Hi, I’m Super Safi and you may remember me from such stats and strategy posts as KEM Farming and the advanced losing-to-win Superheroes battle strategy.
What better way to spend your time than talking math. So from time-to-time, I’ll come to you with a post that delves into the wonderful world of numbers, stats, and/or strategies.
While we’ve previously discussed Springfield Downs and the Go Kart Track a couple months ago, over the next few weeks, we’ll continue to look at most of the Minigames found within our game. After discussing Sideshow You yesterday, we continue our journey today with Rocket Launch Pad!
Fall has arrived and there’s a haze over our Springfield’s, that can only mean one thing….it’s Halloween in our pocket-sized towns! This year EA’s thrown a little magic into the mix, with an Angelica Button theme invading our towns. We’ve got beasts to battle, creatures to capture, wizards to wand wave and goblin gold to gather! Quite a few alliteration altercations huh?
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Acts containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the third act, you’re tasked with collecting Toad Princes () to unlock each prize!
The third act 3 Prize awarded at 7,800is the Skinner Box Kite, because Skinner always looks better in the air…
So let’s take a closer look at this third prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
It’s that time…calling all Springfield designs of Spooky (and not so spooky) Proportions! We’re getting ready to do the next Springfield Showoff featuring your Halloween inspired designs! So prep those towns…because we want to see what you’ve done with your Springfield!
Now that the THOH event is nearing the end (remember it ends next Tuesday), it’s time to show off your towns. So send us your Halloween/Angelica Button inspired deigns and we’ll be putting up the Showoff post, featuring your designs, on TUESDAY November 14th…so you’ve got about a week (ok a day short of a week) to prep your towns. Take your time and design as you see fit! 🙂
So grab some screenshots of your town, or finish up those designs…just make sure to send your submissions in by about 8pm EDT Monday, November 13th. Can’t wait to see what YOU have come up with.
You can send your designs in two ways…either post a link to the image in the comments on this post or you can email them to us at TSTOAddictsblog@gmail.com. We won’t be pulling images from anywhere else, so please if you want to be featured either submit in the comments below or email your images to us.
Note: PLEASE try to limit your submissions to only 1-2 of your favorite screenshots. We like to try and let everyone showoff their town but it becomes difficult when some of you are sending in 7-10 images. Pick your favorite areas and send them in (or if you stitch photos together, that works too). We’ll try our best to get EVERYONE in, but please understand that sometimes we miss a photo or two. If we miss you one week, we’ll try really hard to make sure we get you in the next week. You’re always welcome to showoff your town, at any time, on our Flickr page. We know a lot of you have awesome towns that you want to show off, but please try to stick with this week’s theme. Remember, this isn’t a contest. There’s nothing to win. It’s just a fun way to showoff your town and get some design inspiration from your fellow Addicts. 🙂
