light rain early this morning! It will help keep the lawn alive for a while longer but we still need some serious rain to break this drought! 🙏🙏🙏
After my social Friday and Saturday I’ve spent today relaxing and reading and getting recharged for the work week ahead. Haven’t been doing much in my SF although I have completed all the quest lines for the new items I got from the mystery boxes and the vault. Think I remember reading that more was possibly coming tomorrow so building up cash/donuts but without pushing it too hard 😄 …and apologies to my neighbors for my limited visiting! I will do better when the next event starts… ☺️☺️☺️

I’m so happy. Yesterday at San Diego Comic Convention (SDCC), The Simpsons panel announced that The Simpsons on DVD has returned. Fat Tony is the featured cover art for Season 18 which will be available on Dec 5th. It’s been 3 years since a Simpson’s DVD has been released. I’m glad they listened to the fans to bring back DVD so we can continue our collection.
I just heard about this today and I cannot wait to have it since I have season 1-17 on DVD boxsets as well.
You can get season 20 right now. I’m really happy the DVD seasons are back. Some of the deleted scenes are really great. I like the box art and all the little details that go into each box.
Yeah same, I did not know there was a season 20 one. Is it just the episodes or does it have the extras with it like the other seasons?

Totally agree with you. Each year it was something I looked forward to. I prefer DVD it hives older seasons the proper visuals. Blu-ray is nice but The Simpsons look best on DVD format.

You just made my day. Don’t have Fxx. Been watching dusting off the old dvds and watching a few episodes each day w my 10 year old daughter. I started watching the simpsons at 10 in its first year. It’s a special little bond and every episode I say, “this one is a classic.” She says, “Dad, are they all classics?”. She said she loves them all midway through second season. So bummed that they were not making DVDs anymore.
Well that’s the big problem with Fx. Any Simpsons fan outside America can’t subscribe to have access to all The Simpsons episodes. I live in Canada and I rely on DVDs so I can watch The Simpsons when I want. The Simpsons is on the comedy network everyday but the DVDs let you watch when you want.
I have season 1 to 3 sealed. I stopped buying after I realised that the show is running non stop!
Good news, everybody! Even though I already caved and bought a couple of seasons online. But I will definitely get the DVD versions as well. Especially looking forward to seasons 18 and 19, since they are not available here.
Was just changing out something in my movie set area and noticed that the hover street sign says “south pole”. Got me thinking that would make a great mini event…”Earth Day at the South Pole”🐧❄️🐧. We already have igloos…we could get skins for folks in furry parkas and penguins and polar bears…and a new Inuit character. Theme could be global warming and melting of the ice caps. Maybe we could even finally get snow tiles to keep snow all year round where we want it😁👍. When is Earth Day, anyway…guess I’ll go look it up…🌿🌊🌬
Nice idea. Earth day is usually a Sunday in the second half of April. I’m not sure if it’s the third Sunday or second last Sunday of April. I just know it usually falls around or on my birthday!

Query- regard the Splash Screen
Homer is running away from the finger. There is Aztec Theater, Moe’s, King Toots, Android Dungeon, and the Lard Lad….
But the building beside Lard Lad doesn’t resemble anything I can remember.

I’m not sure. I always thought it was the actual Lard Lad’s building with Lard Lad standing in front. But after closer inspection, it doesn’t look anything like the Lard Lad buildings in our game.
On a separate splash screen note, I was really hoping for a Superheroes 3 splash screen. Even based on all our votes in the Splash Screen poll (https://tstoaddicts.com/2017/01/25/tsto-splash-screens-and-poll/), both the Super Hero splash screens are by far the most popular.
Just got back in to TSTO after a year or two off, do the weekly mystery boxes still exist? I saw on a post here that the prizes have changed but I don’t seem to get daily log in prizes at all any more. Great to be back btw, I’ve missed out on so much stuff!

Happy Sunday fellow addicts! I’m not a big poster but have been reading for quite a while. Anyway I have a question. Hubby and I just got new phones Samsung Galaxy S8 and my Springfield is huge! Like I can’t zoom out very far and everything looks giant. It did this once before on my old phone and I installed the game tuner as someone suggested and it fixed it. I tried that on my new phone and it does nothing. Any advice for me?
I have same problem with my Galaxy Tab S2. The only fix I’ve found is to restart the device and before doing anything else start the TSTO app. Then you can use your device as normal. That “fixes” the super zoom in for awhile.
I like having that super zoom in to be able to move those pesky little single square items around my town when I’m doing a redesign.

Had a great week at softball. Went 2 for 4 with a single, a sac fly, and my first triple of the season. And best of all, the triple was with the bases loaded. I had 5 RBI’s on the night. My batting average dropped to just below .600, but I increased my RBI total from 12 to 17. I was pretty solid defensively as well, with 8 put outs, 2 unassisted. My trend continues of having a good game, then bad game, then good game, then bad game. Hopefully I can break the trend tomorrow and have back-to-back solid games.

My vault was another weak one this week. But Senor Ding Dong made up for it and is a great addition to my Springfield. I finally got the glitch offer of a second Homer Barbarian Statue from the excavation site.

You can pay to go beyond the cap by spending money at the Googolplex theater.
Also, another free tip/trick is to get all your Height currency to 299 and then send everyone to their tasks, so you can exceed 299 by as much as possible for free. You can also go beyond 300 pills by tapping Big Claw every day and beyond 300 tablets by playing the spy game every 4 hours.
