Your senses can evoke powerful memories in you. The smell of saltwater can trigger you back to your youth spent at the beach, the touch of cotton can bring you back to memories of your mom, and hearing sounds of TSTO can bring back countless hours spent tap, tap, tapping away.
So let’s take a trip down memory lane via the sound effects of TSTO…
Just a quick reminder that tomorrow (Wednesday, April 1st) marks the end of the No Bucks Given mini-event! So, if you haven’t already, finish up that prize track, purchase your last few premium items, and be prepared to see the mini-event leave our games tomorrow morning! (and hopefully, something new arrives in its place)
What are your overall thoughts on the mini-event? Have you enjoyed it? Or did you feel like it was a bit lame? Where have you placed the prizes? Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!
P.S. I’m going to give one more reminder about the No Bucks Given Showoff! Please send in your submissions by 8pm ET tonight to be included with tomorrow’s Showoff Post.
Now that the No Bucks Given event is officially in its final days…ends Wednesday at 10am…it’s time to take a look back at the dialogue of this event! Just in case you missed it by tapping too fast…
It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.
So, here is your Open Thread…..
No new Simpsons tonight…bummer.
We’re nearing the end of the No Bucks Given mini-event. Thoughts on the event overall? Have you finished it? Which prize is your favorite?
Another day of social distancing. How’s it working out for you? Going stir crazy yet? Today Riley and I are going to tackle Day 2 of the LEGO Challenge and build a rocket ship! I’ll post a photo of our finished product once we’re done. 🙂
And finally, how was your weekend? Do anything fun and exciting?
Stay safe. Wash your hands. Social distance. Remember, we’re all in this together.
So chat about the Simpsons, TSTO, Update fun, or anything else you can think of! (Just no politics, it never ends well) Can’t wait to chat with you all, you know we love hearing from you!
Sitting at home on a Saturday? Bored out of your gourd at the quarantine? Have a little fun with LEGO!
Riley and I just started this LEGO challenge using her Duplo blocks…
A different LEGO build for every day, something for kids and adults alike…provided you have the LEGOs of course!
We just started this today, so day 1 was to build a new Roller Coaster, and here’s Riley’s creation…
Not too shabby for a four-year-old!
So if you’re looking for something fun to do today, and every day for the next 30 days, consider the LEGO challenge! It’s a lot of fun and sparks some creativity! And if you do the challenge please share your builds in the comments below!
I have to admit, that I really didn’t think anything would get weirder than last week. But, of course, I was wrong. I have been playing the update in “REAL TIME” which is really weird, because “real time” in lock-down mode feels surreal.
But of course, I’m sure there is virtually nobody reading this who isn’t in the exact same predicament. Playing in real time just makes the weird dialogue excruciating. I hate it when the writers have Marge and Homer fight, separate, and almost divorce.
But, from what I am reading, this “Stay At Home” order we are under in most states (that actually have common sense) are predicted to see two rising statistics. One in the number of births in nine months, the other in the number of divorces. If absence makes the heart grow fonder, the opposite apparently could mess with other body parts. So…like most things…when thrown together unexpectedly, you just don’t know if it will bring you closer together, or further apart. Or together, apart, together, apart. together…you know what I mean.
My lovely bride of 38 years and I had exactly one of these situations this past week… It was serious. It was dire. And required me to test the limits of sanity in the wee hours of the morning! Continue reading →
It’s nice to see a little normalcy in our lives right now…even if that normalcy comes in the form of a TSTO update! An all-new mini-event has hit our games today! No Bucks Given is the perfect mini-event distraction!
Remember, this event is designed to follow a series of tasks via the questline to unlock prizes. For each of the parts of the No Bucks Given questline, you’ll have to earn via various character tasks in order to unlock the prize for that part.

With this mini-event one new premium character arrived in our stores to help navigate this event. Tabitha Vixx is an all-new premium character for Springfield, who not only helps earn mini-helmets but she comes with her own questline as well.
So let’s take a look at the full dialogue for Tabitha Vixx Quest…
