The THOH Event has hit the files, which means it will be available for download on the app store soon. Just a reminder, IT WILL NOT GO LIVE IN TSTO UNTIL TOMORROW (11AM ET). So don’t freak out if it’s not live yet. It’ll go live on Wednesday October 14th at 11am ET.
Anyway, now that it’s live in the files we can share some SPOILERS! So for those who were looking for those spoilers, here’s your chance!
I will say prior to the spoiler warning, this is a typical Multi-Event. Runs from tomorrow (Oct 14th) until November 18th. Here’s the schedule:
Act 1 starts 10/14
Act 2 starts 10/23
Act 3 starts 11/01
Act 4 starts 11/10
Event ends 11/18

So I went in the Yearbook and picked up the Hellementary before the App Store download hit… it was the last one I got in the group of 5 items of course. Then, half an hour later I read the App Store download description and I have a feeling they’ll give us the Hellementary for free 🤦♀️ (Yes my screen name is Jack but the Jack has an inside joke meaning, I’m a woman). Of course I spent 150 donuts total trying to get something that will likely be a gift. Great! Lol. If only I’d waited, I was too excited!
As far as my woman comment, for those that find it out of left field it was because I used a woman forehead slap emoji btw lol. Anyway..

Boooooooooo a multi-event is nothing more then an extended mini-event or mini-events loosely strung together.
I really really really miss major events
EA has gotten lEAzy when it comes to events.
But some of those buildings look nice, too bad a couple of them will probably be skins & not actual buildings.
We got prettyfall colors…but no green water.

Really hope they add in a lot of old stuff to pick up. I’m missing odds and ends from a few Tree house of Horror events I’d like to complete

Think Im gonna plan way ahead so I have plenty of town space too, looks like lots of buildings all together by the time this is finished.

Got the download. I know the event start’s tomorrow but was expecting to see 3 change’s today. The water, the tree’s, and the wind. Oo.

They didn’t last year. I think NotBob is stretched to capacity. At least they increased item limits.
Just finished downloading the update from the Google Play Store (yay!) …. aaaand I called it based on the Login Screen – it’s an Event based on the “School Is Hell” Segment of the Season 26 episode “Treehouse of Horror XXV” (yay again!) 🎃👍🏻

The only thing I’m hoping for are the “goth kids” roleplay costumes for Rev & Mrs Lovejoy.
That’s right, we’ve only got a few Costumes Character Skins for the Adults in this Game App – the Lovejoys have no Character Skins currently, so that would be welcomed (don’t forget that Episode where our favorite churchy couple was caught in the Adult Store dressing up!) 😂
I’m going to need more donuts.

🔥Hell yeah! Looks like it’s gonna be a good Halloween! Also makes me feel like I need to move some stuff around, this is gonna need a better area than what I have set aside already.
Yeah, my Transylvania is nowhere near large enough for all this. Glad I hadn’t put any real effort into the recently relocated neighboring prison/judicial area that’s going to have to move yet again.
Hope the rickety bridges come back this year.

I’m not new to TSTO been playing for 7 years but in a lil confused on what u said tht it will hit our app store today the 13th but won’t go live til the 14th so whats the diffrence once it hits our app store and there’s an update we can start playing right, so what does lt mean to go live ?
Nope. Like most of the last (8) updates, they release it early with a delayed start time, to keep it fair for everyone.

I’m also on the band wagon for some returning content. Years ago had content including creature looks bit like adult Groot at Halloween. Had issues with game and couldn’t buy. Wish they’d bring stuff from that year back. I like new stuff but also wish they’d not bring the same things back.

I was hoping for either Donut-Head homer or “I am Evil Homer!!” (Devil costume) Homer; as well as season 1’s Devil.
The rest, Kinda meh to me but what the heck, I’m mildly content with the future content.
At least it’s not the Simpsons take off of Hogwarts / Harry Potter again (and this was a funny Segment from a Treehouse of Horror Episode!)
I will agree with any constructive criticism regarding the fact that Event gameplay needs to be changed

Everything looks amazing!! So excited!! One point of contention… PLEASE EA END THE HALLOWEEN EVENT 4 DAYS MAX AFTER HALLOWEEN!! IT blows my mind how they seem to not understand that once a holiday is over, it’s over and people mentally and emotionally move on. Starting beginning of Oct and having it end Nov 3 or 4th would be perfect.
Okay I ranted but thanks EA for the awesome Halloween content, so excited!! Need some happiness and excitement in a crazy year like this but please, next year don’t end Halloween in the third week of November, for the love of God. That goes for Christmas too.
